I chose the hotel based on reviews, description and proximity to the sea. Territory, animation, food - these are all pluses. Everything else, with a big BUT. Check-in was around 12 noon. With or without a child, no one will work more efficiently at the reception. Room in building 10 if you look at the map that stands on the territory of the hotel. i. e. not in ch. corps, but nearby. The first floor is the basement. Strong moldy smell. Perhaps we were the first who settled in it after the winter. The feeling was just that. The bed was very cold and damp. The next day I ventilated, it became a little better. The bathroom also has clearly visible mold at the seams. There was always water on the floor next to the shower. Even after cleaning, the water was still there. Cleaning is visible. Wet the floor, make the bed, sometimes change the towels. On some days there were fewer of them than there were before harvesting. The mini bar, which is filled one-time upon check-in, was not full, the boy who brought us there upon check-in said it means tomorrow. But not tomorrow, not in the next 2 weeks, this did not happen. 2 times I went to the reception, recorded, but there is no result. Just like with the TV remote control, which was originally without a back cover, and one day when it accidentally fell, the batteries fell out and something in it broke. Batteries were not fixed already. The TV could not be turned off or changed channels. We made an appointment at the reception, but no one came. I explained that the TV was on 24 hours, but apparently I had to pay. There were no batteries in the air conditioner remote control. What could I do in such a situation alone with a child in a foreign country? Nobody cares. Made friends with animation girls. Wonderful. Asked to write a good review about the mini club and animation. I came to the reception on the last day, said that I want to write a review, because I’m leaving tomorrow, with a dissatisfied expression, they gave me an ordinary sheet of paper folded in half and a pen, they said “write here”. It is not clear where this sheet was then put, what kind of book of reviews it is. Wrote a good review about the animators. When I gave the same girl a piece of paper, she said, "Come on, I'll see what they wrote there. " Generally reception 1 with a minus. Purity minus. You can write for a very long time, these are the brightest moments I remember.
