Ужасный отель! Украинцам не рекомендую! Terrible hotel! Ukrainians do not recommend!

The certificate of safe tourism is not fulfilled. Masks are not offered in the restaurant. Body temperature is not checked. Tables are not treated with antiseptics. There are no disposable utensils. No processing at the entrance to the hotel. The administration does not respond to comments and requests. Instead, they threaten with eviction and knock down the husband, who was dragged by the arms and dragged with his back along the floor and paving stones from the reception with the words "It's all wrong for you from Ukraine! Get out of the hotel! ". . . The husband was left with bruises and abrasions. After contacting the Pegasus tour operator, we didn’t see anything but sorry!
On the bus, the Pegasus guide is without a mask and tells everyone to "keep the masks with you and put them on in case the police come"!
The hotel is very dirty, in the restaurant the tiles stick to the feet, the tables and chairs are dirty (light things can just be thrown away), the waiters climb to the table without masks to pick up full plates of food ((as well as bees and flies everywhere!

The 2+1 deluxe room is great. But a sleeping place for a child is tin (a folding chair with transverse joints is covered with only one sheet).
The food is bad!!!
Service is missing!!!
