I was this year - I arrived on August 7th. There are also disadvantages in the main building - the air conditioner works very poorly, it is impossible to adjust it on your own - it is central. Garden rooms, as they seem to be called, are three-story buildings, they say, they are damp - I went in. Indeed, it is damp. And there are bad numbers here and there. I lived in the main building. They have the lousiest rooms, which are corner ones overlooking the restaurant, they have very small windows, there is no view as such at all, the room is very dark, it caused me an association with a cave, in addition, in these rooms the air conditioner works especially badly, but in mine room - 402 - also stank of sewerage. When you try to change the room - the answer to the reception is the same: there are no rooms, maybe in a few days. I decided not to get on my nerves and resolved the issue in a trouble-free way - I again went to the reception with a passport, put $ 50 in it and asked to look again.
The room was found instantly with an amazing view of the mountains. But I want to warn you - the rooms are all old, it's useless to count on something exceptional, even for money, in this hotel. Perhaps for their own (the Turks also rest there) and there are some special rooms, I have not seen them.

I do not advise, after all, to give money immediately. First, look at the room, perhaps everything will suit you - why pay then, because, I repeat, do not count on European-style repairs even for money. The main thing is that everything works. Secondly, you will then have the opportunity to compare - otherwise, it is not a fact that for money you will not be given the number that you originally wanted to provide. And I got the impression that almost everyone is settled first in these corner rooms, and then the issue is resolved depending on the penetrating abilities of tourists: they settled a couple with me in the same room, only on the floor below, they cursed all day, the next day they moved to a normal, without additional bribes. So decide for yourself what is closer to you. In general, tune in to the positive, do not forget to take money for excursions (if you are only against a beach holiday) and have a good rest!

Rested with my son 18 years old in July of this year. Initially, we went to Kaplan, but there were no places there and we were settled in Sapphire. We arrived at the hotel at 8 in the morning, they immediately brought us juice, immediately put on bracelets for us (there were 22 people who checked in with us), filled out questionnaires and we were sent to breakfast. Returning from breakfast, we were immediately given a room (though with one bed), contacting the reception with a request that we need two beds, we changed the room without any problems and any additional payments. Room in the main building, on the third floor with a sea view. The air conditioner is really weak. But we liked everything. The food was excellent, fruit variety, meat dishes too. Entertainment shows every day. The contingent of vacationers - Russians, Belarusians, Ukrainians, very few Lithuanians, Kazakhs and Turks. But everything was decent from the side of the holidaymakers. Second time in Turkey.
