Many reviews criticize both the cleaning of the rooms and the bed / bath accessories themselves. Who rested this year after the merger of hotels - maybe something has improved there? It's just that I've already set my sights on Insula, but the difference is 200 USD. for the same period of stay somehow still embarrassing. Moreover, in Insula everyone praises the animation, and I somehow sometimes want to fall asleep at 9 pm, and without earplugs - I'm afraid that it will be noisy there. How can you relax in this hotel? Does the staff understand Russian, or is it only through the guide and "on the fingers" that you need to explain?
