I will definitely tell you about this, only so that other people do not spend their money and do not find themselves in such nightmarish conditions! Believe me, we also have something to compare with, and this hotel pulls for 3 maximum! But it does not respond to ultra in any way. . . The only plus is the location of this hotel and I also agree that the beach is really good, that's probably all you pay for, far from small money. Then get ready for surprises!! ! I'll start with the numbers, we were warned that they were unpretentious and had not been restored for a long time, but when I saw the real picture, I was shocked. In the rooms, lizards and many other insects run around in circles, about cleaning and changing linen, even for the tips received, the maids did not strain at all, it was impossible to remove the slates in the room, because after 2 minutes the feet turned black, that's how the floors are washed there ! ! ! In general, I read the previous review and, to be honest, I was very surprised, just to find at least something positive in this hotel, and in my opinion, you need to spend the whole vacation in such a cheerful alcoholic state. . . Okay, next food. . . I was not at all surprised by the stories about the queue for watermelons, there was simply nothing else to eat in this hotel !! ! In addition to french fries, rice, greens and salads, in which everything yesterday interfered, chicken sometimes appeared on the tables, behind which a solid line also stretched. Napkins, salt, forks, spoons, this hotel is in short supply, I had to circle around for a long time in search. Toothpicks are not provided at all, this is a luxury! And by the way, it was necessary to go through a whole mountain of plates in order to finally get to a more or less clean one. . . In general, for those who have been trying to lose weight unsuccessfully for a long time and have tried all diets, do not worry, take a ticket to this hotel for 2 weeks and the result will not keep you waiting! Once again, I want to note that I am far from a conflict person and in general used to be skeptical about negative reviews that talked about a disgusting attitude towards Russians, it always seemed that if you are humanly then you, having rested in this hotel, I felt on how wrong I was. . . All the staff all the time walks around and responds to any request with such a grimace that it becomes difficult to call it a face, I got the impression that they were doing all the tourists a favor, by the mere fact that they were just talking. We rested with a child (1.5 years old) and such poor fellows as we are there every second. Lots of kids!! ! But the hotel positions itself as an excellent place for families with children!! ! Honestly, I’ll tell you, not like with children, if you don’t want to spoil your vacation, look for another option. A few words about the beach. With cleaning there, in principle, everything is exactly the same as in the rooms, that is, no way !! ! And sunbeds and mattresses had to be borrowed at 6 in the morning, because they are simply half as many as vacationers. I would like to say a few words about the reception staff. Arrogant, rude and unprincipled comrades, already by the way they greet guests upon arrival, one can draw conclusions. Openly, without embarrassment, they ask for money for the exchange of a room and not 20 or 40 dollars, but 100. With all that, the rooms there do not differ at all from each other, they are a little better in the Main Building, I’m talking about this, because she herself moved from room to room and changed them as a result of 5, and so in the deluxe room, a little better than in the others. As a result, we still couldn’t stand such a vacation and moved to another hotel for our money, because we didn’t rest for a week, but for 21 days, but in such a 5 ultra 3 weeks of rest, this is a test of endurance! You can write a lot more, but it's just a pity for the time, I can say one thing for sure, we remember this vacation for a long time!! ! I wish you all a pleasant stay, but not in this terrible hotel!
