I wanted to share my impressions about the new hotel in Turkey NG Phaselis Bay 5. The hotel is located in a great location. Mountains, sea and pines. The beauty!!!
There is experience and there is something to compare. The hotel is first of all people and attitude towards guests. From the first minute of being in the hotel, we felt like the most beloved guests. Champagne, a huge bouquet of flowers. All issues that arose were resolved calmly and promptly, even late at night. My husband's computer broke down and they did everything to help. I am very grateful to Darina for your attention. Many thanks to Serdar for his help in resolving all our issues. We came for a week and stayed for 3.
As with any new venture, small flaws are revealed at the opening, but everything is quickly corrected. So upon arrival, the beach was not ready, but now everything is super. Very good SPA area, gym, detox bar. Everything is completely new. Towels, bed linen, bathrobes of chic quality. The pools are all amazing. All the waiters are very attentive, especially near the Adnan and Eren pools. As well as waiters in the restaurants Mustafa, Hussein, Umut.
Disadvantages: the water park is not working yet, but they promised to open it in a few days.
Bottom line: we recommend this hotel to everyone, we had three weeks of relaxation.
