Terrible hotel, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Initially, we chose it because it is 4 * +, and before, we had already rested in this hotel. We were three adults, and settled in a room that is designed for two people, everything was for two. We constantly had to run to the reception, and look for towels, blankets, etc. , and they said "we don't care", as they said "we will not adapt to you. " Our shower faucet broke, it was repaired only a day later, that is, they didn’t care if we had water, we didn’t have water, they openly said “we don’t care”. Previously, it really was 4 * +, but now I can give them a three with a very very big stretch, even 4 * does not pull. Meals - complete nonsense, we had an all-inclusive buffet, but it was like this: who did not have time, he was late. They have prepared a portion, and not like in other hotels, when they serve food, but here, if you didn’t have time to take something from the table, then that’s all, goodbye! The only thing that was good was the hotel area, there is a pool, water slides that work only 2 hours a day. At first I wanted to ride them, but then I didn’t dare, because a girl descended in front of me, her hands were simply combed to the blood. At the same time, when they tried to find a doctor, it turned out that he was not on the territory, they turned to the reception with a question if they had a first-aid kit, they didn’t have anything, they immediately declare, call your insurance, wait until they they will come, then they will take you away, and only in this way will they provide some kind of help. The quality of the tours was also terrible, the guide was a woman who barely spoke Russian. I didn’t get anything out of this excursion, because I couldn’t make out what she was saying. Plus, she didn’t so much take excursions, but shopping, because she had an agreement with sellers, who then paid her a percentage, that’s how it was. and the tour was almost non-existent. That is, we had to visit. 3 areas, this is the Church of St. Nicholas, the city and the bay, in the end, they just went shopping. The host and guides from her - horror! They deceive, do not tell the necessary information, they are only interested in how to bring down more money. They are not responsible for the quality of the tour at all. At the same time, with everything, we had to make corrections to the documents when flying back, and we walked all day and did it ourselves, found out whether there would be transfers of flights and everything else. For the entire stay, the guide did not even ask if we liked the hotel, did not like it, did not deign to tell us where to look, when our flight was, did not give any information whether the flight was rescheduled or not. This is the quality of their service. I can rate it at minus 10, and no more!
