It's terribly simple, I really don't recommend it, it's not a 5, below a 3

Good afternoon. We had a family holiday in this hotel at the end of September. When choosing a hotel from our tour operator, we were led by the positive reviews, and also by the fact that it was one of the hotels available for booking for the number of people (10 people) who generally wanted to go to Kemer. Many good reviews encouraged the choice, plus they wrote in many places that the hotel had a new owner and was undergoing renovations. I’ll say right away that all this is utter nonsense. The hotel is in a very poor condition, not only that, everything from the service to the food is just terrible.
I'll start with our arrival at the hotel, it was fun, so to speak. The first disappointment was when I saw a sign with the name of the hotel; they simply removed the old hotel name and stuck the new hotel name on top without cleaning or washing the wall. Entering the lobby, disappointments began to set in with every step in the hotel, it was very stuffy in the hall, the walls of the hall were made of old, well-worn chipboard, broken in places.
We arrived at the hotel at 6-30 in the morning (it was such a flight, what to do), we went to the reception, showed our vouchers, they immediately put on bracelets for us, by the way, in many reviews they wrote that there were Russian-speaking administrators at the reception - nooo, they don’t even understand much English , I had to explain myself on my fingers. In general, they put on bracelets for us, or rather, they gave us bracelets to put on ourselves, they just gave us 10 bracelets, I’ll say right away that the bracelets were not of very good quality, they fastened poorly and were constantly getting in the way with the clasp, and the children were first given blue bracelets, then after a couple of hours of us waiting for the room ( this is a separate conversation) we remembered that children need red bracelets and changed them. After the bracelets, we were told that check-in was from 2:00 pm, but we could have breakfast and lunch right away, and they also promised that as soon as the rooms became available, they would check us in.

After our arrival, a little later other tourists began to arrive, and we noticed that they were actually being accommodated. When our indignation knew no bounds, we came up to ask how it was that people arrived later than us, to which the Administrator clearly answered us, there are rooms, if you want, pay 50 Euros per room and we will accommodate you, I think this is just impudence. Of course, I understand that according to the hotel regulations, check-in is from 14-00, but guys, how much is 50 euros for early check-in? and it is clearly clear that the money goes into your pocket. In general, with a little swearing, after the director’s arrival, we were finally checked in; it turned out that the rooms had been ready a long time ago.
I can say that the rooms are the only thing in this hotel that was at least close to a 4-star hotel, except for the restroom. The room was more or less clean, not small, flat-screen TV, refrigerator with minibar, wardrobe (ancient).
The restroom is a separate form of art, how you can make the door open inward and when you go inside, in order to close the door you have to go partially into the shower room, this was done simply by superintelligence. The plumbing is old, partially rusty, and the water in the shower did not drain well. For the minibar, there were 2 bottles of still water, 2 with gas, 2 local Pepsi, 2 local Mirinda, all water with a capacity of 0.33 or more, it was not replenished, what can I say, the tea in the room that was provided upon check-in was also not replenished. The room was cleaned only once per week. When we checked in, there were clean towels, but after cleaning, the towels were brought with red and gray stains, it was scary to dry ourselves. By the way, the beach towels are also stained.
The territory is very small and not well-groomed, I don’t know how difficult it is to look after such a small territory, everything is broken, broken, and dirty in places. I won’t write much about the territory, because there’s basically nothing to write about.
Kitchen.

A restaurant, if you can call it that. It's just a Soviet canteen with broken chairs and chipboard tables. It’s very difficult to say about food, because there’s not a single positive emotion. There is not enough food, if you don’t come to the opening, you will only eat leftovers in the literal sense of the word. The assortment of food is very deplorable, a couple of types of meat, and when there was fish, it was snapped up at the speed of sound, but despite the fact that I really love fish, I ate it with a stretch, sometimes undercooked, sometimes dry, absolutely tasteless, basically like all food . Of the vegetables and salads, there were only tomatoes and cucumbers and salads made from them; a couple of times beans were added to such a salad. One type of soup and out of 7 days that soup could be eaten a maximum of two times, but the terrible fact is, without embarrassment, the soup in front of us was diluted with ordinary water so that there was enough for everyone, they brought a pot of water and poured it straight into the soup, stirred it and off we went. eat for your health.
If people didn’t get something from the food stands, this food went to the next meal, so more than once the same meat and very dry fish were from lunch to dinner, and they don’t hide it. As for desserts, everything is also complicated, there seemed to be desserts, but they all tasted the same, according to the principle, the more sugar the better. Fruits, the first two days there were melons with watermelons and apples, and then grapes, oranges and apples. In general, the result of the kitchen was that there was something to eat, but it wasn’t very good to eat. Of all the days, I can only mention a couple of dinners where at least something was edible and tasty.
I would also like to mention the Snake House Bar by the beach, which means they made Turkish shawarma, burgers and pizza, as well as drinks. Separately for each type, shawarma, there are simply no words, dry chicken meat in a bun, a piece of lettuce and that’s it, guys, it’s so dry and inedible I can’t describe it.
Burgers, cutlets are definitely not made from meat, from some kind of substance, also lettuce and a bun, just nothing at all. Pizza was the only thing you could eat there, plus French fries, but the potatoes there were decent. As for drinks, everything is extremely simple, one type of beer, 2-3 types of cocktails and that’s it. Two refrigerators, one with water, the other with Ayran, probably the cheapest, it was as liquid as water.
One granny made me happy, on the other side of the beach, in the so-called bar, where there was only tea and coffee, she made Gizlime for a couple of hours a day, I won’t say that they were very tasty, but quite edible. By the way, 100 meters from the hotel there is an impromptu cooking point for Gizlime, which costs from 2.5 euros, but is very tasty.
The hotel staff is rude, everyone walks around looking sullen and answering any questions in a rude manner.

The infrastructure around the hotel is deplorable, there is only one shop and a granny with delicious flatbreads; you have to walk about 700 meters to the nearest shops and the promenade. A separate feature of the hotel, I don’t understand why many people don’t write about it, is the neighborhood through the fence with the cemetery. I saw in one review they wrote that this cemetery is more like a park, like it’s not working, but I can tell you with confidence that there are graves and fresh ones.....The neighborhood is so-so.
The elevators are terribly dirty and rusty inside.
The beach, to be honest, I can’t even call it a beach, a narrow strip of stones about 2-3 meters, up to a concrete wall, 20 meters wide, there are the same stones in the water, you can break your legs. There are also biting fish, but this is not the hotel's fault. From entering the water there are steps to an improvised place with sunbeds in 4 rows, there are very few sunbeds, if you don’t take sunbeds in the morning, you will have to sit on the steps.
But there is one very, very positive point: the views of the mountains, it’s simply not real, the view from the room was simply gorgeous (if you don’t look down). The mountain opposite the hotel is simply gigantic, steep and beautiful, we admired it every day, it was very beautiful when the clouds passed through it and the top was visible above the clouds, it cannot be conveyed in words or with a camera.
In general, there is a lot more that can be said, for example, about the pool, which is probably older than me, although I am well over 40, about the pier of the same age with a torn and old coating, rotten boards and very slippery and uncomfortable stairs, but perhaps I will limit myself to what has been said.
