Arriving at the hotel at 5 in the morning, it turned out to be check-in at 14.00 (although there were rooms), when asked to give a room to change clothes and leave the suitcases, they just started laughing in my face and told me to wait. After 14.00 they still gave me a room, but the view from the balcony was at the cemetery (this was not in the description of this hotel and the travel agent didn’t warn me either), but oh well, somehow I managed to change the number with shouts and threats and with the help of a TUI representative.
The concept of the hotel provides that each room will have a kettle and slippers for each visitor. I did not expect all this. From hygiene in the room there was shampoo and a bar of soap, note to the girls (bring your hair conditioner and shower gel with you). Also, if your room is on the 5th floor, be prepared for the fact that at 5 in the morning there will be a terrible smell of sewage.
