I agree, the rooms are small, I don’t agree about the dilapidated ones, it’s clean, well-groomed, new carpeting is laid in the corridors, but there are defects in some places in the furniture and wall coverings, although they are not significant! Rest is not affected!

I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU EXPECT FROM THE ROOMS, BUT THE AIR CONDITIONERS WORK... That was the main thing for me... The refrigerators are VERY, just VERY badly cooling (experience of 2 rooms)
