Ужасно Terrible

We stayed at this hotel last year. All was good. This is just horror. Zero service. If you need internet, don't even expect it to be at the pool or the beach. Yes, in principle, it is simply nowhere. But that's not the worst. The attitude is terrible. We came to dinner at the main restaurant, sat down at the table, the waitress came up to us and said, sorry this table is for the Turks. The table is located in a general restaurant on it there was no reservation sign or for VIP or something else. This is a huge disrespect. The waitress's name was Esma. No one will come to your table and ask what you want to drink. And this is a 5th check-in hotel? ! Just awful. But if your job needs the internet, don't even think about coming here. I have never seen such a terrible internet. In the bar they hide an elite alcoholic drink under the table. If you do not ask, they will pour you cheap stuff. If you say something, they pretend they don't understand.
Only when you already speak in a disgruntled tone, everyone immediately understands. The hotel has changed for the worse since last year. Only cleaning in the room is good
