(at that time they also suffered from "diathesis"), they did not eat from jars at all !!! Usually the restaurant has a children's and dietary menu (they are similar !!!) - boiled fish, meat, vegetables, mashed potatoes, something like low-fat sour cream, etc. - that's what they ate!!! Dried apricots for dessert. The only problem is drinking (you should take it with you). Children have nothing to drink except milk and water.
