Pros: The room is not bad, there is a TV, air conditioning, bathrobes, mini bar, hairdryer, safe for free. Mini-bar the first time for free, then - for a fee. There is a small balcony.
Cons: mini bar was never replenished after use. All reviews about cleaning are true, they clean the room badly, towels were changed a couple of times in 10 days, the bed was not changed at all, in the bathroom they only folded towels and replenished the set of gels and shampoos, and cleaned a couple of times. The balcony is also not cleaned and dirty dishes are not taken from the room.
Drinking water was sometimes brought to the room, but also rarely. Although there are water coolers throughout the hotel so this was not a problem.
3. Territory.
Pros: Very beautiful territory, many pine trees, fountains, benches, hammocks, flowers grow, bananas, limes, everything is very green and well-groomed. It is especially beautiful when you swim in the sea, and mountains are visible in the background. There is wi-fi. There are two pools: one with slides only for children, the second without slides. There are 4-5 bars on site. There is a good gym where you can weigh yourself. A lot of cats live on the territory (do not interfere with anyone).
Cons: wi-fi did not always work, somewhere better, somewhere worse, but in general it was enough. The water in the pool is a little cool, the sea is warmer.
4. Animation.
Pros: The animation is very good and the guys are all nice, unobtrusive. There is football, volleyball, table and tennis, boccia, yoga, aqua aerobics, step aerobics, zumba, water polo, darts. Evening shows and discos, foam parties. There are dance master classes in the daytime. There is a mini club for children and a mini disco.
Cons: All animation is scheduled at a certain time, sometimes some activities overlap with each other.
5. Beach.
Pros: Clean beach, remove garbage and dirty dishes. There is a normal entrance to the sea, without stones, on the right side. There are two piers with sun loungers. Normal locker rooms and showers. The sea is very warm and clean.
Cons: get a place on the beach closer to 12:30, when everyone leaves for lunch. Couldn't get a seat in the morning. Lots of fish in the sea that bite.
6. Nutrition.
Pros: The food is delicious, for lunch and dinner there were always different types of meat and fish. Garnish with mashed potatoes, french fries, rice, pasta, various vegetables. For breakfast there were omelettes, fried eggs, pancakes, breakfast cereals, dried fruits. Lots of different sweets and delicious pastries, there is ice cream. Once there was an evening of Mexican cuisine. Alcohol is normal, good beer, rose wine, cocktails. There is also a snack bar where you can get fries, burgers, hot dogs, pizza, wings, fruit. There are three a la carte restaurants, we were in the fish one, we liked it.
Cons: But over time, everything becomes boring. There was almost no seafood, only a couple of times mussels and squid. Due to quarantine, you can’t take food yourself, they only impose it.
7. Service.
Pros: The staff is not bad, unobtrusive, polite. The hotel guides clearly and clearly told everything.
Cons: You need to take beach towels in the SPA center in exchange for cards. But since they are constantly trying to lure them there, it was a little uncomfortable, but not critical. Once we went to the “hammam, massage, peeling, mask” complex - not bad, but we wouldn’t go the second time.

(namely rotten, the bone fell off the meat and the smell is appropriate) and once they took sour pasta to the child ...I had to try everything before giving it to the child. And the children's kitchen is generally weak.
It seems like a hotel for families with children, but the choice of food for children themselves is not very big.

4) For 7 nights there was not a single performance ...nor you a circus, acrobats, a performance or something like that. Every day, the same children danced on stage to the same songs and went home. Well, then, of course, a disco, etc. , but I'm talking about some kind of performance for children.

5) SPA, namely NOT their services, because I do not need and did not use, but getting towels from them. If I don’t want massage and procedures, why should I constantly impose it for 1-2 days. In order to get towels, I have to go through a wave of "thank you, no need" in addition to listening to what everyone is bad and only they have the best service and then explain why I don't need it.
If a person needs it, he will always ask himself. You can simply acquaint, why constantly tease and impose.

Pros:
1) Beautiful and well-groomed territory. Types of fire.
2) The beach is good (on one side, cobblestones on the other, pebbles and sand).
3) The bartenders are simply handsome, but not all of them. There are guys who do not understand at all what to mix with what and in what proportions. (For those who like to get drunk, of course, it will be all the same) Although on the faces of some it was read how glad he was to me.
4) Entertainment Team are just super milkers. They always try, invite you to relax in the meager field of entertainment. These are the only guys who are always cheerful, joking, smiling.

I approached the gestrelation, she asked why we want to move. And I explained to her all the points from food to the fact that the hammam is free, and at the entrance they offer for money!
Gestrelation, instead of at least trying to smooth over the situation, just started being rude and arguing for my every word. Although I normally, without raising my tone, said that this hotel does not suit us and we want to move!
After that, they simply began to threaten us and said that either we write a receipt that there are no claims against the hotel, or we will pay a fine or we will not be relocated.

For example, a toilet paper holder, the telephone did not work, the air conditioner did not work, the remote control did not work well. Everywhere some cracks, chips, swollen laminate. Feeling of filth everywhere. I can't say anything about cleaning, because after cleaning the room also looked dirty.
The beach is bad in every way. The descent into the sea is dangerous - the stones are large and sharp. It's very hard to get out! You can easily get injured. There are not enough places on the beach. On the first day we could not find sunbeds. I had to go to the pool. Some people just lie on the rocks, as there are no free sunbeds.
The staff is extremely unqualified. They serve in bars and a dining room (you can’t call it a restaurant) with obvious discontent.
The animation team consists of Russian speakers from the post-Soviet republics - Turkmenistan, etc. Their attitude towards vacationers is boorish in the truest sense of the word. They sit down at the tables, brazenly turn to "you", they can shout "closed! " or "nobody else will get towels! ". Personally, my husband and I first encountered such an attitude. Vacationers are treated very badly.
SPA is old and dirty. Broken handles in the shower - impossible to turn on the water, broken hooks, cabinet doors, shelves. . . Dirt. This is some kind of parody of SPA! The horror is complete. Moreover, it is a problem to sit in the hammam, as there are paid services, during which everyone else must leave. People are simply kicked out of there in the truest sense of the word. I want to remind you that the price of the holiday includes a hammam until 18:00!
The evening program is very weak - someone sings to the soundtrack of a Russian pop song.
Food more or less. I can't say it's bad. Small variety of sweets. Service claims only.
They walk around the territory and the beach and offer sheepskin coats.

This hotel has nothing to do with the Amara chain, it used to be, but now Armas has either rented it or bought it, and now it is under its “wing”! The first impression of the hotel is more to "+" than to "-", but after staying here for 2 days you begin to understand that the hotel does not pull far for 5 *!
So, the advantages of the hotel:
1. Large territory, well-groomed.
2. Great view of the mountains.
Minuses:
1. Old rooms, from the word very old.
2. Poor cleaning in the room.
3. The food does not correspond to the declared 5 *, even a more or less budget 5 will give Amara a head start in terms of nutrition. Every day the same menu, in the morning there are long queues for an omelet, which is prepared by a person barely moving. Breakfast starts at 7:00, but not all the guys get up so early, here people are on vacation and rest, so when you come to the restaurant by 9:00, you won’t get any pancakes, waffles, you will be answered “finish”! What is it like? ! Sausages are worth their weight in gold, pastries, which Turkey is famous for, in such a meager assortment that there is nothing to choose at all, from the word at all!
4. In connection with COVID-19, the staff imposes food, everything would be fine, but maybe it would be better, but all this is done in such a way that you are not welcome here, you do not give jobs by buying tours to the hotel, but they are doing you a favor. The staff is not trained in the quality of service, food is literally “flopped” on the plate, as in the Soviet canteen, sometimes it flies past and falls on the table, so they still take it from the table and try to put it back on the plate! What is it like?!
5. The sea is clean, but entering the sea is life-threatening! The boulders are huge, you can injure or break your legs, so it’s safe to go down to the sea only from the pier.
6. There is no talk of any social distance, the hotel is full.
7. Now the season is ending and the most unpleasant thing is that the owners of the hotel are literally starting to save on vacationers. The menu has been reduced to a minimum, there are no normal, at least normal Turkish drinks in the bars, they say “finish”!
8. Wi-fi works well only in the room, intermittently on the territory, almost does not work at lunchtime.
A lot has been said, maybe chaotically, but I will not recommend this hotel to anyone!

During the pandemic, the hotel is overcrowded. In the RESTAURANT you need to wait in line for 15 people for each dish (vegetables, fruits, bread and main), everyone is crowding and there can be no talk of any distance. Sometimes you can't find a table.
While the PLAYGROUND is closed, even in the evening the lights are off due to restrictions. CHILDREN'S ANIMATION is limited to a mini disco, which is held next to the pool bar, where they drink and smoke and all the smoke goes to the children. The mini-disco itself is absolutely the same type and is performed as if for show. THERE IS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE CHILDREN.
FOOD - every day the same - mashed potatoes, rice, beef and turkey made the same way and pasta. Grilled fish and chicken skewers. A couple of times there was sushi - just wrapped rice.
BEACH is small. Sunbeds must be taken at 7 am. I saw how the girl seriously injured her leg in the sea. Sewn up at the infirmary.
CLEANING is done daily, BUT in our case (I don't know about others) consisted of replenishing drinks, toilet paper and changing towels. Bed linen was never changed in a week.
ROOM. The air conditioner is located directly above the bed. It is impossible to sleep without it, we caught a cold with it, as it blows directly on the bed. In the bathroom, the glass shower screen is very short and you have to try very hard not to spit while swimming. The furniture in the rooms is old and falling apart. A drawer fell off our wardrobe and the mirror was cracked.
The TERRITORY is well-groomed and green. But we lived in the Nerium block. The paths are made of paving stones. Every early morning at 4 o'clock they began to roll carts, apparently to a restaurant - it was impossible to sleep, as it rumbles and rattles very loudly on this tile. And by the way, the beads with provisions to the restaurant also go along the path along which vacationers go to the sea or to the restaurant.

Do not believe the tour operators who say that hotels are now 50% full. This hotel, like all the others that managed to open this year, is 100% full and bursting at the seams with the influx of tourists.
Sun loungers near the pool and on the beach must be borrowed early in the morning before breakfast - they are not enough. Tables in the main restaurant are also sorely lacking. To sit down, you need to come to the opening or half an hour before closing.
In connection with the coronavirus, now the staff imposes food. Because of this, in order to eat, you need to stand in several long lines (for salad, for meat, for a side dish, for bread, for fruit, for sweets, etc. - stand in a separate queue for each meal).

The same situation is in bars: if you want a drink, stand in line for 10-15 minutes. Similarly with ice cream, gozleme, etc. Reminds me of a scoop))
As for the food: there is enough food, the food is edible, but if you want something special or very tasty, this is not the place.
You won't be hungry for sure, but you won't get much pleasure from food either.

All staff are wearing masks and have sanitizers. That's all the precautions regarding the coronavirus. We are not talking about any social distance, since everywhere there are dense huge queues and crowds of people)

The rooms are more or less clean, but very tired and shabby. In 2018, there was a renovation: they put new furniture in decrepit rooms, in some places they covered up cracks in a blunder. That's the whole renovation. Cleaning: more or less, they took out the trash and changed towels and bedding, there was also a wet cleaning (not every day).

Separately, a few words about sanitation:

There are a lot of flies everywhere: in the restaurant, near the pool. They just don’t let me live, they climb into plates, bite my legs, etc. Leaving a plate of food or a glass, I wrapped everything with napkins.
Often tea glasses are dirty, with traces and greasy prints.

On the penultimate day of our stay in the children's pool, one of the kids pooped. I called the duty officer, the poop was caught, the pool was cordoned off with a ribbon and that's it. This is where sanitation ends. So he stood with the ribbon until the end of the day, and in the morning it was opened again. The water was not changed, no chemicals were added.

In general, draw your own conclusions)
Animation is weak. During the coronavirus period, the kids club is closed, there is only a mini disco in the evening.
For adults, after a song to the soundtrack or dancing.
Happy aerobics, darts and water polo every day.
