There was a guide at the hotel, who asked him several times about cleaning, he recorded our appeal, but no one ever bought, did not change the towels.

The source was also found very quickly, the entire ceiling was covered in black mold (I am attaching photos), they also found that we were not given sheets to cover ourselves, as well as soap, the sofa that was present in the room was in strange spots, and wires were sticking out in many places . In the morning there was a meeting with the guide and then with her, we went to the reception, showed photos and we were told that okay, we will move after 12. I would like to say a big thank you to the guide Alina from AneksTour, who tried to help us in all matters. Okay, we came to the reception at the appointed time, the manager first wrote one number on a piece of paper, then thought, crossed out and wrote two others (this is an important fact). As a result, in the first room there was no smell of mold, but the room had no balcony, and we paid extra for the balcony, so we refused, and the second one had a balcony, smelled of mold and had two separate beds that could not be moved due to that they were buried in the wall. We came back to the reception, explained why we were refusing, they shook our heads in response that there were no more options. We thought that it was impossible to live with mold anyway, so we agree to the ECO room, but on the condition that somehow a room with a balcony becomes free, then we are moved there. A miracle happened here! The manager remembered about another number....and writes the room number that he wrote first and crossed out. Brought, it turned out to be an adequate room with a working air conditioner (they already decided not to pay attention to the lack of a kettle, after all, a small amount of mold in the corners of the bathroom and general unkemptness). We think this is happiness, but no. We did not immediately check the safe in the room. The previous tenant didn't remove the code from him. As a result, this problem was solved until the evening, and we sat in the room and waited. Since I really did not want to go to the beach with valuables and documents. It so happened that for the second day of our vacation we spent not resting, but dealing with the staff.

They thought there was rubbish, but it turned out that dirty laundry was lying there in the sun. Marinated for 2-4 days and then taken away somewhere. And at the exit you get a conditionally clean towel with stains and which stinks strangely.
Almost everything was good in the new room.... except for the air conditioning, which didn't turn off at all. As a result, I started having health problems and we asked for 3 days to fix it. On the fourth day the problem was solved.
There were also problems with cleaning, from time to time I had to go to the reception and ask for the room to be cleaned (only walk, because the phone in the last room did not work).
Stray dogs walk around the hotel and on the beach, about 60 centimeters high. Here is a mini zoo for you.
However, there were a couple of positives:
1) well done animators. They tried very hard to entertain both children and adults.
2) mini water park. Ride once, availability is nice
3) waiters. Very friendly and polite.

The pool is large with sea water, animation, games, exercises, music take place there. A big minus is the coating near the pool is old, the boards are twisted and screwed with protruding screws. Lots of cheese. Two kinds of soup. From fruits - apples of two kinds, oranges, pears, apricots, green plums, four times strawberries and watermelons. Sweets, of course, a mountain))) There were no queues, there was always enough space in the restaurant for everyone. Coffee in vending machines, juices (from concentrate), sprite, cola, fanta ...There is a lot of alcohol, everything from bottles with excise duties))), wines - white, pink, red; different cocktails and even milk ones, Baileys liqueur. Pour a lot)))) Ice cream of four types from 14 to 21.30. VERY EVERYTHING LOVED IT!
The animation is fun, they work, there are Russian-speaking girls. I liked the evening shows-programs (fire shows, African acrobats, Turkish dances, Latin American) There were discos with fireworks, but we didn’t go.
The most amazing thing there is the LANDSCAPES and gorgeous sunsets, every day is different.
The climate is moderate heat with pleasant breezes. Dry. The sun is dangerous, creams must be used, you don’t notice how you burn. But the water temperature is invigorating, but everyone bathes a lot)))
The service is normal, if you are in a good mood with everyone and the answer will be the same. Didn't notice any rudeness. Vacationers: Germans, Turks, Poles, British, Russians, Ukrainians. The sea is excellent, the temperature is 22-24 degrees, I really like the cool sea, because this temperature is just for me - invigorating and settling water. True, entry into the sea is only in special shoes, there really is no pantone, as Eugene wrote, but to the left of the hotel beach there is a sand entry on the city beach. The sea simply delighted with its purity and color, no algae (a little bit after a small storm there was one day), no jellyfish... The nature around is a feast for the eyes: mountains, greenery! We went on a boat trip on a ship on the sea - I really liked it - I recommend it!
The pool is excellent: spacious, the water is much warmer than the sea, it seems like there are a lot of sunbeds, but we had to take seats early. The most trump places are under the trees, there is a lot of natural shade.
The rooms are spacious, bright, relatively new (we had a room with a second mezzanine). The water in the tap is somehow salty, but my hair was just fluffy from it! In the room, a kettle, bags of sugar, tea, instant coffee, water were brought every day and not one and a half liters, as indicated, but 3 liters each (2 bottles), and in the dining room you could always take bottles of water and in the bar you could take as much water as you want for bottling.
The territory is well-groomed, beautiful, clean, there is a lot of greenery, but it is small - there is nowhere to walk or walk around.
The bar is cool: it's cool that next to the pool - you can always indulge in soft drinks)))
I managed to sign up and go to a fish restaurant (I liked it very much !!! ) and a Turkish one (I liked the food, but spicy, although if you ask the chef to make it less peppery, he will do it - well, he said so : )) By the way, I draw your attention to the fact that very little which of the staff speaks Russian, I speak English, so there were no problems.
Minuses:
Wifi is weak on site, only at reception.
Cleaning in the room is so-so: not every day, about once every 2-3 days, although we had so many towels in the room that it could last until the end of the holiday and they brought new ones with water every day. Here are just the towels themselves - there was a shock - they were clean, but so yellow that they had to be disposed of long ago, this is not the level of a 5-star hotel - old and washed towels! A friend had stains on the bed - also not a level! There was also a surprise with the air conditioner - it was placed so that on the second floor, where the son slept, his coolness did not reach and it was very hot there! If it got up to 16 degrees - it was cold on the first floor and a little better on the second! I had to build a device from what was at hand (a hotel guest folder, a hair crab and a rope) so that the air from the air conditioner went up!!!
But the above is true, not important, although it is important, but the biggest disadvantage for us was weak animation! The guys from the animation - they are all super - funny, sociable, but in the evening everything somehow calmed down - for several evenings they did not know what to do with themselves: just sitting in the bar and drinking is not for us (by the way, I was also surprised that the bar never music was playing, just silence and everyone was sitting, drinking, talking... ). For 8 days of rest there were 2 concerts (to be honest, the performing bands left much to be desired, at one concert people got up and left right during the performance) and 2 times two different duets sang in the bar - one for a four, but young people with a guitar and saxophone - BOMB!
Another of the minuses is the cleaning of sun loungers on the beach and near the pool - where coffee was spilled in the evening - it remained that way in the morning; the guy who periodically collected empty cups just wanted to help - he walks and simply doesn’t see half of the garbage))) The sunbeds are also dirty, there are leftovers of food lying under them or near them.
Overall impression - I liked it, had a great rest! But the rating of the hotel is still put 4+.
On the plus side: the food is delicious, the variety is great, everyone can find something to their liking. Near the pool there is a snack bar - there, in addition to the dining room, they gave hamburgers, pizza, fruits.
