Tui travel agency, AneksTour tour operator, AzurAir airline: everything was very organized: the plane back and forth on time, they no longer serve food on the plane (as it was 2 years ago when we also flew to Turkey), only tea, coffee, so we need to take food from home . air-conditioned bus to and from the hotel. the minus is that one and a half (2) hours to go from the airport to the hotel, you get tired. but the girl from AnexTour Elvira spoke excellent Russian, she told us everything almost all the way, she smiled.
now about the hotel:
there are 2 types of rooms: in the bungalow and in the main building, we booked in advance a room in the main building with a sea view (this is more expensive than a bungalow for $ 200). We decided not to save, because we rarely go to the sea.
in the end, we were given a room with a side sea view, there are three of us, and we were given a room with two single beds, but after half an hour the cleaning lady herself brought a third bed (when we complained to the reception, by the way, they did not understand Russian and not everyone knew English ). the next day we asked the girl from AnexTour why we were given a double room, she replied that everything was correct, the Standard Room is a room where they can bring an extra bed. but there were 2 blankets, 2 cups for tea, when they wrote a note to the Turkish cleaning lady (translated to her by an interpreter), she brought everything they asked for. they took a memory card with movies with them, but it turned out that the TV did not support the card (several channels from different countries were installed on the TV: Polish, English, German, it’s good that there were several channels in Russian, they didn’t find them in Ukrainian).
there was a kettle in the room, tea bags, coffee, sugar, several bottles of drinks in the refrigerator, we were warned that they were free once, and if you drank, you had to pay for the second, there were definitely not enough hangers in the closet for three people. free safe, air conditioning, passports do not need to be taken with you, but it is better to leave them in the room (no one stole anything from us in the room).
for each person they give a card for a towel for a sunbed and 1 card for everyone to open a room, if you lose any card - a fine
there was always hot water, the room was in good repair, the lights on the mirrors, on the walls, the door-mosquito net to the balcony also pleased. Wi-Fi was weak in the room, only near the reception it was possible to surf the Internet normally.
I can’t say anything bad about the cuisine in the main restaurant and the staff in the kitchen: every day there are different dishes and there is translation in different languages and in Russian.
a lot of meat, fried fish, stew, salads, you can choose your own salad dressing, desserts (cakes, pastries, baklava in various forms), fruits (watermelons, melons, pears, peaches, tangerines, oranges, grapefruits), for dinner there were small shrimp salad, mussel salad, red fish for dinner 2 times, different types of mashed soups with croutons. from drinks: there were sprite, cola, several types of tea, an automatic machine from three types of juices, coffee. dry red wine, champagne.
I didn’t know where to heat the milk, I turned to the waiter in English, he didn’t understand and took me to the chief administrator, who already understood English and took me to the microwave.
The empty dishes on the tables were cleared quickly.
now about the bar on the street: the minus is that there is no drinks menu at all, there are no problems with beer, but I don’t like beer, and when you speak English Cocktail - they always made Pinacolada, when you say a cocktail without milk, they did it to your taste and he wasn't very good.
alcoholic cocktails were all the same taste, only the topping changed. we said Mojito, and Cosmopolitan, Daiquiri - they say there are none.
at lunch on the street every day there were french fries, delicious pizza, salads, ayran drink.
the city of Didim was chosen because of the Aegean Sea, which is turquoise:
the sea is clean, transparent, you can see the fish, a few meters away there is a protection net from large fish. there is no sand on the shore, it hurts if you are barefoot. sunbeds must be borrowed in the morning, put a towel and no one will take
By the way, about the vacationers that surrounded us, we chose a hotel so that there were fewer Russians, and so it was. met Germans, French, Turks, English, Poles, and a few Russians. The intelligentsia, all cultured, let the girls go forward, do not push in the restaurant, do not shout, at the sea one man helped us move the umbrella, although we did not ask. nice people

First about the cons. Let's start from the moment of arrival:
- [ ] Incompetent guides of the Anex tour company (at least those who came across to us)
1. We were met by the guide Aneks tour. I addressed him in Russian. He pretended not to understand me and asked if I could speak English. I switched to English. language and only then received an answer to my question. After 10 minutes, it turned out that the guy's name is Savely and he is fluent in Russian. In general, primitive humor and an arrogant attitude towards tourists accompanied us throughout the journey.
2. Alexander was our guide at the hotel. At the first meeting, he gave the impression of an adequate responsible specialist. We wanted to see Pomukkale. Since we have small children, we decided to rent a car. Alexander advertised a Mercedes Vita premium segment for $170.
The safety and comfort of children is above all, we agreed. As a result, we got a Mercedes Vita in which the air conditioner blows only the front seats, it does not work in the rest of the cabin (the temperature that day was 38 degrees), the collapsed chassis, the collapsed gearbox, etc. The car did not want to go downhill at all. Salon was covered in dust and torn. In general, besides the fact that it was very hot to go, it was also very scary.
- [ ] The hotel positions itself as UAI - ultra all inclusive. This is a lie. Not a single item of elite alcohol is given at the hotel. Only local alcohol
- [ ] Housekeeping was an unpleasant shock. My son soiled the sheets. I took it off and put it on the chair. On the first day of cleaning in our room, only the pillows were straightened more evenly. They didn't even take the dirty sheets. The next day, towels were left not for 4 persons (how many lived in the room), but for two. The towels had large fist-sized holes.
Instead of a sheet, my child was given a piece of torn rag. Shampoo, shower gel, which was supposed to be renewed daily, was renewed on the 6th day. Cotton pads, ear sticks and a shower cap were not put in our room even once. Although on carts households. they were workers. And in the description of the hotel it was also written that the hotel provides these positions. The floor was washed every other day in the room, and the steps, the platform in front of the room and on the balcony were never cleaned during our stay. There are a lot of unharvested gobies on the territory of the hotel. This is a big issue with hotel management.
- [ ] For one number, they give only one card (keys). It doesn't matter how many people live in the room. This created some discomfort, given that the reception is far away. Lost card 5 €
- [ ] Very narrow beach. To sit with the child on the shore and play with a bucket and a shovel, I had to look for a place, since the sunbeds were actually at the very sea
- [ ] Hotel description says free parking. It's true. But parking is free outside the hotel
Now I will describe the pros:

3. Strong children's animation. However, in general, the animation in the hotel was good.
4. The sea is calm, clean (in the sun it seemed that the water was shining). Pretty petty.
5. The restaurant has a lot of chairs for baby food.
6. The restaurant also has a separate area for children with colored small tables and chairs
- [ ] There are many bungalows on the property. Even though they are a bit tight, they are still quite comfortable.
- [ ] Good location of the pools. In fact, leaving any room you run into the pool. And the territory is not small.
- [ ] Good kitchen
Summing up, I can write that if you go there to look for flaws, then you will find a large number of them, and if you go on vacation and can ignore the above disadvantages, then you will succeed, most importantly do not rent a car at the hotel through a guide - this dangerous and be prepared that there is not a single gram of elite alcohol here. Personally, I will never return to this hotel. This hotel does not qualify for 5 stars.
CLEANING OF THE ROOM: cleaned on a tyap-blunder. We wiped the floor and that's enough. The cleaning schedule is not clear: once they cleaned it at 9 am, the second time we came to the room closer to 14:00 - the room was still dirty. Sometimes they didn't remove it at all.
THE INTERNET IS HORRIBLE! There is free WI FI at the reception, it works only in the morning, in the evening it is impossible to open something or write a banal SMS via viber!
TERRITORY: not big. There are 4 small pools and one main pool. Cigarette butts, plastic cups were constantly found under the sun loungers, that is, they are cleaned, but not very...
RESTAURANT: didn't like the food at all, a lot of people, little choice. on the 5th day I was already really sick of their food. Constantly the same thing: chicken in any variations, rice and pasta. The restaurant is dirty. The waiters did not have time to clean up, you sit down on ketchup, crumbs and spilled juice. Tablecloths are dirty and stained.
BEACH: pebbles. It hurts to go in, it cuts the legs very much. Sea urchins are mostly in stones and in the evening. Not seen during the day. There are enough sun loungers, but if you borrow until 11 in the morning.
2. Settlement and room: arrived at 2 pm, immediately issued the keys. The room was cleaned, room type: 2-room bungalow. Almost every bungalow has a swimming pool.
3. Cleaning: every day at about 10 am there was a change of towels and wet cleaning. No complaints.
4. Staff: a couple of people who understand Russian, and a couple of people who understand English.
5. Beach: the entrance to the sea is first stones, it is better to use special shoes, umbrellas and sun loungers in abundance. Finding a place is not a problem.
6. Nutrition: everything you want is in abundance. Once every 7 days alacarte free of charge; at such a dinner, they forgot to bring a cake to the child on the DR, although everyone had said in advance.
7. Territory: large, modern design, it is not surprising, the hotel of 2016. There is a mini-water park (6 slides) and many pools.
8. Animation: there are both adults and children.
There is a free hammam, exercise equipment.
Total: a good hotel for families with children, not for parties : ) For parties there is Bodrum.
Ugliness! After that, the administrator suddenly completely stopped understanding English, forgot Turkish and completely disappeared from sight. In addition to us, there were three more families who obviously did not get what they paid for and what they counted on, but no one cared about them either (We had to sleep fully dressed, and our room with a fight and selected English abuse was cleaned only at 6 pm the next day During the whole week, we only changed towels once, and then (! ) one of them was with a huge hole in the middle, the size of a child’s head, the floor in the room was never washed, the bed was not changed, on the balcony there were ashes on table from previous tenants, so it remained even after our departure. It's a shame that all requests, wishes, demands - in any form and no matter what language (even in Turkish! ) are left without attention and feedback from management.
From the good - we note the food, everything was enough for everyone, there was always meat and fish, a lot of fruit.
It is very difficult to stay hungry. The food was delicious and quite varied. The only thing is that there are no separate areas for smokers and non-smokers, and this is a big drawback, since it is impossible to enjoy a meal in the fresh air without inhaling the stench of smoking coming from everywhere. Also, be careful - there are a lot of sea urchins in the sea! We were not lucky yet - we got into the period of arrival of the children's camp - it was truly pitch hell. Unfortunately, neither the tour operator nor the hotel considered it necessary to notify us of this in advance, or at least to accommodate the children separately from the rest of the vacationers - instead of the coveted week of peace and quiet, we got 7 days in mud and noise, and not a single night of good and restful sleep ( ((
You can get to the city and the nearest civilization in 20-25 minutes by bus, the cost is 3 lira one way (the stop is to the left of the central exit).
But very early rejoiced! At the moment, the Turkish Children's Sports Camp for volleyball and basketball players aged 7-16 years old, 600 people, has arrived at the Hotel! And this is not a five-star hotel, but specifically a children's camp! The hotel management considered that the Hotel could be turned into a camp with a canteen and a herd of unruly children! I love children very much, but it's one thing when children come with their parents and look after them, and another thing is a camp!
You can imagine when in the pool there are 300 restless children jumping with a bomb, hitting with a volleyball anywhere, they don’t look that there are vacationing tourists and small children, they jump right on the children. You can’t get into the water park, there are still 200 people from the camp! In the pool with small slides for children, they play football and that five-year-olds get hit in the head 10 times, their Coaches did not make a single remark! But the worst thing is what's going on in the restaurant! You cannot imagine what 600 hungry children are like! The restaurant turns into a school canteen - the queues are incredible, but that's nothing, the main thing is that they all run around the restaurant, knocking children and adults down. They break the dishes, every minute plates fly to the floor and you only have time to jump away from the fragments. The whole restaurant turns into a dump, if the hotel management at least left a piece of the hall for vacationers and shared a place for the camp, it would still be tolerable, but so there is no chance to eat and so that you would not be slapped, knocked down, you sat down at a clean table where there are appliances - there is simply no chances!
We bought a ticket to a 5 star hotel, not a Children's camp and are very upset! The hotel management does nothing about this, Anex tour also promised a great stay in a good hotel and did not warn about this horror! At the moment, there is nowhere to swim with children, the water is dirty, you need to eat quickly in 3 minutes, what is left after camping at a dirty table! If you like this kind of holiday, then you are here. To Aurum Moon Children's Camp. Vacation ruined! And the hotel management is to blame for this, then make a camp and do not position it as a 5 * Hotel! The hotel had every chance for a great review, but what is happening here now is beyond words! And I understand that everyone can get in the same way as we do!
But the staff does not speak Russian well, so it is better to speak English. The bar in our building was open 24 hours a day, free cocktails are also very tasty! We are very pleased, we will definitely come again!
