I will be objective: the hotel itself is not bad, there is a water park, a beautiful view, close to the sea. BUT: located in a terrible hole, there are no cafes, no restaurants, no shops (only 3 grocery stores) around, there is nowhere to walk along the sea, there is no embankment. To Didim, where all this is - 24 km.

BUT: located in a terrible hole, there are no cafes, no restaurants, no shops (only 3 grocery stores) around, there is nowhere to walk along the sea, there is no embankment. To Didim, where all this is - 24 km. You can walk to the center of Akbuk - 5-6 km, but there is nothing interesting there either. It is very noisy: on the one hand there is a highway with rushing cars, on the other hand there is a narrow street, huge economic vehicles and buses with tourists drive along it (both day and night), from one end - screeching water slides, from the other - the bazaar comes, noisy and smelly (though only once a week).
But that's not the worst! EVERY EVENING OR EVERY NIGHT THE WHOLE AREA COVERS A HORRIBLE SEWER STINK! One that eats eyes! No way to get rid of her. Ask the locals what it is? It turned out that the owners of the hotel were stingy with treatment facilities and all the excrement of tourists is poured into a pit (by the way, 30 meters from the sea). A huge cistern arrives and pumps out the contents, so when it works, then you don’t know where to go from the terrible stink. In general, IT IS NOT 5 STARS! Too bad for the money! The hotel is absolutely not worth it.

Arrival in Izmir, to the hotel with one technical stop for 10 minutes - 1.5 hours. Check-in is fast, it was not possible to change the room - loading according to the manager is 98%. Description of all the charms you can read in other reviews. The water park is excellent, "Butterfly" is one of two on the entire Aegean coast - this is a wow effect! The sea is cool, invigorating, warmer before lunch, after lunch - the wind was and the waves make the water cloudy, there is cleared sand, along the edges of the beach there are boulders with a lot of live mussels and fish) Relaxation and solitude - guaranteed! Restaurant - they didn’t give bananas, the children suffered) There was strawberries once, there were no peaches, cherries and apricots - they bought directly from the hotel on Thursdays at the agricultural market (it’s open until 17, after dinner they already lower the price, you can bargain, buy better for lira).

The restaurant makes sushi - we didn't like it, one rice. There are many fish dishes - but not all were also at the highest level (there is something to work on). The waiters are all great - they will help, bring, smile).
The exchange of small bills is possible at the reception, if you change a lot - they have no change (.
We went to Didim - we stopped the minibus near the hotel, the fare is 9 lira, it goes straight to the center, Waikiki and the embankment (I recommend a trip). You need to be back before 21.00 (the last minibus).
There was practically no animation for children, this is a minus, the smallest children up to 4 years old only painted and cut something, older children hang on their parents (In the evening, children's animation on stage starts at 21.00, I think it's late, it should be at 20.30. and a couple of songs with dances - this is about nothing. They promised the arrival of a new group of children's animators - they did not wait.
Outside the territory there is nothing special to do, there is an island - go in the morning along the spit and see how the fishermen hand over the catch of fish, which is then transported to the shore by a tractor. A couple of grocery minimarkets - you can buy butter, Turkish delight, and all sorts of things at home (payment by card is possible).
And yet - the hotel strongly promotes itself among travel agents - promotional tours regularly. For these groups, there are separate cocktails upon arrival, a musical greeting, a separate menu in the restaurant and tables, cocktails and personal service. Therefore, most of the reviews are from travel agents, a little embellished, because there is a special approach to them.
In the hotel, most of the local Turks with families (very decent, well-mannered and tolerant), Poles, Germans and Ukrainians (with children), so I recommend it as a family hotel.
I advise the hotel management to pay more attention to the leisure of vacationers (the tour operator Coral made me very upset by the lack of exciting excursions and silent guides who did not work out their bread). There is no music and a full-fledged bar on the beach (now there is a booth and a gloomy bartender, there are no cocktails in the bar, all the animation is in the pool, but it must be sent to the beach, because there are people there too.
Ennobling the island and organizing trips to Bodrum from the hotel - that's where I would start.
I wish the hotel further development and prosperity!

Ultra all inclusive - as stated in the voucher. This is not true, to be honest. We stayed at the hotel for 14 days in October. Pecked at a high rating in the reviews. Expectations were not justified. I'll try to be honest. Seen a lot, there is something to compare. So... The hotel is new. Purely. The room was cleaned daily, linen and towels were constantly changed, the mini-bar was replenished with drinks - water, mineral water, cola and fanta / sprite.

The hotel is new. Purely. The room was cleaned daily, linen and towels were constantly changed, the mini-bar was replenished with drinks - water, mineral water, cola and fanta / sprite. There is no beer. The room has a kettle, cwi, coffee, sugar - too. Very attentive maids on the floor. Any request via the translator app on the phone is kindly handled. They asked for extra sheets for hiding - they brought them and then changed them daily for fresh ones. There are no bathrobes in the room, we brought them upon request, thank you.
The room has sufficient lighting, a comfortable bed, a sufficient number of sockets, central air conditioning. But for some reason there are no glasses for toothbrushes - I had to take it at the bar.
Cosmetics - a meager quad choice. It is better to bring shampoo and soap with you, in the room there are only screwed containers with soap and shower gel, for two weeks two small bottles - conditioner and body lotion - are scarce. The water in the shower really changes its temperature dramatically, apparently when you open the tap in other rooms. In the morning, the shower smells bad from the sewer.
The hotel has a good free spa area, it was only open until seven. Turkish bath, sauna, hammam, salt room and relaxation area. Sauna and hammam are heated "at times".
The pools are large, clean and there are plenty of sun loungers. Beach towels are changed without restrictions, which is great.
Great water park. Lots of slides, Butterfly. They squealed. But most of the slides are completely closed.
Beach on the sea - sunbeds, umbrellas. private area of the public beach. On the beach - only a refrigerator with water. The beach is clearly artificial, so the entrance to the sea = like sand, but with unexpected sharp stones.
Near the shore - a pontoon.
Dogs on the beach really feel free, but behave peacefully.
WiFi is excellent in rooms and public areas including the beach.
About nutrition.
It is difficult to sign up for an a la carte restaurant, obviously not the first time, especially for a fish one. Asking for something is disgusting.
No second breakfast as advertised. There was no fresh juice at breakfast either, until they made a claim.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner - in the main restaurant, buffet.
The choice of dishes is sufficient, but almost unchanged. Everything is absolutely unsalted, from the word "completely".
Good selection of greens. Tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, olives. Lots of snacks. Good selection of cheeses. Honeycomb for breakfast. Always grilled fish - or dorado, or sea bass, or tuna, or yellowtail.
There are rolls for dinner.
Delicious pastries. Fruits - melon, watermelon, apples, pears, rarely plums.
Drinks only local production. Wine in bars of unworthy quality.
But any coffee is brewed in bars.
Nice set of dishes at the pool bar for lunch. Ice cream to choose from.
Excellent confectionery. Cheesecake - I recommend.
In short, food for four.
The staff is friendly, but forced to comply with the regime of saving on tourists.
Good animation for kids.
It seems not bad, but it would be more honest to declare not UAI, but AI. Yes, and 5 * until the hotel falls short.

All new. A lot of entertainment, starting with a water park for children and adults, ending with a sauna and a hammam. The territory is small, but the building is chic, where there is everything, even a pastry shop, where from lunch to night they are treated to tea, coffee and sweets. Ice cream from 12 to the evening, very tasty - 5 types, plus three syrups to choose from.

We haven't reached a la carte in 5 days, because the main restaurant has such an assortment that not everyone has tried everything. The animation is weak, but the kids club works well: children 4 and 9 years old were floated for a couple of hours, and they themselves went to the water park or to the store. Drive to Waikiki min. 30, the market comes to the hotel once a week, there is nowhere else to shop. The beach is not very, but the entrance is gentle. For the price that the vouchers are now, I highly recommend the hotel !!!!!!!!! !

Went and read the reviews. The bullshit is complete. Regretted. For this money, weak 4. Animations are terrible, some stupid humor is stupid and that's it. No clowns and what is in advertising is not even close. The food is average, fish meat kritz, rolls in the evening one rice, fruits are standard. Alcohol is local.

A narrow strip all in stones, dirty. Here is the Aegean Sea. Not like everywhere else. Like some kind of bay and nowhere to look. Go under the road. One plus water park. Children at least this. At 9 already in the room tablets, nothing to do. There is no greenery and a small area. The service freezes, you need to ask several times to bring something. Lots of locals. It would be better to choose Kemer...

We planned to go to Egypt, but found a hot offer at the hotel and bribed the reviews.
Everything is not as good as described before.
Arrived at 23:30. Settled immediately, free of charge, a good room with sea views.
Food. In general - good. Always 2 kinds of fish, a lot of meat, everything is delicious. Sweet eyes run away. An insane choice. Sushi was almost every night, but only 1 species was delicious — with salmon. Promised shrimp and octopuses - this was not the case) I recommend to sign up for fish a la carte. Salmon is very tasty. We were given leaflets describing bars and restaurants. In the description he writes - fresh juices for breakfast. Of course, they were not there. Just do not understand why then write)
The area is small. There is no place to walk.
Sea-disappointment. Last year there was also in Bodrum-District Turgutreis - clean, clear water. This hotel has a puddle. The water is muddy. At the bottom of a pile of stones, cleared only 1 place for sunset, at the pontoon. 3-4 meters wide.
There they go and bathe on each other. The beach itself is not convenient at all. There are sunbeds, but far from the sea, you lie by the road, where a lot of cars. We laid a towel on the sand right next to the water. Felt like 15 years ago in Kirillovka))) The beach is not fenced. A lot of Turks. Keep things to yourself. She saw how the guy stole a bag from a tourist and disappeared. Our guard ran after him, but to no avail. I don't know how this story ended.
Animation - minidisco in the evening. Everything is standard. I was surprised by the promo of this hotel in a youtube clown, work, spider-man, etc. There was nothing like that. After him, adult animation. They never sat down to the end. There was a bingo game, a comedy show, a guess the melody game, a disco and so on. Everything is as primitive as possible))
Somehow so. We have been on the Olinclusive more than 10 times. There is something to compare. Expected to get into something Wow, but it turned out so-so, 6 out of 10)

The hotel has three swimming pools with different depths. Toilets are everywhere, near the pools, on each floor of the hotel and most importantly, it is clean and smells. Elite drinks are served in the lobby bar. The hotel also has three a la carte restaurants, but according to the rules of the hotel, you can visit one restaurant for free in seven days. Were in a Turkish a la carte restaurant, I can say that the food in the main restaurant is tastier.
1. Food. This hotel has food for the rich, gourmet, serving for a millionaire. Sushi was every evening, fish all the time, different meats, seafood every day: mussels, squid, shrimp, octopus. Sweets are generally aerobatics. For children there is a separate distribution, as in adults with children's beautiful plates. There are high chairs for the little ones in the restaurant.
2. Accommodation. The hotel is new, the rooms are clean, modern, cleaning every day.
3. Animation. The guys are super lighters, for children there is a children's room. Foam party every day for children and adults. Contests. Evening program, everything is there.
4. Beach. Walk 5 minutes from the hotel to the beach. through the underpass. Now they are making an elevator to go down to the transition, probably for the elderly and parents with strollers, I don’t see a problem going down the stairs))) Beach towels are issued in the SPA area. The coast of the beach is sandy, but there are stones, the water is unclear, there is a pontoon, but it serves more not to enter the sea, but to jump into it.
Summing up, I can say that if you want to have a rich rest, this is the place for you. I recommend it to everyone, for me there are no shortcomings in this hotel.

As a couple, the most important thing that we need during our vacation is coziness, comfort, tranquility, care, hospitality. It's all so well thought out! The hotel opened on 30.07. My friends and I, only 11 people, young and old)) settled on August 11th. There is simply nothing to complain about here.
As a couple, the most important thing that we need during our vacation is coziness, comfort, tranquility, care, hospitality. It's all so well thought out!
Here, too, everyone will find a place for solitude. Drink coffee, watch TV on the big screen, eat a delicious cake or watch a sports channel in a sports bar. Or take part in activities with the rest of the guests. Correctly already written, everyone who works here, they are so friendly and responsive. Seriously, always with a smile and attention. Sometimes I would like to scold for something, but not for anything)) For me personally, this is very important! Angelica from the reception. Angel, where does a person get so much warmth and patience)). She is the one who speaks Russian.
About the fact that somewhere something does not work, there is no question. Our mini-fridge stopped freezing, so after 5 minutes. Brought new in package. I didn't have time to remember. The room has everything you need. The minibar is replenished every day. Cola, fanta, sprite, light cola, beer, mineral water, chocolate, nuts. Tea, coffee of course. I lived in a room with a pool, it's sooo cool)). The building with swim up rooms is located in a quiet place behind separately closed doors. No one walks there and does not interfere)). Numbers 901-908 if I'm not mistaken.
The food is excellent. Don't describe. There is absolutely everything. Everyone will like it 100%. Very well organized food. Hall with dishes in one hall, several halls for eating separately. They are all different in style. Even according to the mood you can choose)). Imported drinks. Packaged juices. All in bottles and jars.
You can also eat very well in the food court area. And not just fries and hamburgers. Very varied food.
Aquapark. Children's, for different ages, and not just for the smallest. And for adults, the most popular slides. Tsunami is also a network)). There is also a food court near the water park. In short, yes, it’s better not to eat for two weeks before coming here)).
There is a gym with trendy exercise equipment. Indoor swimming pool next to the spa.
The spa is great too. Free hammam, Turkish, Russian baths. Salt room.
The road to the beach through the underpass. First 45 steps, then in a straight line. Total time 1 min. 10 sec. I knew that they would ask about it, I specifically spotted it. With me, they completed the elevator, for those who are too lazy 45 steps. But with their food, it would be better if there was no elevator, at least a few calories to spend)).
The beach is the most common this season. Sunbeds, umbrellas, sea, sand. There was no bar, but drinks in the fridge were brought regularly. But next season there will be a gorgeous beach, with everything you need. You can see the project on the site.
There is a mini club. Children can be left. Our kids liked it. Inna teacher and other girls, thank you! There will also be a teen club. With all sorts of game consoles and slot machines. Disco for adults is already open.
Summary: We all enjoyed it very much. Everyone is delighted. I think when the hotel launches everything planned, its price tag will rise very much.
Dear Maxeria, just keep your brand! This will be the best hotel on the Aegean coast. I'll be back soon))).

The hotel is located in the cozy resort town of Akbuk, the main building of which is small villas for the middle class. There are no other hotels of this class in the area.
The climate of the place is typical for the western Aegean coast, that is, less humid, less hot than in Antalya, there is always a light breeze from the sea. The sea itself is cooler than in Belek, deep blue.
The hotel is a brand new (2020) seven-story complex (from -2 to 4) quite typical for Turkish architecture, which is located on a relatively small area, again, when compared with the standard "fives" from Belek: there are three pools in a compact area (for the little ones, for the older ones, and the big one with a bridge and an island), a stage, a bar. In the neighborhood - a gigantic water park with a bar (not yet launched), and a beach with a volleyball court.
The rooms are comfortable, there is a minimum of what is needed, high-quality repairs, everything works, when designing, they obviously approached wisely. To some, the toilet and bathroom (shower) may seem small, in Sheraton, Rixos, Hilton they are larger. The rooms still suggest that most of the time the guests will spend outside. Although, besides the beds, there is other furniture, a small balcony, a refrigerator with drinks included in the price.
Separately, it is worth dwelling on food. You should go there beforehand hungry, preferably a few weeks. From experience I can say that the hotel in this respect is at least as good as Lara's top fives. In most medium-sized 5 * hotels in Turkey, they save quite a lot on food, in particular, dishes from chicken and local farm fish that have recently become much cheaper in recent years prevail. At the Maxeria Hotel for dinner daily on the sushi menu (yes, you can argue about how authentic the production technology is, but the children ate everything), various dishes of fried, baked, stewed and boiled beef and lamb, as well as snacks from shrimp, octopus, mussels. Large boiled shrimp are served in unlimited quantities. Not every day, but there were baked beef ribs with sauce, fried lamb tenderloin on the bone, smoked mackerel, yellowtail, salmon (you won’t find all this in Turkey during the day with fire, or it’s very expensive), all kinds of meat delicacies. There is a dietary table, have not tried it.
From drinks, I would like to single out high-quality Efe crayfish of two varieties, Efes beer is good, but anti-coronavirus legislation banned it in cans, I have not tried good French brandy, whiskey, vodka and cocktails. Yes, they also brew real coffee there, not “Turkish”, but in an espresso machine, cappuccino, etc. , in Turkey, to put it mildly, this is not always the case.
The hotel has a very good area with sun loungers in front of the beach - everything is very well maintained and clean. But the beach itself is unfinished - there are a lot of stones at the entrance. There is a pier. The sea itself is very clean, especially in calm weather.
The water park is huge, the children practically did not get out of it. There is a separate one for younger children with fountains, slides and a pool, and for the older one there are 6 large slides.
In general, the rest were very satisfied. Children's diseases, like any other completely new hotel, are present, but they were not very striking. Yes, some work is constantly being carried out, something is being painted, drilled. Some of the elevators don't work. The staff tries very hard, there are several Russian speakers.
