In bars, AI is hardly heard, there is beer and rakia, beer is poured into worn plastic glasses. all drinks until 23.00. The hotel is in complete disrepair.
Number, we immediately insisted on it, got a new one, everything is OK with that. But food! For dinner, we expected the usual grill, meat or fish, this is not! Only obscure meatballs! Came out hungry. The next morning, at the first meeting with the guide, the hotel was changed. We paid extra and moved to Bodrum. Thanks to this, they did not spoil their vacation. We will read reviews more carefully in the future. But once again I don’t understand tour operators who sell tours here! Why do you need problems with your tourists who have been trusting you for many years? The hotel is just disgusting! You can't go!
The rooms are good:
New furniture, bathroom with new fixtures, comfortable beds and pillows.
Beach towels without cards and reports, take clean ones without restrictions.
Slides are open from 9.00 to 17.30, not like in other hotels for 2 hours a day.
Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel and in the room too.
The food is excellent:
Fruits were for breakfast, lunch and dinner: melon, watermelon, grapes and blue and green, plums, peaches, cherries, apples, pears, oranges.
Meat: chicken heaps, beef every day (goulash, roll, lula kebab, grilled cutlets, meat on a skewer).
Fish: every day trout, grilled herring and some small ones.
Disadvantages: there is no shampoo and conditioner in the room (only shower gel), no slippers, nowhere to dry things (we took a rope and did the drying ourselves), the sand on the beach is not cleaned.
We waited for more than an hour to check into the room.

We arrived from the airport to the hotel at 20.30, where, after filling out all the necessary documents, we were handed the keys to two rooms (one for three girls, the second for two guys). Upon entering the rooms, we were waiting for ...to say "disappointment", this is nothing to say.
The girls' room, which itself is not very large, had three beds and two cots. However, the towels were only for two. The shower stall is rusty.
The guys were generally in for a surprise, the bed was one double and that one was broken, despite the fact that a room with two beds was booked.
In addition, in their room (572) the air conditioner, TV did not work, there was dust everywhere, dried flies in the ceiling lamps, the wiring was twisted by hand. There was not even toilet paper in the bathroom, the towels were old with holes. We generally keep silent about old furniture, plumbing and dirty walls.
Our company did not consist of those people who would find fault with every little thing, but what they saw made me go to the general manager Hussein. After listening to us, he promised to add towels to the girls' room, and the next day he promised to move the guys to another room.
The next day we had a meeting with a representative of the tour operator Katarina. Our company and another family, who settled at the same time with us, expressed all their claims and wishes to her. After listening to us, Katarina admitted that the hotel is clearly not 5 * and no one will clean the rooms properly.
After another visit with claims to Hussein, the guys were transferred to another room, which was a little better, but did not shine with cleanliness and the air conditioner practically did not cool the air. What is there to say about the air conditioner in the room, after check-out from the room and before the transfer to the airport, and this is for a minute from 12.00 to 16.00, we had to sit without it even in the Lobby.
Now a little about the restaurant. The first thing that catches your eye is that there are no tablecloths on the tables, but greasy towels that just ask to be washed. The hotel is full of cats and dogs that walk quietly between the tables in the restaurant. Vacationers usually want to feed them and throw food on the floor, which then no one cleans up. The dishes are almost all chipped and there is not enough of it for everyone, you have to wait for the plates to be brought. At lunchtime and in the evening in a restaurant queue and to eat meat you need to stand in line for 20-30 minutes.
Drinks in bars are poured into plastic cups, which by the way are also not enough, tea, coffee and juices are poured into disposable paper cups.
Nobody cleans the beach from algae, the mattresses on the sun loungers are dirty, there are a lot of cigarette butts and food leftovers around. We also never saw a lifeguard on the tower during the entire vacation.
Whether it is worth going to such a 5 * hotel, decide for yourself.
