All 5 days of our stay in the corridor of the hotel there were watermelon skins, cigarette butts, dirty dishes and garbage from the rooms (photo attached) - no reaction from the staff. All this by the end of the week was accompanied by an unpleasant odor. We understood perfectly well that the hotel was not 5 stars, but elementary cleaning should still be present.

Only the next day, after our meeting with a representative of the tour operator, they responded to her comments on our complaints. The air conditioner was repaired in the dining room, the refrigerator was replaced, and the room was cleaned. The drain and ventilation remained the same.
Do not believe the beautiful photos on the hotel website - a beautiful view of the sea is the only beautiful thing in this hotel. The area is not well maintained. There is no animation (for us it was a plus) - the playground is overgrown with grass and littered, the stage and the amphitheater for animation are dirty, stained from spilled liquids, on the table on the stage there is a tattered tablecloth forgotten from last year. The territory of the hotel begins to be cleaned only at 8 am, and very slowly. Therefore, be prepared for the fact that in the morning the steps will be flooded with drinks, disposable plates and cups with leftover food and drinks will fall near the pool. The tennis court and basketball court, which are present in the advertising photos, have not been painted for many years, the plants on the territory are not well-groomed. Rubbish and papers are scattered in every nook and cranny. The tour operator said that the wind scatters the papers (supposedly, this is a feature of the local climate), but no one removes them, they lay there in the same places both on the first and last day of our stay. Furniture - chairs in the dining room and armchairs in the lobby are very dirty, all stained.
Separate words about the beach - the line is the first, but you need to walk 300 meters to the beach from the hotel. Reeds and neglected trees grow in front of the hotel. The view from the sea to the hotel is frankly deplorable. The beach is a narrow, narrow strip along a busy road. So be careful when crossing the road, especially with children! there is dirty sand on the beach, seaweed is thrown out by the sea, which the staff does not clean. There are black spots on the sand in places, it feels like the remains of machine oil (I think from the proximity of the road). In any case, we did not see such spots on the other beach. The beach is separated from the road by frail bushes, so all the dust from the road settles on this beach.
Nowhere is written, but not far from the hotel on a nearby hill there is a busy construction site. Not only does it spoil its beauty, dust from the construction site literally permeates the whole air. All local vegetation, although in lush color, but with a specific coating of dust.
Climate - be prepared for the fact that geographically the hotel is located in such a way that strong north winds often blow here. In early June, this was a big obstacle to swimming in the sea. The beach of the hotel, although shallow near the shore (good for children), but the waves and wind were very strong and it was just cold to swim and sunbathe on the beach. Therefore, the whole crowd of vacationers crowded around the pool.
In bad weather at sea and with a large population of the hotel, there are not enough places near the pool for everyone. In the basement there is a hammam and a sauna. But be careful going down there - the water from the slide by the pool pours directly onto the steps leading to the hammam, so it is always very slippery there and there is a lot of water.
In the first two days of my stay at the hotel, I was shocked by all this. We bought a tour in a decent (according to rating and reviews) four, but this does not even pull on 3 *. Although the operator said to our claims that the category of the hotel is determined by the number of bars (there are 3 of them), the first line of the beach and the presence of a pool. It's all present, but WHAT quality is it? I have already talked about the beach. Bars - spirits as stated - local. But if earlier, when relaxing in 3-4 * to Turkey (Kemer region), cocktails interfered with at least liquors, then here they interfere with packaged juices, it is impossible to drink. Of the alcoholic beverages, only beer was decent. And I even liked the local vodka - Rakia (albeit with a pectus flavor).
An important point is that there is nothing to dry wet clothes on, they are dried on the parapets of balconies. There are tiny balconies in a separate 2-storey building, but you can at least tie a rope on them. Be sure to take it with you, and clothespins.
The surrounding infrastructure is non-existent. There are simply NO shops, exchange offices, souvenir shops, etc. here. The nearest grocery stores are only in Turgotreis (2.5 km) or towards Bodrum (3 km). Travel to Bodrum 9 lira, travel time 40 min, to Turgutreis 4 lira, time 20 min. What else struck me was that there are NO toilets on the beaches either (neither in the hotel, nor in Bodrum and on the nearest decent beach). The surrounding landscape is scorched hills built up with monotonous 2-3 storey villas.
In order not to give the impression that I’m only swearing at everything, I’ll tell you about the positive points: wifi catches in the rooms (at least we had one), the safe in the room is free, the food is quite tasty, almost every day there was beef, french fries, fish (only horse mackerel), baking, grilling. From 10.00 until the evening, brewed coffee is brewed (not the best, but not as crappy as from the machine). There is ice cream every day. Decent beer. The staff in the dining room is very good, quickly cleaned, attentive. On the beach - modern sun loungers, shower, bar, pier, the sea near the shore is shallow, wooden paths. Great sauna, hammam, swimming pool. The sea in June was very clean, although cool.

Tips: we found the nearest decent beach by walking along the path along the coast (it is possible along the highway) in the direction opposite to Turgutreis, about 1 km from the hotel beach, behind the lighthouse. A beautiful sandy beach, with clean sand, protected by a cape from the wind, there is a cafe there. Don't be lazy, go there. There is a nice wild beach along the way. Sok chain store in the same direction, you can along the beach along the coast, then along the highway and beautiful villas 3 km from the hotel (it is marked on Google maps). In general, the scenery is much more beautiful in that direction. Take a walk. Take clothesline and clothespins with you. Change money at the airport or at the hotel reception.

We drove for less than an hour, on the way the guide from Aneks who met us praised the guide at Ramil's hotel, more on that later.
Number. The check-in was not long, while filling out the questionnaires and waiting for the check-in, the girl from the staff brought soft drinks, it was nice. We didn’t have small dollars, so we exchanged 10 dollars at the reception, at the rate of 7.4, so that we could give small money to the billboy, etc.
At the reception at check-in, they asked for a room with a sea view, before "thanking" they went up to look at the room. Air conditioning and refrigerator did not work. The first day ran through solving these shortcomings. The admin at the reception smiled sweetly, pretended to accept the application for the umpteenth time, but the issue was not resolved, the guy Admin generally made a poker face, so there was no further talk of gratitude. We lived on the 3rd floor, room 3 + 1 (two adults and children 16 and 8 years old) with a view of the sea. The room is excellent. The balcony is spacious, fabulous views of the bay and the sea. The repair is good, all the lamps worked, the hair dryer worked. Bed tired.
We turned to the girl from Anex about the non-working air conditioner and refrigerator. During the day everything, thanks, fixed. As a result, the truth is that the air conditioner was never turned on, there was no need, it was already cool at night.
For 8 days, cleaning was 3 times, a couple of dollars and a chocolate bar were left once at the end when we left. Of the minuses, there was no place to dry things, there was no dryer, things flew away on chairs on the balcony, because to the wind.
There are not many minuses in this hotel at all, but there was a main game: they did not immediately provide Wi-Fi, arguing that we will get Wi-Fi the next day at a meeting with the guide. Considering that the paid roaming in that place was not connected, due to the proximity of Greece and the mountains, it was not possible to inform our relatives about how we got there.
Guide. At the meeting with the guide, we got the long-awaited Wi-Fi, listened to Ramil's excellent presentation about excursions through the Anex, it sounded sweet. In general, the guide talked a lot, promised a lot, in fact, what was promised was far from what was said. As a salesman of tours, he is well done, handsome, knows how to present the product. It’s up to everyone to decide whether it’s worth grabbing excursions from him right away or even asking the locals.
Tour purchased from the guide - a complete failure. The promised yacht trip, with a tour of significant places, with a romantic dinner on a yacht at sunset, was beautifully outlined, but it didn’t cost $ 50 per person, it would be better to take a yacht trip through the bays at the hotel, it would cost 2 times cheaper and spend less travel time. Memorable places: the old walls of the mills, the gates of Myndos, honestly stood in the heat, listened and thought it would be faster to go to the yacht. On the way, we were taken to a shopping center, where they began to sell us sweets and all sorts of souvenirs at exorbitant prices, the guide closely followed all this movement, well, a classic of the genre in general))... Then the yacht. At six o'clock we set sail, it was immediately announced to us that all alcohol was paid, although the opposite had been said earlier. Beer 5 euros. Stronger 10 euros. Chips 5 euros. So I advise you to take alcohol and food with you from the hotel. From free tea, water.
We sailed for 30-40 minutes, in the nearest bay we made a stop for an hour and everyone was ordered to swim, hmm, the most desperate couple of people swam, because in the evening and the terrible wind did not have at all. Later in the parking lot, dinner was offered on the lower deck. Dinner was "impressive", cold spaghetti with two dried chicken legs, (one leg for children)) blue cabbage salad, for dessert a microscopic piece of watermelon and a couple of orange slices for the family. Everyone was left hungry. After stopping, they swam back. At 21.10 loaded back into the bus. Buses there and back are good and comfortable. We drove back to the hotel in a depressed mood. We were extremely dissatisfied with the tour. Wasted money and wasted day. I also want to draw your attention to the fact that there is a very strong wind on the ship, which we were not warned about. Be sure to take something warm. We returned to the hotel after 22.00, we didn’t have time for dinner, but there was a night soup (, 23.00-24.00), it was delicious, we even got bread for the hungry))
Returning to the hotel, I want to note the positive attitude of the staff, I don’t know, maybe because it was the beginning of the season and we were still not tired, but everything was as friendly as possible. The guys are all energetic, quickly resolve issues, everything is worthy, no one climbs, does not cling. I don’t know, maybe they were grimacing under masks, but their eyes were smiling)). There were queues for food, because due to quarantine, tourists themselves cannot impose a hedgehog on themselves, the staff imposes behind the window, whoever wants to skip the line can come a little later. In general, excellent chefs, the food is excellent, everyone can find what he likes to his taste. Juices from packages, not UPI, alcohol is not luxury, but at the end of the supplies from the dutik they went very well). Seven up and Pepsi look like real ones. Definitely better than in Egypt. the beer is good. Plastic bottles from the plane came in handy, it is convenient to pour water into them, water in unlimited quantities in disposable plastic jars. Pleased with a snack between lunch and dinner, nuggets, french fries, pita bread, ice cream, just super!
Swimming pool. We spent almost all the time near the pool, the children were more interested there, we were at the sea 2 times in total. Nice music played. But at the weekend there was a large influx of Turks and a lot of Turkish music became noticeable, not Turkish remixes that everyone liked, but Turkish, which already started to put pressure on the brain a little)). Slides on schedule. Regarding animation, yes, it really was lacking, but quarantine imposes many restrictions, including on animation.
From shops nearby - nothing. You can go left along the roadway to the village about 700 meters, go through the cemetery, there will immediately be a small market, fruits, vegetables, and a store, shampoos, toothbrushes, chips, etc. Or, to the right along the roadway from the hotel, we went to the market on Monday 4 km to the neighboring village. You can take a taxi ($ 5), or by bus (pay by card), you can hitch a ride, there are shorter options. We preferred to walk on foot, because with their delicious food we were afraid that we would not get back on the plane, we wanted at least some movement. Everything was on the market. Souvenirs and presents home is better to buy there. T-shirts for 5 euros, then they pull the hand, let's go for 3 dollars. Nearby are the same T-shirts in bulk for 20 lire. In short, we must not rush, look like, then take. The market rate is already 8.4. It is better to pay in lira, when converting to dollars or euros, they have strong errors.
Sea. The sea is clean, unusually sparkles in the sun, it has a lot of sparkling microparticles like gold dust, beautiful, shallow near the coast, a little walk - deep, in temperature - it feels like it could be both warm and cold at the same time, as if there were different currents in it are mixed. There are winds on the beach, sometimes the mattresses were blown away). Walking not far, we didn’t go by carriage, it was a joy for us to walk a little, both up and down. Music was playing in the background on the beach. Pleasant bartender Karim, Russian speaking. I draw your attention to the fact that the staff there basically does not speak English, not to mention Russian. Everything is explained on the fingers, but the basic phrases in English are understood, that was enough).
Hamam. Hamam, as they found out at the end of the holiday, is free, you can try to sign up for a steam bath for free, but this is very problematic of course. In the first days we took a complex for 30 dollars per person, a hammam, scrubbing, foam massage, and then a general massage, head, legs, fingers. It was something! Master is amazing!! ! Says from Bali)
Entertainment in the evening. Of course this is tough. There is nowhere to go for a walk. At the reception you can take backgammon to play. TV watched Turkish channels, and one Polish, in the evenings watched Gyurem in the original, cried). On the 4th day, roaming mysteriously turned on, I don’t know, maybe someone shook the antenna in the mountains)) but it was a holiday for us, because the Wi-Fi was very weak at the reception.
Airplane. Azur Air flew in both directions. The planes are great. Water, as always, was seized at the control in Turkey, left for a child 0.5.
In Turkey, duty free is a little more expensive than in Ukraine.
In general, the rest left only positive memories. Who flies to Bodrum should understand that it is primarily winds, changeable weather, unstable warm sea - but all this is compensated by beautiful views. Who likes what.

Considering that the paid roaming in that place was not connected, due to the proximity of Greece and the mountains, it was not possible to inform our relatives about how we got there.
Guide. At the meeting with the guide, we got the long-awaited Wi-Fi, listened to Ramil's excellent presentation about excursions through the Anex, it sounded sweet. In general, the guide talked a lot, promised a lot, in fact, what was promised was far from what was said. As a salesman of tours, he is well done, handsome, knows how to present the product. It’s up to everyone to decide whether it’s worth grabbing excursions from him right away or even asking the locals.
Tour purchased from the guide - a complete failure. The promised yacht trip, with a tour of significant places, with a romantic dinner on a yacht at sunset, was beautifully outlined, but it didn’t cost $ 50 per person, it would be better to take a yacht trip through the bays at the hotel, it would cost 2 times cheaper and spend less travel time. Memorable places: the old walls of the mills, the gates of Myndos, honestly stood in the heat, listened and thought it would be faster to go to the yacht. On the way, we were taken to a shopping center, where they began to sell us sweets and all sorts of souvenirs at exorbitant prices, the guide closely followed all this movement, well, a classic of the genre in general))... Then the yacht. At six o'clock we set sail, it was immediately announced to us that all alcohol was paid, although the opposite had been said earlier. Beer 5 euros. Stronger 10 euros. Chips 5 euros. So I advise you to take alcohol and food with you from the hotel. From free tea, water.
We sailed for 30-40 minutes, in the nearest bay we made a stop for an hour and everyone was ordered to swim, hmm, the most desperate couple of people swam, because in the evening and the terrible wind did not have at all. Later in the parking lot, dinner was offered on the lower deck. Dinner was "impressive", cold spaghetti with two dried chicken legs, (one leg for children)) blue cabbage salad, for dessert a microscopic piece of watermelon and a couple of orange slices for the family. Everyone was left hungry. After stopping, they swam back. At 21.10 loaded back into the bus. Buses there and back are good and comfortable. We drove back to the hotel in a depressed mood. We were extremely dissatisfied with the tour. Wasted money and wasted day. I also want to draw your attention to the fact that there is a very strong wind on the ship, which we were not warned about. Definitely better than in Egypt. the beer is good. Plastic bottles from the plane came in handy, it is convenient to pour water into them, water in unlimited quantities in disposable plastic jars. Pleased with a snack between lunch and dinner, nuggets, french fries, pita bread, ice cream, just super!
Swimming pool. We spent almost all the time near the pool, the children were more interested there, we were at the sea 2 times in total. Nice music played. But at the weekend there was a large influx of Turks and a lot of Turkish music became noticeable, not Turkish remixes that everyone liked, but Turkish, which already started to put pressure on the brain a little)). You can go left along the roadway to the village about 700 meters, go through the cemetery, there will immediately be a small market, fruits, vegetables, and a store, shampoos, toothbrushes, chips, etc. Or, to the right along the roadway from the hotel, we went to the market on Monday 4 km to the neighboring village. You can take a taxi ($ 5), or by bus (pay by card), you can hitch a ride, there are shorter options. We preferred to walk on foot, because with their delicious food we were afraid that we would not get back on the plane, we wanted at least some movement. Everything was on the market. The sea is good, the sand shines like gold in the morning. Near the hotel, the depth is 0.5 meters, the next 20 meters from the beach, on other beaches, the depth is reached faster.
In general, the whole holiday was saved by panoramic views from anywhere in the hotel and our room, the magical brilliance of the sea and our optimistic mood)))
