Any reviews? ? The hotel does not match the description and photos on their website.
There is no a la carte restaurant listed on the hotel website. There are also no other entertainments declared on the site: sauna, market, darts, fitness center, hammam, mini football, billiards, children's animation, playground, hairdresser, spa center.
The hotel does not correspond to the star rating. Troika, not even solid.
By the way, now there is no information about the a la carte restaurant, and some items are marked with an asterisk as paid ones.

The first thing I want to note is that the hotel is not new.
In 2021 the hotel changed hands. Before that, the hotel had been empty for a couple of years.

Regarding the repair - in some places they tinted, greased and that's it. Everything else from the fork to the sun lounger is old.

Our check-in happened about 10 days after the opening. The hotel was not ready for the arrival of tourists. A lot of shortcomings.

On the territory of the hotel: somewhere the rubbish was unloaded (on the 2nd day of our stay it was removed when the plywood sheet was blown away by the wind right on the tourist), somewhere the wires are scattered, as an element of landscape design.

Check in:
We arrived at the hotel at 6 am. We had to wait until lunch, but we were lucky, they settled us almost immediately, thanked us for $ 20.
We heard that someone was settled after 14:00, a girl with a 2-year-old child was settled late in the evening, and one of the guys who arrived in the evening was given a room only the next day.

The hotel is not for a relaxing holiday. ) Adventure hotel.
On the third day of our stay, the transformer exploded. Half a day spent without air conditioning and without water! (they have an electric pump, no light - no water). Although the problem was solved in less than a day, I didn’t really like the attitude of the staff on this situation: “We apologized, WHAT ELSE DO YOU WANT? »
The guide from AnexTour also does not solve anything “What can I do, well, there is no light, wait. ”
After this incident, the lights went out several more times throughout the stay.
I note right away that there is nothing to do in a room without air conditioning, it is unbearably hot, like in a sauna. Open windows do not solve the problem.

Water is not centralized (as we are used to), but is stored in tanks. Finished - wait until they bring. Three times an hour there was no water in the room (besides the time when there was no water due to lack of electricity).
One day there was a fire (we did not find it, we were at sea), water was used to extinguish. Another hour without water.

Territory:
In general, in the hotel you feel like you are in an old “shamanized” dacha.
The area is very beautiful. This is probably the only plus of this hotel.
The number of rooms is located in two-story buildings in the Greek style. White houses with blue windows and doors.
Lots of greenery and flowers. The landscaping is well done.

The pool is medium, the depth with a drop is from 100 to 160 centimeters, there is a gentle entrance in the form of wide steps. Water slide. There are enough sun loungers, but half of them are failed, there are catastrophically lacking umbrellas. ? There are no towels.

Number:
Not big, 20 squares.
Light, white walls, wooden ceiling.
Old wooden windows. The furniture is also old.
Bedding, towels. The mattress is very hard (even for me, we sleep at home on a hard one).
I really didn’t like the presence of a waterproof cheap mattress cover and a cover made of the same material on the pillows. He does not breathe, he soars very much, even when the air conditioner is on, you sleep all wet. Removed, life improved).
The bathroom is very small.
The shower cabin is leaking, and not in the direction of an additional drain, but in the corridor (it’s somehow strange for a renovated hotel). No hooks, hangers. There is a hair dryer, but it is old, it stinks of burning, I was afraid to burn my hair.
The balcony is small, we can assume that it does not exist.
No hangers for drying clothes. We dried it on the railing of the balcony, but a very strong wind (either we were so lucky, or a feature of the region), everything flies off.
There is a refrigerator. But it does not freeze, so it slightly cools. There is no kettle or cutlery in the room.
The declared mini-bar is 2 bottles of water upon arrival in the refrigerator. Replenished when leaving a tip.

Nutrition:
Do not believe the photo on the hotel website,
there is no buffet and there is no such abundance of dishes as in the photo either. This hotel has its own “unique concept” (covering behind covid):
You come to the “restaurant”, sit down at a table (if you manage to find a free one), the food is brought. You wait for 20-60 minutes, as lucky. First of all, they serve the Turks.
Due to the fact that everyone is waiting for serving, there are not enough free tables. Who managed, he sat down. I didn’t have time, walk for an hour. but not for long), otherwise the time of the meal will end and you will not be served.
Often it was, you come for breakfast, there are tables, but not cleaned, and they are not in a hurry to clean up.

Breakfast is served in the style of "Turkish breakfast", the whole table is lined with small plates. The first couple of days it was cool, then tired, the breakfasts are the same, Habitual (even for 3 *) muesli with milk, hot omelettes, pancakes and other things are not. Only a few types of cheese, tomato, cucumber, olives, boiled egg, jams, bread. All.
For lunch, one of two dishes is offered: mostly chicken, turkey (rarely) or soy "bombs" with a side dish and salad (a plate of some kind of herb poured with lemon juice).
Dinner is like lunch + a few non-edible snacks. Everything is very scarce.
There are no fresh vegetables for lunch and dinner.
From fruits: watermelon, I saw a melon a couple of times, on the last day there was a cherry.
The main dishes in most cases are well cooked, but very monotonous (I probably won’t eat rice for the next half a year).
Between lunch and dinner there is a snack: nuggets, fries, burgers.
At first, cutlery was wrapped in a disposable paper bag, but this luxury eventually ended. As the salt and pepper in the sticks ended, and then the sugar - here the covid is apparently over)))

Restaurant area:
There are tables outside and a few indoors. Those that are on the street - half are in the sun, it is impossible to use during lunch and breakfast.
Very heavy metal chairs. Didn't like my manicure.
You will not see the usual tablecloths here. Like you need to get aesthetic pleasure from the "old" tables, the museum is all the same, well, that's it. .

Bar:
everything is like everywhere else, b / a drinks, tea, instant coffee, beer, local alcohol. Often something ended, then no beer, then cola, then tea. Tea, how can tea run out? By the way, it is only brewed in a vat, there is no picketing.
We never take strong alcohol at the bar, but we heard that there were problems with this too. The presence of cups and sugar with varying degrees of success. There is also often no ice - there is no light, where does the ice come from. ? There was natural coffee for several days, but the electric Turk burned down. When a new Turk appeared, they sharply remembered the time limits for all inclusive, coffee after 10 o'clock))
Drinking water the first days was always and in any quantity. Then by time: after 23:00 - for a fee. Format - plastic jars of 200 ml. Not convenient, dropped - broke.

There is no cooler where you can get free water around the clock. ? Service at the bar, as in the hotel restaurant. First, you wait to be noticed, you order, you pinch your fingers in the hope that the bartender will not forget what you ordered. Sometimes two beers and one cola is an impossible task.

Wi-fi was in some rooms, free of charge, but not stable.
I didn’t try to watch the video, but in principle it was enough to find some information on the Internet. In the evening, wi-fi practically did not work.

Purity:
She is not)
The restaurant is clean, dishes are clean.
The room was not cleaned very well, the floor was wiped, the towels were changed, the garbage was taken out and that's it. There is dust in the corners as an interior detail. Plumbing was not washed for 10 days even once (tell me, is the desire for a clean toilet bowl after the absence of water for a day - is this an overestimated requirement? ). The bed was changed once.
When they left us for tea for the first time, in the hope of better cleaning, they laid out a composition of towels and fresh flowers on our bed).
The public toilet was never cleaned, only the trash was taken out.
The bar counter seems to have not been washed since the time of Alexander the Great's attempts to besiege the city of Halicarnassus.
The area around the pool is also dirty. If something spills, then the stain will be there forever.
I'm afraid to imagine what the floor will look like by the end of the season.
There are no urns around the pool, only near the bar. Not all guests want to clean up single cups of drinks after themselves, the staff rarely cleans up (i. e. once a day), so all this garbage rolls on the floor sometimes flying into the pool (the wind is strong).
At the bottom of the pool for 10 days that we were going to sand, that is, the pool is not cleaned.
Although after walking around the city and visiting shopping centers, we realized that the lack of cleanliness in this region is the norm. There is a lot of garbage on the streets, dirt in the fitting rooms of stores (just lumps of dusty "seals" in the corners).
Outside the hotel there is a landmark, in fact a plastic dump.

Sea:
The sea in this region is cold. The beaches are in bays.

Transfer from the hotel takes you to Bitez Bay. We didn’t like it, a lot of garbage on the shore, cigarette butts, beer caps. Transfer is a separate joke.
Mercedes Vita cars with a capacity of 8 people. Leaving the hotel is a problem, there are a lot of people who want to. On the contrary, you can simply be forgotten. Taxi from Bitez beach to the hotel 30 lire. Not very expensive and it would not be a problem if the hotel did not initially declare the transfer you are counting on.
We went to the beach in the Gumbert area. From the hotel 1 km (15 minutes in the wreck). The coastline is divided between hotels. You take the sun loungers, order a drink and relax as much as you like. Unlike Bitez beach, it is very clean here, not a single bull. We chose the beach at the Nagi Hotel for ourselves. Very pleasant and unobtrusive staff.
Prices: a bottle of beer 35 lire, a glass of ice coffee 37 lire, a large glass of juice 30 lire. You can pay by card.

Hotel staff:
there are no complaints about the guys-waiters, at the bar and the maids. These are mostly students who came to work in the summer. They tried very hard to be polite and helpful.
Near the same transfer, the young lady asked the Russian-speaking tourists to let the Turks go ahead, “otherwise they will start to resent. ”
Such a “scoop”, by pull, by acquaintance))? I heard how tourists complained about the service in general, to which they were answered “but some tourists, such and such ... ” or “what did you want to get for this money? "? For reference: our tour for two, 10 days, departure from Kharkov, cost 850 euros. Now a similar tour costs 1700 euros. Last year, a tour in the top three for THREE in Kemer cost 750 euros from services a few goals higher? It is not worth talking about the fact that Bodrum is much more expensive. Bodrum as a whole is also not a fountain. Those who sing praises to him and compare him with Europe, apparently have never been to Europe. But that is another story. . ))
