The promised check-in at 14.00 happened to us at 16.30, and then after 3 attempts. For a family of 3 people (2 adults and 1 child 10 years old) we were settled in: 1) a room with 2 single beds; 2) a room with a double bed and a folding bed; 3) a room with a double bed. After a long scandal, an extra bed for my son was put in a room with 2 sleeping beds.
In the period before 05.07, the food was of terrible quality, a la carte (very small portions) of 2 items to choose from - usually chicken or meatballs (50 cent size, not giving away meat - maybe soy meat). There were not enough tables for vacationers, they had to be occupied much in advance - the service ended at the time indicated upon check-in, if before the end of the service you still had time to take a table, the food ended. Either way, you were hungry. The promised all inclusive was not in the hotel!
Wi-Fi only works in the reception area and partly by the pool, it is not possible to connect to the network in the rooms, TV only Turkish channels.
There are safes in the rooms, but there is no access to them. they do not work, there is also a big security issue: the hotel does not have a fence and a fence, there is a round-the-clock access to the hotel territory - whoever wants to come in, take what they want.
Unsanitary conditions reign in the hotel - the pool area and public areas are in a terrible state, the toilet is scary to enter.
Billiard table, table tennis, hammam - it's like a myth of Ancient Greece, they seem to exist, but no one has seen them; )
The hotel has a funny character from fairy tales - a Russian-speaking Cat Bayun named Alma - she speaks and puts you to sleep with her speeches, without solving anything and without helping you in solving your problems. To our innocent request to provide a child who is allergic to eggs (and you will eat eggs and only eggs for breakfast every day) muesli and milk, she told us with a sweet smile that all this is sold in the store and you can buy it yourself.
Alma's main task is to "cloud the mind" and slip a piece of paper with waivers of claims against the hotel for signature. As soon as you sign or refuse to sign, Alma immediately loses interest in you. With questions, or better requirements (they are better understood here), contact the Turkish management immediately - by the end of our holiday they appeared, and they are more attentive to their guests and seem to be interested in solving your questions. For the sake of objectivity, I want to say that the situation seems to be changing, but there are so many shortcomings that it is not clear when they will be eliminated. Therefore, I would strongly not recommend this hotel!

There is a large pool for adults and children with a slide and a small children's pool. The hotel lobby and restaurant have a themed interior and exclusive furniture. Wireless Internet is available in the lobby, restaurant, near the bar and pool. There was no internet in our room. The hotel has good food. The restaurant has enough chairs for children. In the evenings after dinner there were performances of musicians and singers.
Constantly in the hotel I had to solve a lot of issues to improve my vacation and improve the quality of my stay in it. Despite this, the impressions of staying at the hotel and visiting Bodrum left positive emotions and memories.

1 thin piece of sausage per person, 1 serving of french fries for two - the hotel considers this the norm.
Coffee is only instant in espresso cardboard cups. And even you can be rudely refused to pour it if you come for breakfast not at 8, but at 7:50.
Instead of juice, they poured me not even yupi, but smelly yellowish water. As it turned out, they ran out of yupi and poured liquid from the bottom of the container, diluting it with water.

In the evening we could not get into the room - the magnetic key did not work.
It turned out that some kind of zapara with wires.
This is not surprising: the shield in the room - melted wires and plugs, black mold inside.
By the way, this wonderful hotel in 3 days went down in Google according to estimates from 5 to 3.1. What did the hotel do? Conclusions? No matter how! They deleted their account and created a new one with great reviews from hotel staff.

There were no hangers in the room. There is no cold water in the hand basin. The door frames were broken, and there were black stains on the curtains. There is only one socket in the room, the refrigerator is broken. The declared tea and coffee set was not, water and glasses - too.
In the morning at the reception, everyone was freezing cold about the resettlement. The staff generally has such a tactic, nodding their heads, agreeing and doing nothing. Or mow that they do not understand Russian. When my daughter, who lived in the USA, spoke English, they began to freeze that they did not understand English either. There are a couple of Russian-speaking employees, but they are not enough for everyone.
We were not moved either in the morning or at lunchtime, although we sacrificed a trip to the sea for the sake of resettlement. Everyone was looking for excuses. Finally poked at the employee: "He will solve your problems. " He said "follow me" and led... to the bar. To the question: "What the hell is a bar for us? " came the reply: "For you to have a drink, relax and not worry about the number. "
Finally we were settled in room C4. Better to stay where they were. The room is cramped, dirty, in plaster dust after repair, there is no balcony, not a single hook or hanger for towels, no refrigerator, no hair dryer, TV does not work, several sockets and one lamp are torn out, IN ALL bedside lamps, table lamps and in the floor lamp there are NO bulbs. The bedroom has a bed and no bedside tables. If you need to put glasses, the phone - only on the dirty floor.
The switch was removed in the shower faucet, the ventilation was tightly closed, it was stuffy, there was a smell of sewerage. The toilet cistern filled very slowly and it was difficult to flush the poo. The shower drain did not work, the water collected in a puddle and filled up. We did not ask for mops or rags. Dirty water from the floor had to be collected with towels and thrown out into the street. They were not changed and the supply of towels soon ran out. Because the wastebasket is very small, we had to collect it in bags and take it outside. The pavement near the room began to turn into a garbage dump. In the end, we ran out of toilet paper, we rolled it from a roll in a public toilet.
The room was in a dead end, where at night there was impenetrable darkness, and rested against a fence, behind which a chained mastiff barked all night, it was impossible to sleep. We threw him balyk, cheese and all the rest of the food, because there was no refrigerator anyway. Two days later we saw a refrigerator in some of those. room and brought it to themselves. In response, from our room... they took the safe, fortunately, we did not use it.
There is no declared restaurant of Mediterranean cuisine in the hotel, the buffet appeared only in recent days, and before that, food was given in portions plus vegetables, grass, melon, watermelon. The food is monotonous - rice, bulgur, chicken, a couple of times there was fish and meat. No grill, kebab, baklava. Often there was not enough food for everyone. Favorite word in the restaurant and at the bar is finished (ended). There are not enough tables for everyone, they need to be quickly occupied or you will be left without food.

The hotel is not far from Gumbet beach, but we were taken to Bitez - 15-20 minutes. There were 2 walks after breakfast on the 8-seater "Vito". And this is for 162 numbers! The result - queues, nerves, scandals. On the beach, the Turks drove us off the sunbeds, demanded that we buy drinks, although the beach and the transfer were declared free. As a result, we began to go to Gombet, where four of us were accommodated for 100 lira.
Everything was not enough, if you want to be in time, you need to climb forward and actively work with your elbows.
Slavs are second class people. Until the Turk is served, they will not approach you. The Turks were given whiskey - we are not. There are many such moments. It got to the point that a local dude tried to drive us off the sunbeds by the pool, they say, they are only for the Turks.
The hotel is reminiscent of a rotten dacha: the trouble is with electricity, water, toilets, no TV, no refrigerator, the beach is far away, you need to clean up and take out the trash yourself.

The hotel area is very cozy and beautiful. All in greenery and flowering shrubs. The staff is friendly and hardworking. Every corner of the hotel is tasteful and well maintained. It is impossible not to appreciate the place where the hotel is located: it is filled with history and the atmosphere of antiquity. The gates of Myndos and the ancient city wall, where tourists are brought on excursions, are located right next to the territory. And this unique location is the highlight of the hotel.
Regarding nutrition: the first three days the food was portioned. But the portions were large, everything was enough. There was always food. There was not much variety, but it was delicious and homemade. Of the minuses - there were few vegetables and fruits. A few days later the hotel organized a buffet with a large assortment. All questions with queues and free tables were closed. For drinks: a standard set, good quality. During "rush hours" some drinks ran out, but stocks were replenished within a short time.
To the sea, as indicated in the description of the hotel, far away, about 25 minutes walk. There was a transfer to another beach (Bitez) with free hotel sunbeds and umbrellas. If you walk to the center (30-40 minutes), you can get to the magnificent city beach with incredibly clear water and views. Before that, the walk will be picturesque streets, shops and a promenade with luxury yachts.
A separate plus is a nice big pool, clean and warm. For children - small, safe. A slide that works from morning until evening.
Often musicians are invited, with very good live music, who play and sing from dinner until late in the evening.
At the reception, not all the staff speak English-Russian, but thanks to Alma, we could resolve all issues without any problems.
As for the negative reviews. Of course, you can find the worst side in everything, even in the most luxurious hotels. Who focuses on what. An interesting observation: 60-70 percent in the hotel are Turks who felt at ease and cheerful, they really came to relax, and not look for flaws, unlike most Russian-speaking tourists...

On the fifth day, it seemed to us that life began to improve, since disposable slippers appeared for the first time, but the management decided to introduce a temporary restriction on the issuance of drinks; interruptions began with tea, the number of guests increased.

Moreover, the hotel management did not find the opportunity to explain the cause and timing of the elimination of this situation. Electricity and water disappeared around 19.00, and appeared at 14.00 (light) and 10.00 (water) the next day. Result: a sleepless night in stuffiness and the inability to wash after the sea and even really wash your hands (in a pandemic). In the morning (there was no water yet) we were served breakfast with dirty appliances (let me remind you again - the curfew has not yet been lifted in Turkey). Naturally, we did not receive any apologies or compensation.
3. The territory of the hotel is dirty. The pool was never cleaned during our stay. The water turned cloudy. The tiles around the pool are stained with drink marks. The bathrooms in the public area are in a terrible state (only the decor on the walls distinguishes them from the bathrooms of the Soviet factory canteen during the stagnation).
4. Free transfer to the beach - a kind of roulette. You can wait and not leave (because there is not enough space in a minibus designed for 6 people), you can leave an hour after the stated time, but then they will forget to pick you up and you will have to return to the hotel by taxi.
5. Housekeeping - a separate song. The floor was always dirty. It was scary to walk barefoot. On the day of arrival, we found two dirty towels in our room. As we understood, two employees were engaged in cleaning, who simply did not have time to do it when all the visitors were on the beach (from 10 am to 1 pm), as a result, we were disturbed several times when we rested in the afternoon.

She insisted several times that we sign a certain paper, which states that we have no claims against the hotel. The first thing I want to note is that the hotel is not new.
In 2021 the hotel changed hands. Before that, the hotel had been empty for a couple of years.

Regarding the repair - in some places they tinted, greased and that's it. Everything else from the fork to the sun lounger is old.

Our check-in happened about 10 days after the opening. The hotel was not ready for the arrival of tourists. A lot of shortcomings.
On the territory of the hotel: somewhere the rubbish was unloaded (on the 2nd day of our stay it was removed when the plywood sheet was blown away by the wind right on the tourist), somewhere the wires are scattered, as an element of landscape design.

We arrived at the hotel at 6 am. We had to wait until lunch, but we were lucky, they settled us almost immediately, thanked us for $ 20.
We heard that someone was settled after 14:00, a girl with a 2-year-old child was settled late in the evening, and one of the guys who arrived in the evening was given a room only the next day.
