The rest is rubbish!!!
1. Nutrition - from the word no! 15 minutes after the start of dinner, meat (any) ends, there is no question of fish, salads too, fruits - overripe watermelon porridge. Breakfast - to eat, you need to eat rolls. Feeding children is generally unrealistic.
Sweets? forget! Maybe you will have time to eat 1 kind of cake in the evening.
One day at lunch, the chef did not come to work at all, the guests - the men just got into a fight with the staff - could not stand the nerves.
2. Dirt and unsanitary conditions. The towels were changed in the room on the 5th day after complaining. Nobody cleans the rooms. Tables in the restaurant, at the reception are not washed - at all !!!
2. The staff freezes, no one understands Russian, English is also difficult. The hotel manager does not respond at all.
Tourists complained about food, dirt in the rooms and the manager, and hotel guides, and the hotline of tour operators, they reached the Ukrainian consulate in Turkey! We and 20 other tourists were then moved to another hotel.
Definitely, the problem of the hotel is management. Because the hotel itself and the beach are excellent, a beautiful view, a breeze, not hot.
There was nothing to do for children - they sat in the hotel lobby, caught a terrible Internet to play games on the phone!
Disinfectors, antiseptics, masks, washing floors, tables, etc. during the Covid-19 pandemic are completely absent!!!
We tried not to be in the hotel, so as not to pick up some kind of infection!
Holiday ruined drastically!! !
We were put into our rooms very quickly.
it was a shame that in the price list they wrote that there is a hairdryer in the room, in fact, they didn’t even smell, the staff was not much sad and tired, the beach is good. There are practically no Russians and Russian speakers among vacationers, mostly Turks, Poles, and we (Kazakhs) and that’s all.
the choice of food is normal, only the choice of fruits could be better - for all 10 days there was only 3-4 watermelons, there were oranges, sour plums and hard peaches.
The hotel area is small, but there are a couple of places where you can sit and relax - a clearing with pillows, a place they call Deck (trestle beds with mattresses). unfortunately, it’s far enough from Bodrum and from Turgutreis itself, so there’s nowhere to walk (((there is a mosque near the hotels and chants (invitation to prayer) are heard 5 times a day), but honestly the first time you notice it strongly, then you don’t pay attention .
The animation is not very developed, in the evenings, of course, there were shows and a children's disco, at lunchtime volleyball and water polo, but the mini club works in a strange way - it is rarely open and the child can go there and play.
family hotels, a lot of children. at 00-00 all the music stops and all the animations end, but the neighboring hotel is also noisy, probably up to 12 or up to 1 maximum.
Overall, my family and I really enjoyed the hotel. do not expect something super-duper from him, for a three-star hotel he is very good))))
