Here are the cons that, it seems to me, do not correspond to the star rating of this hotel:
1- The beach of the hotel is in a terrible state. In fact, it can be considered wild. Judge for yourself: there are less than 30 sun loungers on the beach, even fewer umbrellas, no mattresses, there are some terribly dirty pillows on which you can supposedly also lie. Anyone can enter the beach, which is what local Turks do on weekends, occasionally the guard kicks them out. A huge disadvantage of the beach is the lack of a bar on it. To get a drink, you need to go up to the hotel bar, and this is not so close: you have to overcome a very steep uphill. For those who like to wander along the bottom, and not swim, this task is not feasible here (the entrance is at a depth where there are enough sea urchins). True, you can go into the water from a nearby beach there are no hedgehogs. This didn't bother us as we love to swim and dive.
2- Regarding the infrastructure of the hotel itself. What they think in advertising for 4 bars was not clear to us. During the day, a maximum of 1 bar is open on the territory: until 10 am in the main restaurant-dining room, from 10-18 bar by the pool, from 19-21 dinner in the restaurant there is a bar, and from 21-30 to 24 bar on the roof of the restaurant. So the attentive reader will notice that there are hours when not a single bar is open at all. I can’t say anything about the Turkish bath - we didn’t go in. Gym - 3 terribly old simulators in the bathhouse (rowing, something like a stepper, a bicycle). There is table tennis with terrible rackets and a net (we had our own rackets (we always take them), so we still managed to play), there is an American table and carom (if I'm not mistaken, this is the name of the game when the table is without pockets) 2 cues (in poor condition) for 2 tables, there is also table football. I like to play American, but the tables are usually occupied by the employees of the hotel itself, it seems that they are resting there, especially in the evenings. For this hotel it's ok. Nowhere have I seen this before. There are two tiny pools (deep and shallow), near the pools there are plenty of sunbeds and mattresses, but there was no desire to plunge into this water. There are no beach towels in the hotel. True, many used towels from the rooms. Therefore, the "white" towels in the rooms are closer to gray.
3- We were generally lucky with the number, as many said. But the problems described in other reviews with a shower were. Water was on the floor constantly after taking a shower. But we had the top floor and no one flooded us from above.
4- The food was not particularly important to us, but I can’t say that it was good. Poor selection of food. Never seen anything like this before.
5 - There is no animation in the hotel, except for one animator, who every evening at 11 took her to a disco in Gumbet, and at 3 in the night the dolmush was taken away and brought to the hotel.
And I also want to say: do not believe the photographs posted on various sites - they do not correspond to the true look, at least I did not find any. Of course, we found ourselves a good company and still had a good rest, but not thanks to the hotel. In general, you choose where to relax, but I categorically do not recommend this hotel.
The only thing we liked was the quality, tasty food, although not very varied, only apples, oranges, sometimes small green plums were given from fruits. The place is beautiful, the views are great, the sea is clean, but the bottom at depth is all littered with bottles and garbage. But we set ourselves up for rest and managed to enjoy it. By the way, there are many real 4 stars around. hotels!
Let's start in order.
1. There is no beach as such, there is a plate in the sea with a dozen and a half sun loungers and a dozen umbrellas, there is not even one urn.
2. Animation in the hotel there is no except for the dances of the waiters which we stirred up on the 3rd day of arrival under the ever-stuttering tape recorder.
3. There is nothing for children.
4. everywhere is slippery everywhere marble and tiles by the way the hotel is one big hill the reception is at the top and the whole hotel went to the bottom the width of the whole hotel is about 3.35 meters the only + beautiful view of the sea from the roofs of all 5 buildings of the hotel.
5. When we managed to achieve a semblance of a disco at the top of the bar and people began to choose this place for an evening rest, it turned out that we didn’t have enough tables and chairs there)))
6. We already wrote about the plumbing in the previous review, but the air conditioners in half of the plans either leak or no remotes or don’t work)) in order to achieve something, you have to catch the craftsmen at the reception themselves, leave an application, according to our deep conviction, without useful, they smile, they say ok, write down and forget about it ))
Well, that's all, if this hotel is offered as a 4 * do not believe it. The only one who justified his 4 * is the cook who cooked well, but he had no reason to expand the range.
Postscript: Greetings to Olya and Igor And also to a couple from Penza who brightened up this failed vacation. We were glad to meet you!!! !
The rooms are small but we were ready for it. Water from the shower all the time flows out onto the floor and it's not only in our room - in all!! ! They have something messed up with the flow of water. The rooms are cleaned like this: towels are changed, garbage is thrown out of the trash - that's it! Not even a dollar helped! The beach is not! The concrete platform in the photos is generally a public beach for money! We went to the beach of the neighboring hotel while there were no tourists, and when they appeared we had to go to our own - wild! Descent into the water - no, you can jump off, but there are a lot of sea urchins! Sun loungers without mattresses, own towels.
But the food was excellent! Most of the fruits appeared in the second week, at the end of the holiday we even tried barbecue! Making pizza every day! No animation! Absolutely not! After our compatriots strained the hotel staff for two days at the expense of dancing, they made a disco. But the equipment is bad, everything hisses and, except for the Russians, almost no one danced. 20% Russians, 20% Kazakhs, 30% British, 20% Turks, 10% Germans live in the hotel. We were on excursions from BOTUR, I liked everything very much, Russian-speaking guides were present everywhere! And also learn English so that you can be understood and understood. Greetings to the "group in striped swimsuits", a married couple from Penza, and of course the guys from Rostov-on-Don, it was a pleasure to have a rest with you!! !
