The first impression was pleasant. Beautiful area, clear sea, well-groomed area. Until it came to conflict. Here the Ukrainians will have to admit that they don’t put us in anything here. The conflict arose in the water park. Elementary problem - sunbeds. The Turkish woman took 11 sunbeds for her friends, who were rummaging around on the beach somewhere, without putting towels, personal items and other things in order to indicate the occupied sunbed. Our children, seeing empty seats, threw towels and ran to the pool. When we approached the sun loungers, this Turkish woman, with wild cries in her own language, rushed to fight! In the most real way, in clumsy English, she tried to call Russians stupid, fought with a bag. Threw bottles, backpacks. It was a nightmare. Security did not pay attention, I had to call! When managers approached with one Russian-speaking (strongly said) representative, no one wanted to listen to us. Turks are right! But, what was even more surprising, even the representative of the Anex Tour took their position and insisted that we leave the water park. On our offer to watch the video, we were told that there is no video surveillance here! Can you imagine? In the water park, where there is an increased danger, where children slide down the slides, there is no video surveillance. Of course, nonsense. We didn't believe. But no one wanted to listen to us. In general, be prepared for the fact that Ukrainians are not welcome here!
