After that, they asked for 50 dollars from the room (and we had 3 of them) and settled immediately.
The room was normal for 4 stars, but when we went into the shower, we saw the light, there are handrails for the disabled everywhere, it stinks of bleach and there is no shower cabin (by the way, the hotel is 5 stars, if that).
In general, we reconciled, went for a walk:
The staff is very rude and looks down on all guests.
- food is like in a regular dining room (although expensive drinks are poured without question)
- cleanliness leaves much to be desired (Egypt is resting)
- the show program sucks.
- there are no places on the beach.
Only normal guys work in the Spa.

On the second day of rest, at night, after a verbal skirmish with the staff at the reception (no one fought with anyone and did not break anything), we were evicted!!!!
Yes, with a pregnant wife, two children and a mother-in-law.
They explained that they insulted their manager (no one mentioned our dignity).
They moved us to 3 stars (we have not seen such a service yet).

My review is long, but I talk about everything and the details as well. Everyone has their own point of view and opinion, but I'm talking about my situation.
1. No attention was paid to the honeymoon at all, they didn’t even congratulate verbally (the only thing is the red pillowcases on the pillows and sheets)
2. The room was given with a partial sea view, despite the fact that we paid for a sea view! On this occasion, we turned to the reception, they proved to us for a long time that this is the sea view, and in the end we were told: “Either take what you have, or leave. ” Communicated with us at the reception Sahin (Sahin) The man behaved disgusting, began to swear with us, get personal and tell us what terrible people we are because we want our number! In the end, we didn't achieve anything anyway.
We communicated with the administrator, and with the head of the guest relay, and with the representative of Anekstur (later we wrote a complaint to which no one responded! ). We did not ask for any concessions, but only for what we paid for (by the way, land view standards have a sea view too). And everyone unanimously said that the reception has its own system, its own rules, and no one can influence this! Fine? ! Some mafia! I see this for the first time! They said that if you didn’t like you at the reception, they wouldn’t even hit a finger on a finger and would stand their ground.
I do not recommend taking a sea view in this hotel! In any case, you will see the sea, because the hotel is on the peninsula, there is simply no point. For themselves, they don’t distinguish between a standard with and without a sea view, for them it’s just a standard. Of course, I do not impose anything, but such situations spoil the impression not only of the person, but of the whole hotel as a whole!
I promised myself to tell everyone about this situation in order to save the rest! The hotel knows about this situation, I also read a lot of reviews about similar problems, but did not betray the importance. Many people write about it, but the hotel does nothing about it, which makes this person practically invulnerable and gives him all the cards in his hands to do whatever he wants. I hope the hotels this time will pay attention to this and be professional enough to correct this situation. We will definitely not return here, but at least for the next vacationers.
3. Turks in priority. They get the best numbers, the music is mostly Turkish, they are served first in the queues, they get more attention. This is really a minus in Bodrum, Marmaris and Fathiye. Even almost all the staff speak only Turkish, most do not know English, and I'm not talking about Russian.
4. The hotel itself is very good!
Huge territory, long beach, nice and kind staff, delicious food, but repetitive, cool shows (starting at 22:00 on stage), imported alcohol is poured in the lobby bar (Jack Daniels whiskey, Baileys, Jameson, etc. ), but other bars throughout the area only have local alcohol.
5. The food is delicious not only in the main restaurant, but also in all snack bars. Everything is moderately salty, with spices, there was nothing fresh. The main restaurant had shrimps, crayfish, dorado, orange fresh. I recommend trying the chicken rolls at the Mexican snack bar.
6. Entertainment. At the main pool, set activity: morning exercises, aqua aerobics (2 times), water volleyball, darts, ice cream, cold drinks, music plays, animators dance. In a word, fun. The beaches and other pools are much calmer. It's almost non-existent there. Every evening there is live music at the Sunrise Bar at 23:00.
At 21:00 there is a mini disco for children on stage and after that at 22:00 the show starts (they are, for the most part, amazing). But the time does not always correspond, sometimes something is written that it will be, but it is not. The schedule is more spontaneous.
7. The sea is warm, clean, a lot of fish. The beach is long but narrow, in some places there is enough space for only one line of sunbeds, and then it is almost impossible to pass. The coolest beach near the Lujo hotel. But there is a huge problem! People wake up very early and take their places with towels! Occupy and on the beach and near the pool alone and you people and leave, and the place for others is occupied. Position: Let it be! ". Sometimes people come only in the evening, but the place was for him all day. Sometimes they just go on an excursion, come and everything is ready. And the funny thing is that there is a rule everywhere that a towel takes place for more than an hour and there are no people to climb.
But they don't do anything about it, and if you ask any worker about it, they say, "I know, but I can't do anything. " The worst thing is that people who didn’t do this start too, because otherwise you simply won’t get a place. The moral is that in the end your vacation turns into a continuous adventure and hunting for a free place at least somewhere.
8. Alacarte restaurants are all good. It's great that you can visit all 5 pieces + breakfast absolutely free. The coolest is Vira (fish). It's delicious, beautiful, and you can feed the fish in the sea (there are also a sea there)). You need to book a restaurant on the same day. And the sooner, the better. The place is being taken down quickly. Booking opens at 9:00, but it is better to come early. There is always a big line. It's cool that you can visit all 5 restaurants, but on the other hand, you can stand in line for a lot of time, and when your turn comes, the place may not be there and you just leave with nothing. You decide.
9. Great staff! The hotel has both bad and good people. This rule does not only apply in real life. Every family has its black sheep! Let's start with Guest Relation. Administrator. When there was a problem with the number, we were eventually directed to the receptionist of the hospitality (I forgot the name). She tried to protect Shaheen (reception), it really pissed us off! She was very polite to us, but in the end we realized that she was just trying to calm us down, but did nothing at all. Everything we said to her went in one ear and out the other. They really are like the mafia! They don't accept their mistakes, they just defend themselves. This is what makes the hotel low end.
But we want to put in a good word for Ali! He also works in hospitality. He is a Russian speaker, and so he tried to do everything in his power to correct the situation (at least our attitude towards it).
He helped us with PCR, printed out everything we needed, was constantly in touch, always asked if everything was fine, even upon arrival home he asked if everything was fine! We should support and wish development of such people! The next one, ok, I would like to say is Samir. He works at the spa! He is just an amazing person. Very polite, helpful. We take massages in every hotel, but he did everything to make it the best here! All desires taken into account! Usually, once you've had a massage, they're not interested in you anymore, but he was very friendly! Every time he saw us, he stopped to talk in a friendly way, was constantly interested in our rest, well-being. He saw in us not only clients, but also friends! He even took us places on the beach when we did not have time. Just a huge respect and like! And the last little man, but no less important - Nastya, the representative of Anekstur.
She, too, entered into our situation and tried to do everything in her power! She is great and professional! The guys at the lobby bar and in the restaurant were very polite and friendly, the animators too!
We were at Orka Lotus in Marmaris before coming to La Blanche. They had the same information but asked us to wait (which we didn't like at first as everyone was already checked in) but they prepared our room very well! They improved the room, everything was decorated in the room, drinks, sweets, fruits, everything was in full. That's what the professionals do! Respect! Their policy is: "The customer is always right. "
The point is, we didn't ask for La Blanche's favors, but only for what we paid for!
The overall impression of the hotel is good! ) But the first day was clearly spoiled!
If in the restaurant there is a herd behind the food, in which there is a mother with a summer child in her arms and a Turk came, the Turk is served out of turn. A similar situation with the delivery of trucks. a mother with two children asks to be raised, and he takes a Turk aged 35, and a mother with a child go on foot. We would not have paid attention to this, if not for the incident on the morning of 10.07. 2021, on the eve of our departure. From 07.07. In 2021, many guests came. including the Turks. We went to the beach early, at 6 o'clock, then went and waited until the restaurant workers were 15-20 minutes late to come out and give you 2 tomatoes. but something told us to take turns. We did not leave the beds and went to the bar one by one.
On July 10.2021, we came to the sea at 6 o'clock, took our beds, bought 2 times and decided to go to breakfast together. The situation has not changed, 7 hours ago, there are vegetables, yogurt is milk, etc. , and no workers.
Returning to the beach, we saw that there were no speeches and just ...We approached the local cleaner, who yesterday spoke and understood English well, and today forgot. He gave us things, motivating the paper, that about 8 years. 30 min. all towels from the beach must be removed. But, firstly - it was not 8 o'clock, and secondly on the beach almost all the lidaks are busy. I wanted to connect the reason, but his name was forgotten by everyone who works there. We called the administrator because he didn't take any towels that were just lying there. When talking to the administrator except sorry, which he said simply, because, saying, we did not receive any appearances.
I was very upset that a man walking with a broom and a shovel could throw out your things. And the reason was very simple. The Turks wanted to rest on these beds, and he did it to them. The administrator is an empty space. Having said that, they know the situation, but there is nothing they can do.
Then asking if we would write, but adding that you are still leaving. When we started talking and telling him that the hotel didn't fit 5 stars, that it was dirty, that your things could be thrown out by the janitor, how do you think he answered ..."WE KNOW THIS, but nobody pulled you here. People pay, if not you, then someone else will come, and we will not change anything.
People on the beach also got into this hotel in similar situations. Here the Turks are happy to take you under their feet, the janitor decides where to lie and when to throw your things. And the beds he took for the Turks were empty until 11 o'clock. There was a woman nearby who had just arrived with her two children sitting on the sand by the sea because she could not get a bed. We were never told the name of the cleaner.
If you want the janitor to direct your rest and to wash in a shower with a curtain from an oilcloth - then to you to hotel.
Complete disregard by the hotel administration for problematic issues.
Milking money and the concept of quality of service does not exist there.

I want to forget about this hotel like a bad dream.
The first negative impression was in the main restaurant of the hotel - the staff at the distribution at close range does not see Russian-speaking people at all. Any other person can come to the counter and get the desired dish without a queue with a smile and a wish for a good day.
Rooms, cleaning leaves nothing to be desired, dropped the phone behind the bed, had to move it and see the entire history of the hotel from its inception.
The cleaning of the territory starts at 10:30, when you relax on a sun lounger, they will sweep the sand around your feet (while you sleep) and will crawl under the sun lounger with a mop with an unhappy look.
But this is not the most unpleasant. Money was stolen from the room, and they were in the bag and in the nightstand. The hotel management stated that they were only responsible for the valuables in the safe and kicked us off in every possible way even when we called the police. The official position is that it is your fault that you left valuables in the room. How is that at all? Should I hide all my bags in a safe? Maybe clothes too?
The theft was noticed immediately, it so happened that in the evening they counted the money and hid it in a bag in the bedside table, the next day after cleaning they took the bag from the bedside table and when they opened it, one bill was missing. We immediately turned to the hotel management, it was obvious to us who could take the money. But there is no leadership, they decided the swarm in another way and doubted that we had money and, in general, that we were telling the truth.
We have not seen such a humiliating attitude in any hotel in Turkey and in general in other countries.
I’ll add to the service that you need to book an a la carte restaurant, you need to have time to go to the guest relations table from 08:00 to 9:00, which we did, but did not have time to sign up, everything was scheduled, on the 8th day of rest, patience burst, we began to resent such an order and - oh, a miracle! The table was found. It turns out that while you are a calm, adequate person, no one cares about you, as soon as you start raising your voice, you become visible.
Further - more, the only normal bar in the hotel is in the lobby. There we were served tequila, with lemon and a glass beautifully sprinkled with salt. It was chipped, which was not visible under the salt, as a result of a huge cut on the lip.
In short, I do not recommend it. They were able to force me to write a review, I do not want our compatriots to spend money on holidays as unsuccessfully as we did.
We were put in a room on the first floor. Room for the disabled. The shower looks like a hospital shower, and in a state hospital. It is not realistic to go out to the balcony, a terrible smell of a public toilet. The administrator did not even want to communicate, it was necessary to wait for him. They changed our room on the third floor. One bed is like in a pantry or corridor right next to the front door, there is a blind window that opens onto a common corridor, which enhances audibility. The balcony overlooks the roof directly into the same wing with numbers, T, windows to windows. But at least there is no terrible smell of feces. But absolutely not worth the price. After 9 o'clock it is difficult to find a place by the sea, sometimes it is unrealistic. In some showers on the beach, the water is dripping!
The food is fresh, tasty, except for the constantly overcooked fish, the products are good, but the choice for 5 * Turkey is very modest. For lunch they give only an hour and a half, from 12-30 to 14 o'clock there is often crush and long lines for salads.
You can enter the elevator by 2 people, the Turks jump out as if from a leper colony if more. Slavs don't care. But sometimes you have to wait a long time for your elevator, the stairs are closed!
The water in the shower smells, which indicates that it is simply filtered from impurities, and it is disgusting to brush your teeth with it, we use bottled water.
Spa - one name, a hammam is a warm room, the sauna is set to 60 degrees, you really can’t get warm. They asked to increase the temperature, they said that it was customary for them. Very disappointed with this.
After a bottle of beer, especially in the evening, you get tired of climbing uphill from the beach.
Cleaning is normal, minibar is good, rooms are 3-4 points, not in the subject huge mirrors in the rooms right in front of the beds.
Good pastry shop until 11 pm, real whiskey, other strong drinks are rare shit.
There is nowhere to walk nearby, you just have to go. I liked something about the hotel, something I didn’t, but we won’t come again, for this money there are better options.
