Let's start with the fact that this time we went for a reason not just to rest. We had a honeymoon. Stayed at the hotel from 8/07 to 15/07. Before that, we were in Marmaris (from July 1 to July 8), so we have something to compare with.
My review is long, but I talk about everything and the details as well. Everyone has their own point of view and opinion, but I'm talking about my situation.

1. No attention was paid to the honeymoon at all, they didn’t even congratulate verbally (the only thing is the red pillowcases on the pillows and sheets)

2. The room was given with a partial sea view, despite the fact that we paid for a sea view! On this occasion, we turned to the reception, they proved to us for a long time that this is the sea view, and in the end we were told: “Either take what you have, or leave. ” Communicated with us at the reception Sahin (Sahin) The man behaved disgusting, began to swear with us, get personal and tell us what terrible people we are because we want our number! In the end, we didn't achieve anything anyway.
We communicated with the administrator, and with the head of the guest relay, and with the representative of Anekstur (later we wrote a complaint to which no one responded! ). We did not ask for any concessions, but only for what we paid for (by the way, land view standards have a sea view too). And everyone unanimously said that the reception has its own system, its own rules, and no one can influence this! Fine? ! Some mafia! I see this for the first time! They said that if you didn’t like you at the reception, they wouldn’t even hit a finger on a finger and would stand their ground.
I do not recommend taking a sea view in this hotel! In any case, you will see the sea, because the hotel is on the peninsula, there is simply no point. For themselves, they don’t distinguish between a standard with and without a sea view, for them it’s just a standard. Of course, I do not impose anything, but such situations spoil the impression not only of the person, but of the whole hotel as a whole!
I promised myself to tell everyone about this situation in order to save the rest! The hotel knows about this situation, I also read a lot of reviews about similar problems, but did not betray the importance. Many people write about it, but the hotel does nothing about it, which makes this person practically invulnerable and gives him all the cards in his hands to do whatever he wants. I hope the hotels this time will pay attention to this and be professional enough to correct this situation. We will definitely not return here, but at least for the next vacationers.
3. Turks in priority. They get the best numbers, the music is mostly Turkish, they are served first in the queues, they get more attention. This is really a minus in Bodrum, Marmaris and Fathiye. Even almost all the staff speak only Turkish, most do not know English, and I'm not talking about Russian.
4. The hotel itself is very good!

Huge territory, long beach, nice and kind staff, delicious food, but repetitive, cool shows (starting at 22:00 on stage), imported alcohol is poured in the lobby bar (Jack Daniels whiskey, Baileys, Jameson, etc. ), but other bars throughout the area only have local alcohol.
5. The food is delicious not only in the main restaurant, but also in all snack bars. Everything is moderately salty, with spices, there was nothing fresh. The main restaurant had shrimps, crayfish, dorado, orange fresh. I recommend trying the chicken rolls at the Mexican snack bar.
6. Entertainment. At the main pool, set activity: morning exercises, aqua aerobics (2 times), water volleyball, darts, ice cream, cold drinks, music plays, animators dance. In a word, fun. The beaches and other pools are much calmer. It's almost non-existent there. Every evening there is live music at the Sunrise Bar at 23:00.
At 21:00 there is a mini disco for children on stage and after that at 22:00 the show starts (they are, for the most part, amazing). But the time does not always correspond, sometimes something is written that it will be, but it is not. The schedule is more spontaneous.
7. The sea is warm, clean, a lot of fish. The beach is long but narrow, in some places there is enough space for only one line of sunbeds, and then it is almost impossible to pass. The coolest beach near the Lujo hotel. But there is a huge problem! People wake up very early and take their places with towels! Occupy and on the beach and near the pool alone and you people and leave, and the place for others is occupied. Position: Let it be! ". Sometimes people come only in the evening, but the place was for him all day. Sometimes they just go on an excursion, come and everything is ready. And the funny thing is that there is a rule everywhere that a towel takes place for more than an hour and there are no people to climb.
But they don't do anything about it, and if you ask any worker about it, they say, "I know, but I can't do anything. " The worst thing is that people who didn’t do this start too, because otherwise you simply won’t get a place. The moral is that in the end your vacation turns into a continuous adventure and hunting for a free place at least somewhere.

8. Alacarte restaurants are all good. It's great that you can visit all 5 pieces + breakfast absolutely free. The coolest is Vira (fish). It's delicious, beautiful, and you can feed the fish in the sea (there are also a sea there)). You need to book a restaurant on the same day. And the sooner, the better. The place is being taken down quickly. Booking opens at 9:00, but it is better to come early. There is always a big line. It's cool that you can visit all 5 restaurants, but on the other hand, you can stand in line for a lot of time, and when your turn comes, the place may not be there and you just leave with nothing. You decide.
9. Great staff! The hotel has both bad and good people. This rule does not only apply in real life. Every family has its black sheep! Let's start with Guest Relation. Administrator. When there was a problem with the number, we were eventually directed to the receptionist of the hospitality (I forgot the name). She tried to protect Shaheen (reception), it really pissed us off! She was very polite to us, but in the end we realized that she was just trying to calm us down, but did nothing at all. Everything we said to her went in one ear and out the other. They really are like the mafia! They don't accept their mistakes, they just defend themselves. This is what makes the hotel low end.
But we want to put in a good word for Ali! He also works in hospitality. He is a Russian speaker, and so he tried to do everything in his power to correct the situation (at least our attitude towards it).
He helped us with PCR, printed out everything we needed, was constantly in touch, always asked if everything was fine, even upon arrival home he asked if everything was fine! We should support and wish development of such people! The next one, ok, I would like to say is Samir. He works at the spa! He is just an amazing person. Very polite, helpful. We take massages in every hotel, but he did everything to make it the best here! All desires taken into account! Usually, once you've had a massage, they're not interested in you anymore, but he was very friendly! Every time he saw us, he stopped to talk in a friendly way, was constantly interested in our rest, well-being. He saw in us not only clients, but also friends! He even took us places on the beach when we did not have time. Just a huge respect and like! And the last little man, but no less important - Nastya, the representative of Anekstur.

She, too, entered into our situation and tried to do everything in her power! She is great and professional! The guys at the lobby bar and in the restaurant were very polite and friendly, the animators too!

We were at Orka Lotus in Marmaris before coming to La Blanche. They had the same information but asked us to wait (which we didn't like at first as everyone was already checked in) but they prepared our room very well! They improved the room, everything was decorated in the room, drinks, sweets, fruits, everything was in full. That's what the professionals do! Respect! Their policy is: "The customer is always right. "
The point is, we didn't ask for La Blanche's favors, but only for what we paid for!
