I will try to be as objective as possible in my review. I bought a ticket from the Coral travel operator for 3200 EURO (2 adults + 2 children (14 and 1.5 years old) for 13 nights from 12.10 to 25.10. The flight from Kyiv was successful, they delayed 30 minutes, but they compensated for the distance in the air. We met without problems, I met and saw off the bus, which took us to only 2 hotels (together with us), which is positive. Arrived at the hotel around 8 am, settled in a room at our request with a sea view at no extra charge at 11 o'clock. Everything would be great if daughter on the 2nd day did not catch enterovirus (vomiting, temperature +38, lack of appetite). Thank God, I had a bag of medicines with me, I managed to win at least external symptoms, but my appetite did not recover until the end of the trip. A couple of days after that, spouses - the same signs (vomiting, temperature, etc. ).
I want to note right away that we do not suffer from gluttony, we lead a healthy lifestyle, we do not drink alcohol, we do not use swimming pools, we wash our hands and use disinfectants regularly. The spouse also managed to relatively restore without the help of local doctors. Well, on the 6th day of the trip, I ended up in the hospital, since a bag of pills didn’t save me, I lay for 2 hours under a dropper, I felt a little better. Until the end of the trip - a strict diet and a set of pills purchased by prescription from local doctors in a Belek pharmacy behind the hospital. It's not even about the 60 EURO spent on medicine and treatment (20 EURO - insurance deductible, 20 dollars - a taxi at night from the hospital to the hotel, the rest of the amount - for medicines), but that the hotel does not see any fault at all .
If only I had been alone in these adventures, but while talking to hotel clients, I found out about a guy from Novosibirsk who also ended up in the hospital a couple of days after my case. The enterovirus affected the mucous membrane of his throat, the pain was such that he had to go to the hospital. A 9-year-old child developed a rash from another family for an unknown reason. after taking antihistamines, the rash went away, but the temperature remains high. Despite the fact that the hotel did not voice a single warning that there are such risks to the hotel's customers. It would be correct upon arrival to at least describe the risk zone, they say, drink antiviral drugs in advance so that in any case there are no consequences, but all this is not being done.

The hotel is not the most expensive in Belek, but not cheap either. This is our 7th trip to Turkey and I have never seen such an indifferent attitude towards customers. At the same time, everyone smiles and makes sympathetic faces. Everything is the most insincere. The animation is adult - half dead, all the guys are good in their own way, but completely passive during the day. In the evening, they only show themselves during the presentation of diplomas. I have something to compare adult animation in Turkey (Baruti, TUI magic Life), in these hotels adult animation is at a different level of development.
Children's animation, in turn, is at a high level in Aisha. Cleaning - standard, no complaints, every day. The showers in the rooms are tired and in need of repair. The food is relatively varied, but you won’t find any shrimp here. The choice of sweets is huge, fruits are as tasteless as possible (except grapes): plums are sour, melons are like cucumbers, watermelons are a little rotten.
The territory of the hotel is small, this must be taken into account. The sea and the weather did not let us down: the temperature was + 39 for three days, then + 30. Water + 25 C. The only decent a la carte restaurant is the Asian Mikado. The Mexican restaurant is not at all the level of a 5 star hotel. The territory is clean and well-groomed. The hotel visually has many advantages (children's animation, evening performances), but the whole impression is killed by complete unsanitary conditions and the unwillingness of management (hello Adnan! ) to fight the spread of enteroviruses in the hotel, arguing that in other hotels the level of cases is even higher.
Yes, I still do not advise anyone to contact the Tax-free system in Turkey, there is a complete scam. You get for buying clothes for 80 EURO, as much as 3 dollars back, and there are a lot of hassles and seals of local bureaucrats. So consider yourself.
