Then for the first time I was surprised by the high-class work of the reception service: 247 are working, even at night, ready to help guests absolutely on any issue! So: I decided before this trip to read the reviews that people write.
And what do I see! Someone wrote that the hotel has lowered the level this year (poor cleaning of the rooms, waiters do not wait for drinks in restaurants). I was so surprised! I asked to read the reviews of my tour operator on different sites, answered that everything was fine.
In the end, my friend from 3 hotels chose Papillon Aisha. I was of course worried after reading some of the reviews. What if they wrote the truth? After all, the prize, Covid, and a whole year has passed since my last trip!

That's why I hasten to dispel all your doubts! Everything turned out GOOD!
CLEANING: The cleaning staff is young, clean, towels are changed even more often than stated.
RESTAURANT: The waiters are polite, also young, they bring everything quickly, they come often. My fears were dispelled on the first day.
GESTRELEISHEN: The guest reception service is top notch, and does not reduce this level, which means a competent leader and a professional team!
BEACH: And we also know how to demand, and we don’t know how to read! In the toilet on the beach one sink does not work. A woman I do not know complains that the sink does not work for the third day! I went to talk about this cleaning lady, and there was a sign in 3 languages (!! ): not working! follow the rules for Covid! (by type of distance). That woman and I laughed at ourselves for a long time. Or maybe she would write a negative review.

Summing up, I want to appeal to vacationers: the hotel is wonderful. If something touched / dissatisfied / upset you - please contact the administration and hotel staff. The hotel is a friend for its guests! And he tries for our good rest! Thank you once again for the rest and atmosphere in such a difficult time for all of us.
Dr. Galina, Moscow. 2021.
What did you dislike specifically about Aisha? The hotel itself, I don’t argue, is most likely an ideal option for a noisy, noisy and fun vacation with young children 4-7 years old, BUT (! ) Not for a company of four it’s good for adults (the average age is over 40), once a year honestly who wished to spend the cherished 7 days away from the crowds of young mothers with their children, children's cries and all this kind of fuss.
The territory of the hotel is small, but in the season when everyone comes with children, since they have holidays - the occupancy is like not 100, but all 110%, and it seems that the children are literally running over their heads - it doesn’t feel like that on the beach, but it’s very good felt near the pools and in the restaurant. During the entire "rest" of the so-called, because it failed and failed completely, we had a clear feeling that we ended up in some expensive private pioneer camp in the Russian south (for most of the guests are Russian-speaking).
But okay - there are plenty of children in the season. Another question is that not everywhere, there are SO many of them. However, yes, we did. . .
Another thing that has finished us off is the service. It is so miserable that associations with Egyptian hotels involuntarily arose, from the staff of which only unpleasant sensations remained. Turkey has never experienced such discomfort. But no - there was a hotel that managed to convince us that in Anatolia everything can be very bad. I'm not talking about the differences between the staff of different ethnic groups (except for the Turks, I saw either Kazakhs or Kyrgyz for the first time here, in short, apparently, people who were closer to us in terms of cultural and linguistic environment were specially hired to interact with Russian-speaking guests). I'm talking about ALL the staff thoughtfully optional, both room service (cleaning) and restaurant service (waiters). For this reason, the main restaurant cannot be called a restaurant at all - the canteen is a canteen: either you wait for appliances for 15 minutes, or you try to catch at least someone for the same amount of time to bring coffee, tea, juice or wine. Basically, I had to get drinks myself - go to a special counter and ask directly on the spot, without leaving anywhere.
"Anti-covid measures"! Guys, I understand that all this pandemic is still relevant now, I won’t call it otherwise, psychosis and managers must maintain compliance with the requirements of WHO (or anyone else), BUT there are things that need a serious revision of the concept. Firstly, if you care so much about safety, then why the hell are you not asked for the result of a COVID test, or the so-called. HES code? Secondly, is it okay that no one adheres to the norm of 1.5m distance at all, especially during rush hour in a restaurant in queues? Thirdly, is it okay that due to the struggle to prevent the spread of the virus, such queues accumulate during the distribution of dishes that you want or don’t want to, but you still risk catching something from the person behind you, breathing the same covid into the back of your head? However, I understand: all this anti-covid nonsense is now so ridiculous and far-fetched that it causes inconvenience to everyone - all that remains is to wait until the psychosis finally subsides, and for lunch in a restaurant it will be realistic to at least find a napkin holder with a few (as it should be from for reasons of hygiene), and not with one dry napkin, as they give now. And in order not to eat all the dishes, including dessert, with the same set of cutlery that was originally given to you. . .
In a word. The hotel, of course, has its advantages, but it was unrealistic for us to recognize them behind a ton of negativity, which comes through literally from everywhere (and by no means from scratch). We left with the feeling that we had not rested at all. It says everything.
Also, Turks who smoke everywhere, not paying attention to the fact that there are children nearby at the next table, on the beach as well, they set prices for everything in euros, thinking that this makes them closer to Europe)))
We are very bothered about food for the little ones. We were completely satisfied there. And they took it for takeaway, and blended it for us. In general, you can even order something special prepared.
In general, the choice of food for the child was good.
We also liked it very much. Meat and fish are very tasty. There are more or less diet food. The only thing missing was food or drinks without sugar. The service is good. Even the guys in the restaurant try very hard to work quickly and always, always serve quickly.
English is weak, but as if there was always a more talkative guy nearby and the issue was quickly resolved.
There were no guys in the "Tagil" condition. And that's great. All with children.
And as the famous song sings after which the hotel is named:
Oh! Aicha, Aicha, Coute-moi Aicha, Aicha, t'en vas pas Aicha, Aicha, regarde-moi Aicha, Aicha, reponds-moi.
For those who are bored of reading positive. The doors in the rooms are not well soundproofed.
You can hear how people walk along the corridor and, accordingly, everything is also heard from the room)
And that, there is a gizlume on the beach. I really love this kind of food. But damn it. the queues are huge, they make it personally by order for everyone. not just fried and distributed. It's wildly slow. The cook closed the shop 30-40 minutes ahead of time. In general, for 7 attempts, I have never been able to try.
Krch, I recommend!
Number
When I checked in during the low season, with a 2-year-old child, with an almost empty hotel, I was given a room under a roof with a sloping ceiling, a concrete closed balcony, but the most unpleasant thing is the terrible noise both above our balcony and nearby on the roof. Apparently, here it is on the roof that the ventilation system comes out, which creates noise in an unacceptable amount of decibels.
Without exaggeration, the feeling that you are on the runway in front of the aircraft turbine. My head hurts, I can't sleep. And if in the first couple of days we covered the balcony, today the hotel turned on forced heating from the general air conditioning system and in the room it was +25, it was stuffy and dry, even with the balcony wide open it was stuffy (((and, accordingly, opening the balcony you can’t fall asleep from this hum. The air conditioner can't be turned on already! Winter mode. And it also flows from under the shower cabin in the room, and the toilet smells of cat urine, cleaning with bleach does not help ((our room overlooks the sea and the hotel grounds, in no way case of the 5th floor with windows "into the courtyard" do not take!
Entertainment
As for the other points, everything is fine. But the kids club closes at 5:30 pm and it's getting dark, there's nothing for the kids to do at all, the indoor pool closes at 7:00 pm, which is also a bit early. It turns out that if the children sleep during the day, then when they wake up they have nothing to eat, and they come to the children's club, and it just closes. And from 12:30 to 14:30 there is also a break. Mini disco at 20:30 and adult entertainment at 21:30.
Restaurants
The food is quite decent, but the alcohol is v. diluted, according to many, but this is often the case with all inclusive. Service in the restaurant by the waiters is sluggish. Several times, with 5-6 occupied tables in the restaurant, we were not even offered to pour water, although, again, they see that a person with a child, from whom they cannot leave once again. Not to mention the offer to "refill" or bring something other than water. Many get up and go for coffee themselves.
And once again, spaghetti, which no one except children takes, was with a smell. Apparently, they stood in a heated state for a couple of days. And we are also tormented by indigestion, our stomach hurts - whether the ice in drinks from the tap water, or the coffee machine on the beach is filled with something else, I don’t know. Of all the cafes, coffee from a normal coffee machine is only in the bar in the lobby, powder machines are everywhere, incl. and on the beach. But it's good that there is at least one of these) and water, and tea bags. After 17:00 the coffee house closes, there is nowhere to have a bite to eat with the child before dinner or after dinner, we take fruit with us.
Beach
Purely. There are sun loungers on the beach, but there are no towels, although the weather is great all the days (up to +25 in the sun), who can bring them from the building. On the playground on the beach, the sand has not been cleaned for a long time, but there are several plastic toys. The main outdoor pools are unheated and there are almost no sunbeds.
Territory
Small, clean, well maintained, but the pools are all in foliage and needles. There are a lot of cats at the exit from the restaurant and on the territory, but they smell only at the exit, they look well-groomed, but they constantly beg, the child liked it, but adults, I think, not everyone.
I want to note right away that we do not suffer from gluttony, we lead a healthy lifestyle, we do not drink alcohol, we do not use swimming pools, we wash our hands and use disinfectants regularly. The spouse also managed to relatively restore without the help of local doctors. Well, on the 6th day of the trip, I ended up in the hospital, since a bag of pills didn’t save me, I lay for 2 hours under a dropper, I felt a little better. Until the end of the trip - a strict diet and a set of pills purchased by prescription from local doctors in a Belek pharmacy behind the hospital. It's not even about the 60 EURO spent on medicine and treatment (20 EURO - insurance deductible, 20 dollars - a taxi at night from the hospital to the hotel, the rest of the amount - for medicines), but that the hotel does not see any fault at all .
If only I had been alone in these adventures, but while talking to hotel clients, I found out about a guy from Novosibirsk who also ended up in the hospital a couple of days after my case. The enterovirus affected the mucous membrane of his throat, the pain was such that he had to go to the hospital. A 9-year-old child developed a rash from another family for an unknown reason. after taking antihistamines, the rash went away, but the temperature remains high. Despite the fact that the hotel did not voice a single warning that there are such risks to the hotel's customers. It would be correct upon arrival to at least describe the risk zone, they say, drink antiviral drugs in advance so that in any case there are no consequences, but all this is not being done.
The hotel is not the most expensive in Belek, but not cheap either. This is our 7th trip to Turkey and I have never seen such an indifferent attitude towards customers. At the same time, everyone smiles and makes sympathetic faces. Everything is the most insincere. The animation is adult - half dead, all the guys are good in their own way, but completely passive during the day. In the evening, they only show themselves during the presentation of diplomas. I have something to compare adult animation in Turkey (Baruti, TUI magic Life), in these hotels adult animation is at a different level of development.
Children's animation, in turn, is at a high level in Aisha. Cleaning - standard, no complaints, every day. The showers in the rooms are tired and in need of repair. The food is relatively varied, but you won’t find any shrimp here. The choice of sweets is huge, fruits are as tasteless as possible (except grapes): plums are sour, melons are like cucumbers, watermelons are a little rotten.
The territory of the hotel is small, this must be taken into account. The sea and the weather did not let us down: the temperature was + 39 for three days, then + 30. Water + 25 C. The only decent a la carte restaurant is the Asian Mikado. The Mexican restaurant is not at all the level of a 5 star hotel. The territory is clean and well-groomed. The hotel visually has many advantages (children's animation, evening performances), but the whole impression is killed by complete unsanitary conditions and the unwillingness of management (hello Adnan! ) to fight the spread of enteroviruses in the hotel, arguing that in other hotels the level of cases is even higher.
Yes, I still do not advise anyone to contact the Tax-free system in Turkey, there is a complete scam. You get for buying clothes for 80 EURO, as much as 3 dollars back, and there are a lot of hassles and seals of local bureaucrats. So consider yourself.
