From cleaning to the kitchen. The kitchen is disgusting. It is impossible to order food for small children. They do not understand the elementary things: what are cheesecakes, casseroles, that children should not make spicy soup.... The level of their competence is such that the administrator at the reception does not know what time the show starts, whether the piano will sound today, which is 2 meters from it, etc. 5 a-och cards of restaurants are declared.... Don't believe!!!! ! This is one room with bad furniture, which works today - Italian, tomorrow - fish, and so on. No restaurant entourage - canteen canteen. With questionable cuisine and poorly dressed, dumb waiters who can't cook a single dish. The spa area offers about 10 types of massage. Don't believe! There is a Thai and a second. Which is the same, regardless of the name and specialist, and is the closest thing to an aroma massage with olive oil. Massage techniques have never been heard of here. There are not enough seats for the show. People occupy a table for 1.5 hours. For 14 days only one!!!! ! once they gave non-junk fish (salmon) and shrimp. Kids club. He is. But it doesn't work!!! !
