The food is mostly chicken and turkey. Beef and lamb are rare. The room was cleaned 5 times in 10 days, although every day they hung a sign on the door that it was necessary to clean it. No bathrobes, had to beg. For some reason, only Europeans had branded beach bags, they gave us only on the last day of our stay. They bought a one-day excursion to Israel from their tour operator, the departure was at 2 am, in the evening they asked to prepare a lunch box and a drink, they wrote it down at the reception, at 2 am there were no lunch boxes, I had to make some kind of sandwiches in the launch bar on my own, we didn’t receive drinks, there were no packages or boxes for sandwiches. At the reception on the day of departure, I had to swear because of wrapping the suitcases with foil, it was agreed for $ 5, but at the last moment the price became $ 10 (as well as at the airport), although the suitcase is small. Wi-Fi is generally something, you can say it doesn’t exist at all, you run all day to set up your phone. The slides in the water park rarely worked. A la carte restaurants suddenly all became paid, 25 euros per person, in order to book, they wanted to order Mexican or Italian on the first day of arrival, they said that everything was booked 6 days in advance, and after that they generally said that only Turkish was free. On the beach and pool from 6 am, all the sunbeds are occupied with towels and clothes, in general, finding a place is a problem, a couple of times I had to lie on towels on the sand. Pavilions near the beach for an additional fee and by appointment, although in 10 days I saw there only 2 times that two pavilions were occupied, the rest were free. The animation is weak, for 10 days of stay they have already begun to repeat evening shows in the amphitheater. The animation was mainly carried out by the animators on their own, the artists were a couple of times, and then weakly and boringly. Alcohol all diluted. Cocktails are 80% shit.... Many bartenders don't know how to make them. The foam party was on the penultimate evening, they filled the basketball court with 30 cm of foam and turned on the music, no contests or animations. The Turkish party differed only in the presence of red napkins on the table in the dining room, kebab, and in the evening in the amphitheater a spinning dancer in a skirt. There are always queues for the gozleme, you wait at least 1-2 hours, although 3 women work, they are very slow. We have been resting in Turkey for 7 times already, I have not seen the worst service and hotel. Never again in this hotel. The only thanks I can say at the information desk is Sabina, she tried to help somehow, but she couldn’t change the entire system in the hotel alone.
