Restaurant - we are tired, it seems that there was something to eat delicious, but it seems not. Fried eggs with no salt at all, incomprehensible porridge, soups were delicious. The meat is just like that. Cheeses in the morning are different, tasty, pakhvala in the evening is different tasty. The waiters deliver drinks, few people speak Russian and English and this is bad.
Fast food near the pool nothing so you can eat.
They didn’t drink much alcohol, but everything they drank was fine (beer, wine).
Ice cream is delicious.
It was frustrating that all the dishes were stained, take any plate, they are always dirty as if.
The rooms are different, we had two of them, one of them was big, the second was small (how lucky) they gave money at the entrance. Everything worked in the room, on the 8th day they found out that they were giving toothpaste with a brush))) we had not previously been provided. Cleaning is average, towels are changed every day, and the bed is about two days later.
There are very few ramps, with children it was difficult in terms of strollers, they reached the stairs and there the child was lowered in their arms and then behind the stroller, in short, there are no ramps at all. There are elevators, the main one is so stupid, then he goes back and forth. And only one elevator that goes to the 1st floor, where you can go outside. But he was on the other side of our room and just walked a lot.
The animators are weak, they didn’t make fun)) In the amphitheater, the volume just rolls over, I don’t understand there for the deaf shows, or what? Keep in mind that children hit harder.
Well, in general, in short, this is not 5 stars, but an average 4. Repairs, dishes and staff are lame. the cleanliness of the pool too.
Have a good rest everyone, if you are flying to Turkey for the first time, you will like it there. And so no)
The food can be said to be varied, but they add curry seasoning everywhere ((, a lot of fish, one day a week there were large shrimp. There is a children's table, but it is no different from an adult, a lot of spices and salt. The territory is large, beautiful, large turtles, eat apples from their hands) The sea is like a lagoon-turquoise, but muddy and dirty, you go in knee-deep and you can’t see your legs.
On the third day, the child fell ill with an enterovirus, there are a lot of them in Belek, they went to the doctor for insurance, a car came for us and took us to a private clinic - there are so many of our children there who have the Coxsackie virus, moreover, from different hotels. The hotel is more aimed at family holidays, there are few young people in it. The water in the pool is disinfected very simply, every evening huge canisters of diluted bleach are brought and poured into the pool around the entire perimeter (I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, it is dirty and has long been in need of a major overhaul!
The first time I noticed that something was wrong when, after cleaning the room, I found my gold earrings in another corner near the mirror in the bathroom, hidden (I can’t call it otherwise) behind a paper hotel advertisement... and for a long time I couldn’t find them, of course in this place, because I did not put them there. .
Then the husband forgot the phone at the pool at night, when there were no visitors anymore, the workers took the phone and did not return it to the reception.
When we left, we forgot a brand new bottle of whiskey, not open in the room, when our friends came to pick it up the next day, they were told that they did not find anything...
For the first time we are faced with such lawlessness in Turkey, even in Egypt everything is given away in normal hotels.
Not giving lost things to tourists is not the level of five stars at all !!
A earnest request to the administration - select employees more carefully and have conversations about these moments or pay them more then since they are so needy . .
And put cameras at least . .
Definitely won't be back and won't recommend to anyone.
A la carte restaurants - I do not recommend, since the menu is the same as in the dining room for dinner or lunch. The bars were served by quite polite guys, something that I did not expect. Slightly annoying sales reps working on site.
In general, I liked the rest.
Only once the mood was spoiled by a photographer doing a photo session, and then offering to buy all your photos for $ 300, or for a minimum of $ 70-100 a few printed ones. When they refused, he was rude, which was very very unpleasant. He is Russian-speaking, rather than a Turk, but somewhere from the former Union Republics. If you will be in this hotel, I do not advise you to agree to a photo session. Everyone now has phones that allow you to take great pictures, they will remind you of a good vacation in Turkey and a warm summer : )
Minor imperfections don't really count. Not quite satisfied with the quality of cleaning in the rooms, monotonous food, terrible fruits, watermelons and melons (well, it's like for my taste).
Of the positive emotions - a magical sea with a sandy beach, on which turtles laid eggs 3 times in our 10 days (they were fenced off so that vacationers would not trample). When the sea was very rough (and at any other time), we had a wonderful relaxation pool at our service, where there were people from 16 and older. A large communal pool with a variety of animation and music for everyone, a children's pool, water slides. In the evening entertainment programs. In general, the rest was a success)))
