Ужасно Terrible

Good afternoon. I want to share with everyone my deplorable experience of staying in this hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel at the reception, the employee Larisa was rude to my mother, girlfriend and me, answering our question if it is possible to put us in a quieter room, she answered in a raised voice that you will get what you paid for. And laughing with the rest of the workers over us. Cleaning in the room leaves much to be desired, today we came and instead of changing the towel, the cleaner shook it off and put it back into the bathroom with the sand. No one changed the sheets and in general it seems that the cleaning is to pick up the trash. In the evening of one day we went to the so-called A la carte restaurant on the territory, terrible, just terrible, they brought us wine that was impossible to drink, we asked to change, they brought us another one but in the same glasses with lipstick. Nobody speaks English. My mom was poisoned by the local food, and when I went to the medical center, the doctor was not there, when I went to the reception they answered me, expect it's normal that the doctor is late, sit and wait. After being late for 20 minutes, a doctor came to work, who didn’t boom boom in English and spoke with me through an interpreter, my mother was shaking from poisoning, to which the doctor said go drink local kefir, but we don’t have any pills. The workers are rude, they don't care if you need something, I won't recommend anyone to come here. Tomorrow is our last day here and for the first time in our lives we want to leave as soon as possible. I forgot to mention the animation, it's just something like everything else in this hotel. Whoever gave this hotel 5 stars must have been drunk.
