We lived in an annex, building D in my opinion. Perfect for a child in my opinion. Quiet. There is carpet on the floor, and in the bungalow, they say, tiles. Of course, if it's hot, then the tile is not a hindrance.

It is not necessary that the view from the window was of the sea, because it is not the same to sit in the room all the time and admire the sea. In general, the child will be comfortable everywhere.

I don’t know how it is on the first floor, we lived on the fourth floor, we didn’t notice anything terrible.
