There are a lot of Russian speakers, the sweetest gastrulation Lesya, she immediately has a solution for any problem, she is just a miracle!
There is a restaurant worker Irina, she helped us a lot, we didn’t even think that we could somehow solve our problem, but she did it easily, very responsive!
The beach is 50 m from the hotel, with sun loungers no problem. Beach bar, pool bar, lobby bar, drinks everywhere.
The Internet is chic, it flies everywhere, even more so in the room.
And it's very quiet when the windows are closed, you can't hear anything from the street or the neighbors.
The water pressure in the shower is good, if anything, there is a doctor in the hotel.
I think we'll be back again. . .
Of the minuses - there are not enough waiters, tables stand for a long time with dirty dishes, in the dining room line, people at the distribution run from place to place ...
Of the minuses that we personally felt - after cleaning the room, for some reason they turned on the TV at full volume ...we return to the room, and the TV is screaming there ...this could not have happened by chance ...maybe it's a joke ...a strange joke .
And yet, our departure is at 12.00, and lunch from 12.30. The snack bar that should have been in the hotel has miraculously closed for the winter...and the wonderful Turkish man from Guest Relations to our question about the lunch box - said absolutely no, and that it is our problem where we will have lunch...
we did not expect this. By the way, the staff hardly speaks Russian.
In general, a good hotel, but the attitude of the staff towards the guests leaves an unpleasant aftertaste.
Thanks to the staff, very friendly. And the kitchen is also beyond praise.
Food: we rested 10 nights, so we caught the fish day twice (there were differences). We liked the food. Husband meat, fish, seafood. I want ayran, fruit, puff pastries and lots of ice cream (Turkish). Due to the quarantine, the food was imposed by the staff. Only once one cook behaved incorrectly (when I asked not 1, but 2 ice creams - for myself and my husband, and they twisted a grimace of disgust and scolded me in Turkish). After that, she asked her husband to order for himself. And the biggest disappointment is the senior waiter, who despised everyone and everything, after eating he threw the dishes as if all the tourists were lepers, was untidy and angry that he had to work... But he was very fawning over rich foreigners (((Personally I had no conflicts with him, I just had to observe such behavior every time he changed. Before entering the restaurant, I was glad if it was not his shift))). (As I found out, he doesn't work there now, and that makes me happy! ) This is the only thing that didn't suit me in the hotel (because of this I lowered the score).
Everything else I really liked. To whom you will not turn - they will always help, prompt. PR manager Olga, a very nice girl, personally met with us, she was interested in how the vacation was going. I really liked the sea. Gentle entry. The underground passage allowed you to quickly get to the beach. There would be enough sunbeds for everyone, but....alas, our tourists simply with maniacal obstinacy booked sunbeds at 6-7 in the morning and went: sleep, eat, sit by the pool... This is not a minus for the hotel, but a minus for the CIS tourist! We came at 8.00 - the seats were in the 3rd-4th row, we swam for an hour or two and left. And there were many like us. And the seats in the front row were empty, there were resting towels!
The location of the hotel is a solid 10! Sea, park, promenade, shops nearby. Buses run to any place in the city.
We will definitely return here. I recommend the hotel.
Beach towels are changed according to the schedule in the morning and in the afternoon on the minus ground floor, where the spa, gym, etc. are located. Bath towels were also changed every day. The staff is responsive and friendly. There are Russian speakers. The beach through the tunnel is very close.
Calculated - 180 steps from the pool bar to the edge of the sea. On the beach bar with soft drinks and beer. The rest of the alcohol in the pool bar and lobby bar. The food is varied and delicious. Water can be taken independently from the showcase-refrigerators (cups of 200 ml each). Food / drinks must be asked to be put / poured (and specify the quantity / volume). It's all because of the coronavirus. Masks must always be with you (and on yourself when entering a restaurant and when ordering food). Masks are required in the city. A fine of 10 euros (900 lire).
The sea during this period is magnificent, the water is about 29-30 degrees. There are enough beds for everyone. If you want to occupy the first row by the sea, then you need to do this before 7:00. The beach is pebbly. Who is uncomfortable - get "coral". In the evening at 20:00 mini disco for children up to 4-5 years old. Older children do not usually participate. And a program from 10 years ago (ducklings, aram-zam-zam, etc. ). At 21:30 programs for adults.
The pool bar is open until 23:00, free drinks in the lobby until 24:00. After 24:00 - everything is paid. In general, we liked the hotel. Recommended for relaxation.

Liked the location. Close to Migros, Aquapark, Dolphinarium. Bus stop opposite. Beach alley with cafes and live music.
We have our own beach!!!!!

The hotel staff is good but not all of them are people who seem to be jealous!
In general, when I go to Antalya, I think I will stop here more than once!
