2. Lived on the 7th floor. The view from the room (towards the Rixos hotel) is simply gorgeous, a bomb, and in general, only because of it you can take a hotel : )
3. Food - excellent.
4. There is an indoor pool - it was handy, since we burned out on the second day : )
5. Don't let the path to the sea scare you (in addition to the transfer), there is an elevator that takes you down to the embankment.
6. Room clean, fresh. We were with an infant, they provided us with a playpen (crib), there are children's chairs in the restaurant.
7. I would like to note the friendliness of the staff (service). Always smiling and ready to help. Both Russian speaking and Turkish staff.
The first time we were in Turkey, we really liked it.
I want to add that I read the reviews before leaving (they confused me). I guess it was before covid. It can be seen that the hotel went through cosmetics after covid.
I don't write reviews, but we liked it so much that I decided to write it anyway : )
Go - you won't regret it.
There were many little things that spoiled the impression, but the culmination was the situation when they decided to leave us without lunch. It was raining that day and we decided to go to the city, since the weather is not beachy. We weren't particularly in a hurry for lunch, as we expected to eat at the pool bar, which served food between lunch and dinner. But when we returned to the hotel, we found that the pool bar was closed due to rain. We decided that it was okay, the administration must have organized a snack in another place, we went to the reception to find out. But no, there was no other bar. We tried to explain that we missed lunch, we have an all-inclusive system, tell us where to dine, to which the answer followed, which illustrates the whole attitude towards customers in this hotel: "We have the right to change the rules of staying at the hotel at our discretion, today from "There is no inclusive due to the rain. Wait for dinner. "
So before you go there, be prepared that your boarding house may suddenly turn into a pumpkin.
Oh yes, they did not open the gate to the beach that day either.
Well, in general, the hotel is quite old and shabby, the elevators did not work well, the towels were wiped almost to holes.
At the end of the season, all activities were closed, no slides, no animators, nothing at all announced on the tour.
In general, sadness. I regret going there. I do not recommend to anyone.
Number 2x local standard, repair another 90 years and furniture, too, savdep. Of the new is plasma and pillows. Fungus in the bathroom. Wifi is available only at the reception, not in the rooms. But since we had room 227 on the 2nd floor, the wi-fi from the reception only reached us on the balcony, it was a small +. In the restaurant, the juice was diluted with soda, there was no seafood.
On the positive side, the staff at the restaurant is attentive. Cats are everywhere, which was annoying. I would give Ozkaymak Hotel 2*, not 5*.
settled immediately, gave a good room, everything is clean in the room, juice and water were brought to the mini bar, the room was cleaned every day without reminders, with the minibar it was necessary to remind this applies to gels and shampoos, I really liked the food
As for the location, there are pluses and minuses, from the pluses, all nearby shopping centers can be profitably shopped, the minuses are the remoteness of the beach, everything is technically stated correctly - the 1st line, but the hotel is located on a mountain and you need to go around and go down this business, but they took a minibus, it was crowded - tolerant, on the beach bar - free of charge: yupi, water, ayran - everything else for money, they also demanded 1 lira for the toilet - what is the concept of ultra - it is not clear
animation - sluggish, problems with elevators had to wait 5 minutes
Another plus is the beautiful garden and grounds.
