Of the minuses, to whom this is important - the interior is not very chic, the lack of good internet, the indoor disco is not cool (there were cool discos nearby).
In general, the impressions were the best. Especially about the sea. I just didn't want to get out of it. Still - there are a lot of shopping centers nearby, there is where to shop, a lot of leather bags, wallets at a good price (need to negotiate). After Egypt (Hurghada), this holiday wins.
From Yekaterinburg. Voucher 61.000 rubles, with insurance and fuel.

From March 31.2018 to April 10. In the evenings in a sweater and pants. Every day we swam in the sea more than once, the sea is clean, tasty, salty, blue ...
Flight there without question, Pegasus met perfectly, from the airport by bus about 40 minutes, taking into account 3 stops along the way.
Check-in at 14.00 arrived at 11.00 - left the luggage in the lobby, tired hanging around the hotel and the territory, had a bite to eat.
The room is ordinary, everything is not new, they asked to change the batteries in the safe - it worked. Picked up every day. The towels are the same. The bed creaks. Everything else is good.
The view from the window and balcony is beautiful - the sea and neighboring beautiful hotels.
The food - the restaurant is great. A lot of everything, without seafood - only 1 type of fish. Fruits apples, pears, wonderful oranges. Meat of your choice.
In the afternoon in the last few days, they offered ice cream (4 types to choose from) in front of the entrance to the beach and / or in the snack bar.
The pool is warm - 3 * 2 meters (paddling pool) in the room - there is little pleasant, essentially for children.
The outdoor pools are good but ice cold (the sea is warmer) at the time of our stay.
The beach - no complaints, except for the unassembled pier - rusty metal structures. There are sun loungers, mattresses are soft, enough for everyone.
The gym is good.
The sauna is quite pleasant. We don’t understand hamam, we don’t like it.
The return flight was rescheduled from the evening (17.40) to the morning (9.30), minus half a day of rest, transfer without questions. In flight, Nordwind Airlines (North Wind) refused to feed, the children and the hungry were outraged.
The slides were turned on according to the schedule, the water was icy, we rolled down once.
Beach towels can be changed without restrictions, you receive and return at the entrance to the hotel.
The bar in the hotel itself is not bad - the piano was played in the evenings.
There were a lot of vacationers with children, there were special children's animators-caretakers, they watched how the parents handed over the child, the employees entertained him while the parents were resting.
At 100 meters from the hotel, all kinds of shops (from food to leather) are a tourist area, so it’s not at all cheap.
Internet is free and stable in the lobby, I also caught it in the room, but not in every corner.
NOT A SEASON:
The dining awnings on the street were not serviced, dirty, peeling tables, although you can go and sit if you want.
In fact, leisure activities were not organized, with the exception of beach volleyball, a poor table tennis table, minigolf, once I saw a bocho - I asked to bring it later, they refused.
Animations were also not observed.
Additional beach bars and some other (2 pieces) did not work. The amphitheater was not open.
The wave pool is off, empty.
Excursions Pegasus:
1) Pamukale ($95/person) is beautiful, worthy of attention (Greek theater, flowering poppies, mineral rocks and Cleopatra's pool), although it would have been even more pleasant on its own - there was little time for a walk and a pool. The guide is great (teacher).
2) Cable car ($70/person) - we drove for 3 hours (we collected everyone even from the city center), it was not very interesting, in fact we were without a guide. Not worth your money. You can go by yourself, the view from the height of the mountains is of course beautiful.
Summary: for 60 for 2 of them it's fine, for 100 it's a little expensive. Sunbathed, rested, satisfied.
Renate Thank you! Thanks a lot! Well done Pegasus!
On the selected dates there were Germans 50%, Turks 40% and Slavs 10%. I didn’t hear any cries of “Our Crimea” and “Tagil” at 3 in the morning (maybe I was sleeping soundly).
Nutrition:
The food was excellent, ate only meat. There was one fish day (~ 4 types of fish), the girl ate salads. There are also sausages, ~7 types of cheese, meat, potatoes (in various forms), cocktails and other drinks in the bar. Concentrated juices (you need to dilute 5050).
Number:
good. The bathroom was a bit small and a small piece of decor came off (Tried to fix it but it was bent so not 10 stars)
Receptionist: Speaks Russian (5050), German 1-2 people, English 60-80%, if there is a need to get to any place (Waterfalls, Oceanarium... ) will prompt and orientate.
Travel Tips:
- There is a bus stop next to the hotel. On the 7th bus you can get to the Oceanarium and Minicity (coque). The bus goes through the lower waterfall (it's next to the skatepark) and the center (near the old town).
- 1$ = 2.7TL. bus fare costs $1 or 2 lira (profit)
- Bargain with everyone (except the bus driver and people who issue tickets), throw off 50% from the start and then go from there.
If you want the best, then there are very respectable and luxurious hotels nearby, but the price is completely different - $ 3000-4000 for 8 nights.
From May 26.2014 to June 1.2014, I, along with my wife and 7-year-old grandson, rested at the Kervansaray Kundu Hotel (Antalya). It should be noted that this is not the first time we rest in this hotel and we like everything about it. But this time an event happened that dramatically changed our views on rest in this place. I'll try to be more specific.
We were placed in a room on the 2nd floor after 14-00 hours, we had to wait 3 hours for check-in time after arriving at the hotel. The room is good, everything is there - from air conditioning to TV, overlooking the sea. We got used to it quickly and started to rest.
The next day, after meeting with Natalya Kuznetsova, a Pegas tour operator at the hotel, where we booked an excursion to the Aquarium, a world-class attraction, we went up to the room to put the change from the amount for the excursion tickets in the safe and I, Opening the closet in which the safe was located, he was horrified to find that there was no safe.
There was only a dusty place in the closet from him ! ! !
In the safe were all our money, foreign passports, insurance, the birth certificate of the grandson and all his documents, in a word - EVERYTHING, plus there was also a new tablet and some other things. Moreover, the things on the table (an open suitcase, an e-book, a telephone, etc. ) were in place and untouched by the thieves.
They immediately reported the incident to the reception with a request to call a Russian-speaking guide and call the head of the security service, a hotel representative and the police to the room.
Approximately 10 min. the head of the security service, an interpreter, came to the room, and after a while several people from the police arrived.
They listened to our explanations and assumptions about what had happened, began to show some photocopies of photographs with small indistinguishable faces so that we could identify someone, asked if we closed the safe and the room when we left, if we suspect anyone, began to take fingerprints everywhere where you can, take pictures of everything you can. In a word, to show some appearance of investigative actions. Then a person came to the room to take readings from the electronic lock of the room with a special scanner in order to check who opened our room and when. And all this despite the fact that we were absent from the room for about 1.5 hours, the entrance to the room is located on the site where the elevators are located, that is, practically in front of people, all corridors are crammed with video surveillance cameras. That is, pulling out the safe (!!! ) so that no one sees it is almost impossible.
We demanded to call the general manager of the hotel and notify him about the theft of the safe.
All the hotel employees present unanimously assured us that this case was the first time in the hotel, there had not been such cases before, etc. Although, over time, I found many descriptions of cases of theft in this hotel on the Internet.
After that, we went to the gendarmerie, located somewhere on the outskirts of Antalya, in a hotel car, together with an interpreter and an employee from the hotel security service, as it took a long time to get there and drove through all the agricultural environs of the city.
In the gendarmerie, they tediously and for a long time drew up a protocol of the incident in Turkish, from which, due to ignorance of the language, I did not understand anything, the police chief assured the protocol with his signature and did not even put a seal. They explained to us that this is enough for us to return to Russia without passports.
Upon returning to the hotel, we phoned the Russian Consulate in Antalya and I demanded that we be taken to the consulate. While the issue with the car was being resolved, I phoned my children in Russia and they sent us copies of civil Russian passports by e-mail (Thank God that we did not take them with us to Turkey! ). Taking the protocol from the gendarmerie and photocopies of passports, we went to the consulate in the hotel car, though without an interpreter. At the consulate we had to wait a VERY long time until we were received by a specialist. We filled out applications for issuing permits to cross the border, they didn’t take pictures of us, but advised us to do it somewhere in the city (and this without a single lira, sorry, a penny in your pocket). While waiting for permission, we met a married couple from Russia, who were robbed in another hotel in Antalya, with a similar situation (although the safe was not pulled out of the room, but simply opened).
As a result, we, exhausted by the hassle, emotions, heat, tired child, returned to the hotel in our room.
The next day, I nevertheless managed to get a meeting with the general manager of the hotel (Mr. Mustafa Mezgitci) and, through an interpreter, tried to find out how the hotel management, in his person, would resolve the situation with compensation for the material damage caused to us. In response, I heard vague explanations that the police were investigating the case, CCTV cameras recorded some group of three people who were allegedly professional thieves from Israel and entered the hotel stuffed with security, alarms and video cameras through a closed service entrance through the service ladder , photos of alleged thieves were sent to the Antalya airport and they were immediately detained, etc. , etc.
And as soon as all this happens, we will immediately be compensated for all losses, even though we are leaving for Russia in a few days. With the hope of this, we spent the rest of our tour without a penny of money.
We met with the tour operator of the Pegasus travel agency at the hotel Natalia Kuznetsova and explained to her the situation that had happened to us. She promised to let her management know what had happened so that they would somehow influence the management of the hotel. On the evening before departure, she came to the hotel and suggested that we use the legal "support" of the firm. (This is in the evening on the eve of departure and without a penny of money, even for transport).
As a result, we were no longer able to meet with the hotel management; upon departure, we exchanged all conceivable and inconceivable coordinates for the hotel to contact me in Russia and departed for the airport for departure.
A separate story about how we went through passport control at Antalya airport and especially about the same control at Sheremetyevo airport. We sat in splendid isolation for more than an hour in the arrivals area under the control of OUR valiant servants of the law. The impression was that we were the first and only among the hundreds of thousands of our compatriots who came from abroad to rest in this position. Moreover, the documents of our consulate were in perfect order.
As you may have guessed, after almost two months and my letters to the hotel, there was no answer. Let's hope ...it is not known, the truth is for what.
In conclusion, I want to add that after all these “pleasant and unforgettable” events, the next day after my arrival, I had a large-focal heart attack. Now at home, after the hospital, I sit and write these "horror stories".
