On the territory of 9 swimming pools, one of which is heated, an adult and children's water park, an amusement park, a children's club. Animation is active, including evening shows, live music and daytime sports programs.
Room categories are very different, there is a choice for a different number of guests. This list includes Romantic rooms and two-level Family, two-story Royal Suites with a sauna, etc.
The hotel operates on an Ultra All Inclusive system, quality food and an abundance of restaurants and bars. There are 6 a la carte restaurants: RISTORANT RUGIANO (Italian cuisine), JAIPO (Mexican cuisine), SAKURA (Far Eastern cuisine), ATALANTES RESTAURANT (Greek cuisine), SULTAN RESTAURANT (Turkish cuisine), MERMAID RESTAURANT (meat and fish restaurant). During your stay, visiting each restaurant 1 time by appointment is free of charge. There is also a children's menu in the restaurant and canned meals.
Wi-Fi throughout and in the rooms is free. For tennis lovers there are 6 tennis courts.
The sand and pebble beach with a gentle entry into the sea is great for swimming with children. There is also a pier.
Overall impression - a good 5-star hotel, perhaps the best of all Delphin hotels.

And here in Lara, judge for yourself. The staff is very slow, impolite. They left a tip of $3 on the first day, strewn the room with rose petals, and the next day $5, so even the bed was not cleaned. The mini bar is not replenished regularly. The rooms do not have a bath, but a shower. The pool is not heated outside, although people swam in the nearby Titanic. The sandy beach is large, so it probably seems that the toilet is far away. The territory is large, equipped. But these are all standard things, but what is just terrible is the FOOD!! ! There was no meat at all! There's a queue for sausages at breakfast. There were whole meters of cheese, olives, rolls, but there was nothing to eat - there were no rolls, no expensive cheeses. There are no ready-made salads, cucumbers, tomatoes and generally few fresh vegetables. At lunch and dinner, pureed soups, grilled chicken, seafood and fish are not. What lies on the tables, they didn’t even bother to arrange it beautifully. The scrambled eggs are not fried and the queue is behind it. Powdered juices, coffee is just awful. And local alcohol is just a life-threatening product, diluted vinegar and flavored alcohol (I speak with knowledge of the matter, because I was at an alcohol conference). Of course, you will not disappear from hunger, but you will not get pleasure from food. In short, if you just go with a group of men, or women who are losing weight, then this is wonderful, but for families with children, I just don’t understand what to feed them there ? ! Of course, it should be noted that the proximity to Antalya is great in terms of both the airport and shopping, and just taking a walk - by car to the center of Antalya 20-25 minutes, with a taxi driver $ 60 costs 3 hours in Antalya and go back and forth.
November is not the best time to relax... except perhaps Egypt or Thailand, but in the first - endless revolutions, and the second, firstly, far away, and secondly - the flood again. We almost despaired of going somewhere, but smart people advised one tour operator who always has great deals on Turkey with an individual, so to speak, approach. The name of the Only Tour did not tell us anything, but we decided to take a chance. And not a bit sorry!
As a result, they offered us Antalya, because in the low season there prices are halved accordingly. That is, in the coolest fives you can safely relax at the price of summer three rubles. Well, there is no sea, of course, due to the temperature, but....SPA, shops, discos, Turkish flavor and cultural monuments have not gone away in the end, and there will be no this eternal summer crowd of tourists. Having judged thus, we chose RIXOS LARES 5 * - to walk - so to walk
And you know, for $700 per person, for a week, we got EVERYTHING! Gorgeous rooms, super polite and attentive service (swans on the beds with rose petals, flowers at the reception upon arrival and even champagne (! ), simply incomprehensible food (everything your heart desires), a la carte - no words at all. Honestly, I didn’t even suspect before that Turkish hotels can be like that, although I went to fives, but apparently not to those fives that you need .
We completed the rest program for all 100! The most wonderful spa: hammam, foam massage and scrubs, oil massage - generally a miracle, we went almost every day. Shops: a separate respect - due to the low season there are simply awesome discounts, and, of course, discos.
We somehow did not get to the gym, by the way, huge. But they visited the 7D cinema (it is better to see once than to tell a thousand).
In general, I understood why the Germans and other Europeans spend the whole winter in Turkey. Because it is in this season that you can get the maximum for regular money, and the rest will be just gorgeous. Albeit without the open sea, but with warm water in a clean pool
33 ml), 2 mineral waters (0.33 ml each; good Borjomi type) 1 Nestea iced tea (0.33 ml), 2 Nestle light waters (0.5 ml each). Juices were also available from the kids club (juices are good, no sugar).
I liked the kids club, the territory is quite large (part of the territory is in the sun, part is in the shade due to trees), there are many swings, slides, etc. An interesting program for the day, something new every day. Even our 2-year-old doci was interested in going there from time to time. The children's disco is also interesting, but designed for older children, although our 2-year-old daughter jumped there, but sometimes she stood in a stupor because the movements were very fast. At the end of the mini-disco, Chupa-Chups and a balloon were handed out.
The room was large like everything in the turrets (there are no standards in the turrets, they are all just between the turrets) everything stated in the room was a mini-bar, a 22-inch LCD TV, a mini music center everything worked properly in the mini-bar you could make ice ( there was a special mold) there was also a safe, but we did not use it. The shower cubicle is large and comfortable, there are two shower clamps for a child and an adult, which is also very convenient. The balcony is large and deep (but this is also only in the turrets). The lighting is curious: there is no central lamp, but many small ones, in the end it is impossible to create the usual full lighting of the room, I personally liked it; the wife complained that it was impossible to put on makeup before dinner.
Noise from the Titanic did not interfere. Although it was somewhere before 23:30, then the disco moved either to the beach or to a closed room and the music was almost inaudible. But we take it easy.
Who cares, you can close the balcony (there will be no noise) and turn on the air conditioner (it works great; it blows into the center of the room, and not on the bed, so you can sleep peacefully and not worry about the child)
The territory is the main plus of the hotel, because it is really big and the hotel was built on the territory of the national park, and this park was practically not disturbed during the construction. On the territory of the hotel there are many interesting conifers (near the coniferous alley there is a unique coniferous aroma) and deciduous trees, both very high and low, there are also shrubs, palm trees and cacti. Despite the fact that we were in mid-October, there were quite a lot of flowers. Almost the entire territory of the hotel is the so-called Relax Zone - a grassy lawn interspersed with trees, shrubs where you can put a sun lounger under your favorite plant or just in the sun. There were always enough sun loungers, although the hotel was fully booked.
There are fields for mini football and a professional football field with lighting (at the end of October, football teams begin to arrive at the hotel for training camps). There are tennis courts, a darts field, a fitness area.
The beach is big. There was always enough space, even when, after 3 cloudy days, all the residents of the hotel rushed to the beach, there were enough sunbeds for everyone. Straw umbrellas, indeed, as they wrote earlier in the reviews, do not give much, but as for me, enough shade. If you rest in October, this is only a plus. Who loves the shade can be accommodated in the shade of the Relax Zone trees from there to the beach from 5 or more meters, depending on where you like. On the beach at the bar you could ask for nuts (salty assortment: almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts, pistachios, soft dry peas. ) The sand, although ugly in color (as elsewhere in Turkey), is very soft. The water was always warm even during or after the storm.
The entrance to the sea is gentle (small pebbles, although it may have been sandy, and the sand was washed away on October 9 and 10 during a storm, I don’t presume to judge). Somewhere when he reached ¼ of the pier, he no longer stood, but swam somewhere to its middle and found a sandy bottom under him (as-
you can just the sand that was washed away from the shore) and so on until the end of the pier, the water is slightly higher than waist-high (it’s fun to catch waves on this chalk), further deeper. There were 2 volleyball courts on the beach.
The building is well thought out, there have never been any accumulations even in bad weather, neither near the bars, nor in the hall, nor in the lobby, nor in the closed pool. There are a lot of elevators, there are no queues, almost always they went by themselves. Everywhere is clean, neat and beautiful. Sofas, armchairs, chairs, bar counters are comfortable. Free wireless internet was best caught in the lobby (Skype went without problems), near the bar and in the dining room is rather bad.
The dining room is spacious with a large terrace (during the rain when the terrace was closed, the Silk Road restaurant was also used as the main one). There were no problems with the tables. Service is not great, but acceptable. Drinks including beer and wine are not diluted, as is the case in many other hotels. The wine was poured from white bottles, I liked it, I don’t like red, so I didn’t even try it. My wife says good things too. Also, raki, champagne (my wife liked it, I didn’t try it), cognac, rose wine, maybe something else were offered from alcohol in the dining room ...Fresh diluted with water in the morning somewhere 50/50. The food is generally good, a bit spicy in places.
So, a request to the chefs, less pepper and it will be great. You can always add pepper, but on the contrary it is problematic. But not spicy dishes were enough. Lots of sauces that can be added to dishes in addition. All are very tasty.
No fresh food was observed.
There were no problems with the child's nutrition.
For breakfast there were always: milk porridges, various yogurts to which you could add fresh or canned fruits or jam, pancakes to which you could add jam, nut or chocolate paste, boiled eggs (3 and 5 minutes), fried eggs, scrambled eggs with any filling to choose from, several types of ham, khachapuri with cheese or meat or potatoes, steamed and stewed vegetables, olives, black olives, various salads, musli, dried apricots, prunes, sausages, soup, fresh vegetables, fresh fruits and much more.
For lunch and dinner: 2 types of soup, children's soup, 2 types of pasta, potatoes either baked or mashed (very tasty by the way), french fries, khachapuri with cheese or with meat or potatoes, boiled chicken and fish, various salads, canned tuna , steamed and stewed vegetables, baked meat (either duck, or turkey, or lamb, or pork), (the sauce could be poured separately), baked fish (either salmon or dorado), grilled chicken, fish fillet with sauce or fried fish, either seafood or vegetables or chicken with mushrooms a la carte with cheese, or stew or lamb meatballs, various sweets, fresh vegetables, pickled vegetables, fresh fruits and much more.
Mussels, shrimp, colmar rings were but not every day.
Shawarma, sushi, Caesar salad, seafood salad, raw beef tartar - once a week.
to the experience of visiting "a la carte" restaurants in other hotels was frankly sad. And here is one word - Magnificent! ! ! The first hotel where after "a la carte" we didn't go to eat in the main restaurant. Special thanks to the chefs of this "a la carte" restaurant, as you cook it unforgettable. The atmosphere in the restaurant is appropriate: romantic and relaxing.
The animation was good, but there were only 3 times because on the other evenings my daughter went to bed before it started. We did not participate in daytime animation - there was no time, because we were resting with a small child. We only went to the kids club. I liked it there.
We didn’t swim in the open pools, the sea was enough. Visually, it looks good and is large enough. The water park is so-so. The yellow slide is not interesting (slow) and even the joints are felt strongly. The rainbow is also nothing special, although there are no joints. Closed - glue slide. Especially if you go on a double circle and sway .
In general, the water park is clearly not the strong point of the hotel. It has other benefits.
Hotel population: somewhere around 70% Germans (many of age), Belgians, Poles, French, Dutch, many wealthy Turkish population (especially on weekends). Russian-speaking no more than 15%. Advertised in previous reviews
no Iranians were seen.
The nearby river does not enter the territory of the hotel, it does not stink, although it looks dirty. In short, there are no inconveniences from her. Mosquitoes were in the evening (when the sun was setting) near the kids club, not many, but they bite hard. So take mosquito repellant. There was one mosquito in the room for ten 10 days. He bit me and fled in an unknown direction. There were no more mosquitoes anywhere.
In conclusion, I would like to thank the whole team of the Rixos Lares hotel for a wonderful and unforgettable stay, quick fulfillment of all requests, responsiveness, high-quality implementation of all the services declared and included in the hotel concept, as well as for a good attitude towards children.
I would be glad to visit the hotel again (of course, if the flag of Ukraine finally appears near the entrance (just kidding)). Although there is some truth in every joke, because Ukraine is the closest neighbor. Other hotels had a flag.
Everyone is very friendly. The waitress girls are very attentive smiling in the lobby and amphitheatre.
I had an ordinary single room, overlooking the sea and the neighboring Titanic hotel. The mini-bar is replenished for free with juices, mineral water and plain water daily. The only thing I would advise is not to settle on the first floor, if at night you want to sleep, the music from the disco will interfere very much, the audibility is high.
The TERRITORY of the hotel is large enough, green, alleys, paths everywhere. Everyone will find a place for themselves. Who wants to retire - besides the beach and the pool, there are also sunbeds in the clearing, where trees and various flowers grow, you can sleep there after dinner, read a book, etc. And if you want to socialize - the beach and the pool are for you.
Animators - well done, they will never pass by, they will not let you get bored - volleyball, archery, aerobics, aqua aerobics - during the day. In the evening, the guys entertain in the Moonflower bar until 23, after which the disco begins to work until 2 am. The lobby bar is also open around the clock, where every evening the musician plays the piano and you can drink delicious Turkish coffee.
We were very lucky with the weather, during the day it was 25-27 degrees, in the evening it was about 15, a pleasant coolness. Many people already swim in the sea, but if you are finches like me, there is a warm indoor pool for us. And you can also warm up in the sauna or in the Turkish bath.
The SERVICE staff of the hotel is very polite, friendly. The waiters in the restaurant are attentive, they are always interested in whether everything is fine, they offer drinks without reminders. Feel the level of the hotel. The food is varied for all tastes.
I went out of the hotel twice, to the shopping centers that are opposite. In principle, you can buy some small souvenirs - sweets, tea, etc.
Outwardly, it resembles a military base - three khaki towers, and not at all as tall as in the photographs. Inside is quite decent, beautiful glass elevators, a fountain, in the evenings - a pianist (amazing! ) in the lobby bar.
The food is varied, but there is still no fresh juice! There are 7-8 types of cheeses, a huge selection of jams, yogurts, etc. A separate table with greens, from which you can prepare a salad according to your desire, and similarly with fruits - citrus fruits, apples, pears are peeled and cut. Desserts - no comment, everything is fine!
On the -1 floor there is a discotheque, sauna, Turkish bath, swimming pool (approx. 15m).
At Moonflower bar after 21h. various events (karaoke, concerts) are held.
There is also a bar on the 8th floor - overlooking the sea - amazing, but unfortunately it was closed in February!
The territory is not very large, an impressive pool, there is a children's pool and slides.
The beach is sandy, bulk, small pebbles by the sea.
Compared to neighboring hotels, Rixos looks more than modest.
Next door is the Titanic Hotel - looks cool, but, in my opinion, they went too far with the name.
Outside the territory (at the entrance to the hotel) on one side is a swampy area (and 2 turkeys, chickens, geese “graze” on the lawn), behind it are a number of shops and a shopping center. Pretentious hotels-palaces are being built all around, so, soon this area will not be called a suburb.
About the weather in February.
During the day it is about +20, it is warm and good, but as soon as the sun sets, it becomes cold.
Ripe oranges and lemons on the trees.
It is quite possible to sunbathe on the beach - there are sun loungers, towels, tea, coffee, water.
The sea is about 15-16 degrees ...but some swim - For an amateur))))
It is cold on the coast because of the wind.
In general, it is very unusual to sunbathe on the beach or ride a yacht while snow-capped mountain peaks are on the horizon, and this is in Turkey!
Conclusion: no complaints, everything is great.
P. S. Be sure to walk along the coast of Antalya, there are very beautiful views and a wonderful waterfall!
