1) the room is clean and cleaned daily normally (we left 1-2 dollars for a tip . . I don’t know if this somehow affected the result or not).
2) in general, the hotel area is clean and green.
3) during the course for food / snacks you can always find . . everything is as usual in ultra all inclusive ))
4) the evening before, at a dinner in a restaurant, artists / musicians dressed as chefs unexpectedly pleased with opera singing . . it was great ))
5) I practically didn’t take alcohol . . a few times white wine, perhaps. wine was ok
Minuses:
1) food is the main minus of the hotel.
In principle, an indicator that the food was not very good was the fact that people lined up in a long line to the grill where they fried chicken. Chicken - Carl!! ! . . at the ultra all inclusive hotel. no red fish for you. . no shrimp. One day there was a dinner like a sea one in the design of the hall . . but even there the choice was very bad: moquel, sea bass and tuna (of this trinity, sea bass was the most edible). A lot of dishes with typical Turkish spices / sauces and apparently prepared from what they didn’t eat yesterday. It got to the point that I was wildly happy when I saw a simple boiled tongue. The most comprehensive breakfast choice.
2) restaurant - waiters do not have time to clean / set tables.
3) beach - they clean up badly, vacationers take sunbeds from the very early hours

There were three of us. It's a bit cramped for two on a "double bed", we asked for an extra bed. By evening the bed was in the room. Despite the three beds in the room, we were not cramped. The room also has an LCD TV with three channels in Russian, an armchair with a small table, a mini-bar, which was filled every day and filled up quite well: two bottles of beer, two juices with a straw, canned cola, fanta, sprite, beer, two bottles of mineral water and water, straws, nuts and chocolate. Closet at the entrance to the room, which had a lot of hangers for clothes and little space for folding clothes. There is a free safe inside the closet. The bathroom is rather big, with a full bathtub, all soap and rye accessories are available in small bottles, two towels per person. We liked the room right away. Cleaned every day, changed towels, bed linen. Despite the thin walls, the neighbors did not bother us.
The territory of the hotel is very beautiful, there is a lot of greenery, all kinds of bridges, fountains, there is where to take a walk with a child in a stroller.
The pool is one big for adults, there are plenty of sunbeds, you can always find a free one. Beach towels are issued in exchange for cards, you can change at least every hour. There is also a small pool for children with slides. There are not enough slides for adults, only three, my children quickly got tired of them.
The beach is always clean and full of sunbeds. There are sunbeds closer to the sea with umbrellas, and there are also a number of sunbeds under awnings. You can choose whichever is more convenient. True, sunbeds with umbrellas were occupied from the very early morning. Entrance to the sea - there are small pebbles. There is a pier with large pillows, with its own shower. The water was not always clean, the entrance is smooth and convenient. On the beach there are changing rooms, showers, a bar. The toilet is also nearby.
The biggest disadvantages of the hotel are food and service in the restaurant. Normal fish for two weeks, I did not wait. By the end of the first week, we were so tired of everything, the same thing every day. Lines for meat, ice cream. The waiters don't have time to clear the tables. If you do not arrive at the beginning of the meal, you can walk around with a plate and not find a free table. The hotel is full of cats, some of them are so scary, shabby. In the open area of the restaurant, cats were seen jumping on the table and walking freely. Poorly washed dishes came across.
They hardly drank alcohol, mostly beer and wine. Seems like good ones. Juices in packages.
Our children got sick there: vomiting, diarrhea, fever, headache. It seems that they washed their hands constantly, they did not swim in the children's pool. I sin on food in a restaurant. Often half-eaten meals at lunch were served for dinner, and sometimes the next day.
At 12:00 pm, my grandmother started baking the gozleme. What I liked, she sits in a gazebo, next to several of the same gazebos in the shade, where people sit and eat. For some reason, there was no ayran in this gazebo. Ayran was given at the beach bar and at the pool bar. They also prepared kumpir, hamburgers, french fries, sandwiches from 12 to 17 hours. For lunch, you can also eat outside in two restaurants: one served all kinds of doners, the other served pide. There are four a la carte restaurants, all paid, 10 euros per person. Ice cream is served from 12 noon at the beach bar and for dinner at the main restaurant, two varieties each.
WI-FI is paid in the rooms, free only in the lobby.

There is no cleaning in the rooms at all, on the third day they didn’t know where to put household garbage (there was an idea to throw it out into the common corridor), the soap ran out, after visiting and complaining at the reception, they pretended to clean up and even changed the top sheets. They tried to leave a tip in the room, the tip was cleaned, the room was not (they made the beds for the sake of appearance and carefully laid out the used towels) never once in 14 days did they vacuum the carpet in the room and did not wash the floor on the balcony (on the 8th day, the wife herself washed, I had to donate an old T-shirt). In general, it is very surprising for me that with such a service there are a lot of tourists from Europe in the hotel, so I made the only logical conclusion that Russian tourists (i. e. from Russia) are not liked there. Tourists from Russia be careful!! ! You are waiting for a complete lack of service!! ! 2) Settlement. The host Tez Tour (we don’t consider other options at all, we trust only them to rest). Transfer - everything is as always fast and comfortable. At the reception they will explain everything. The room was given without any additional payments on the 9th floor, overlooking the sea, the courtyard, very lucky. The room is big, cozy and clean. Minibar replenished daily (two beers, two juices, two sodas, two stills, lemonade and cola, ice available)

3) Hotel. Everything in the hotel itself is very well thought out, both in terms of territory and in terms of functionality. Huge swimming pool, large green area, various bridges and trails. Sunbeds by the pool are occupied already in the morning, but at 9-10 o'clock you can still find free ones in a normal place, later somewhere in the outskirts, or one at a time. There are always enough sunbeds on the beach, at any time of the day. Umbrellas, awnings, bar (drinks and snacks). Most of the time was spent on the beach, boccia, beach volleyball (at 10:30 and at 16:00). And also, I would like to note the work of the attendants, just hard work, and they don’t forget to smile and say hello. The smile just never leaves their face, they are always happy to help you! No wonder the hotel holds the brand under the slogan "Miracle Family"
4) Animation. As such, it seemed to me weak, and as it is stated that 18 people work, for some reason I constantly saw the same ones, and the number was clearly not declared. In general, from year to year I am convinced that the best animators are the Turks themselves, with a sense of humor, completely liberated, able to find the Russian language with all vacationers, German animators prefer to deal with their compatriots (who are the majority), but Russian animators are always like - as if not in his element. The show is so-so, and the disco is not better, there are some games near the pool during the day, but stupid in my opinion, I'm not a fan of floundering with my feet in the pool. But who knows how to organize fun for himself, he will not be bored.
5) Nutrition. You will just have to write about this for a very, very, very long time, because. the menu is very diverse, the chefs are great, the Turkish night is just super! And if briefly about food, then breakfast - omelettes with various fillings, scrambled eggs with tomato, scrambled eggs with varying degrees of roasting, cheeses, yogurts (8-10 pieces), cereals, honey, jams, jams, buns, sausages, sausage, various hot dishes (for those who like to have a hearty breakfast), lunch - soups, 3-5 types of side dishes, meat, fish, chicken, vegetables, fruits, cakes and sweets. For dinner, a wonderful grill bar is added. In general, the food for the week is not repeated (only breakfast).
5) Infrastructure. There are places to go outside the hotel, a huge number of shopping centers, bazaars, the Migros store (we love it very much, there is also a big Migros on the way to Kemer, approximately near the Ozkaymak Falez hotel).

The hotel is just a fairy tale. Tourists of all ages will find something to their liking there. So, I'll start everything in order:

The landing is soft, but the planes are already old, not comfortable, the air conditioners are very weak, there is not enough for the entire cabin, the seats leave much to be desired, because they move in any direction as they want, if you are "lucky" you can spend your flight lying down) took care of their passengers not only in words, but also in deeds.
2) Settlement. The host Tez Tour (we don’t consider other options at all, we trust only them to rest). Transfer - everything is as always fast and comfortable. At the reception they will explain everything. The room was given without any additional payments on the 9th floor, overlooking the sea, the courtyard, very lucky. The room is big, cozy and clean. Minibar replenished daily (two beers, two juices, two sodas, two stills, lemonade and cola, ice available)

3) Hotel. Everything in the hotel itself is very well thought out, both in terms of territory and in terms of functionality. Huge swimming pool, large green area, various bridges and trails. Sunbeds by the pool are occupied already in the morning, but at 9-10 o'clock you can still find free ones in a normal place, later somewhere in the outskirts, or one at a time. There are always enough sunbeds on the beach, at any time of the day. Umbrellas, awnings, bar (drinks and snacks). Most of the time was spent on the beach, boccia, beach volleyball (at 10:30 and at 16:00). And also, I would like to note the work of the attendants, just hard work, and they don’t forget to smile and say hello. The smile just never leaves their face, they are always happy to help you! No wonder the hotel holds the brand under the slogan "Miracle Family"
4) Animation. As such, it seemed to me weak, and as it is stated that 18 people work, for some reason I constantly saw the same ones, and the number was clearly not declared. In general, from year to year I am convinced that the best animators are the Turks themselves, with a sense of humor, completely liberated, able to find the Russian language with all vacationers, German animators prefer to deal with their compatriots (who are the majority), but Russian animators are always like - as if not in his element. The show is so-so, and the disco is not better, there are some games near the pool during the day, but stupid in my opinion, I'm not a fan of floundering with my feet in the pool. But who knows how to organize fun for himself, he will not be bored.
5) Nutrition. You will just have to write about this for a very, very, very long time, because. the menu is very diverse, the chefs are great, the Turkish night is just super! And if briefly about food, then breakfast - omelettes with various fillings, scrambled eggs with tomato, scrambled eggs with varying degrees of roasting, cheeses, yogurts (8-10 pieces), cereals, honey, jams, jams, buns, sausages, sausage, various hot dishes (for those who like to have a hearty breakfast), lunch - soups, 3-5 types of side dishes, meat, fish, chicken, vegetables, fruits, cakes and sweets. For dinner, a wonderful grill bar is added. In general, the food for the week is not repeated (only breakfast).
5) Infrastructure. There are places to go outside the hotel, a huge number of shopping centers, bazaars, the Migros store (we love it very much, there is also a big Migros on the way to Kemer, approximately near the Ozkaymak Falez hotel).
