We lived in the same room 8226. Each room has a side view of the sea. When we arrived for the second time, we booked the same room in advance, it was busy, but two days later we moved into it.
We are 4 adults and the room was family, consists of 2 rooms separated by a door. Each room has a balcony, TV, minibar, air conditioning. Bathroom (toilet, shower) one. In one room there are 2 separate beds, in the other there is one large bed. Minibar (cola, sprite, beer, water, juice, chips, chocolate) is replenished every day. TV shows several Russian programs, including RTR. The bathroom has shampoo, hair conditioner, dental kit, body cream, washcloth, razors. Cleaning was done every day.
Is there a safe in the room. Wardrobe (he is one) - enough for the whole family.
The territory of the hotel is not to say that it is very large, but very well-zoned, well-groomed and very beautiful. Several pools, there are many sunbeds around them, there is a children's pool, a water park for adults and a water park for children, a mini club, Luna Park (various attractions, popcorn and drinks), an indoor pool with a jacuzzi, a lot of greenery and flowers, a park with rabbits.
The beach is large and sandy. Convenient entry into the sea even for small children. There are a lot of sunbeds, free ones can be found at any time, the very territory of the beach is zoned into a smoking area and a non-smoking one. There are beautiful swings where you can swing with a view of the sea and take beautiful pictures. There is a trampoline for children and a playground. 2 towel distribution points, one in the building, the second near the beach. You can change towels several times. The beach has a pier. Nutrition. This is a paradise for gourmets. Food for every taste. There are several a la carte restaurants on site. Food all around! During the day - pizza, hamburgers, hot dogs, french fries, snacks, fruits, ice cream. Waiters go on roller skates - carry orders, carts with drinks on the beach. To say that the food is tasty and varied is to say nothing! Every day an evening of some kind of cuisine - Mediterranean, Turkish, Italian, sea, Japanese. What delicious dishes the chefs prepare! There is a grill, and vegetarian food, a children's menu, soups, snacks, salads, it is impossible to take your eyes off the cakes! You can often hear that in Turkey there is no seafood in the hotel. But not here - shrimps, crabs, mussels, octopuses, squids, and this is every day! Several types of meat, chicken, fish (fried, stewed, grilled), sushi. There are no queues. Considering that all the food is under glass and the waiter imposes it, everything is very clear, there is no crowding, all their staff are wearing masks. Special thanks to the waiters who served our table, unfortunately we do not know all of the names. But here are some - Hekim K. , Hakan, Esve. On the first race in July, we got to the Ramadan holiday. At this time, chic banquets and dances were arranged.
At the entrance to the restaurant there are employees who measure the temperature of everyone, give out masks, napkins. In general, everything is washed and disinfected everywhere, hand sanitizers are everywhere, all measures for the prevention of COVID are observed. I would like to note the work of the girl Guest relations Olga. I had to contact her, because the air conditioner did not work very well in the room where we were settled, and we asked to be moved to the room in which we lived on the first arrival. The problem was immediately resolved. And we, as regular customers, for our "suffering" were given a chalet on the beach for a day for free use for the whole day.
The hotel is located very conveniently (Lara area). Nearby are many shops with a large assortment of goods (shoes, leather, bags, clothes, textiles). On the first run, there was one birthday boy among us. They brought fruit, a cake, a bottle of wine to the room. That's very pleasant, thanks!
We had a very good rest. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Maybe there are somewhere (of course, there probably are) cooler hotels, but Delphin is our love! Here is our heart! Of course, people make the atmosphere of the hotel, a wonderful team of professionals work here, who love their job and try to make the rest for everyone perfect. Thanks again to everyone that we had a wonderful rest and were not disappointed in anything! If next year we are going to Turkey, then this will again be our favorite Delphin Palace. The food is good, fresh and in great variety and quantity. I didn't see the weathered one. Anamation is rather weak for me, or maybe we didn’t visit it often. On the territory of the hotel there is an amusement park (train, cars, boats and a Ferris wheel).
In principle, the hotel is suitable for families with children, the only young people seem to me to be bored.
Moms and dads, remember a few rules for families with children and everything will be ok!
1) Watch your children - where they climb, what they put in their mouths, etc. Instead of hanging out with a book in sun loungers and with a glass in bars, and children rush about anywhere!
2) Do not let your mouth slurp water from the pool and when riding downhill! And in the sea you do not need to drink water and eat sand! ))
3) Wash your hands with soap!
4) Do not feed children with unusual and new food abroad! Choose close to national! Believe me, you can find it in the hotel! For small children, take food with you! I had a second child 10 months. the mixture was carrying its own, canned meat and instant cereals! Juice and their water suits us just fine and ate their yoghurt and baby food in jars went well too. And so there is a blender there and I made vegetable purees from steamed vegetables from the diets of the table, everything is there! And give the little kids broths from the diets of the table - beef, chicken and turkey, and not Turkish puree soups! For the second child, 8 years old, she also watched him herself, put food on him, and did not let him grab everything in a row and everything is ok!
5) Bring a pharmacy with you, antidiarrheals and antipyretics in the first place, and do not run to the local pharmacy! And adults often have poisoning and acclimatization - not like children!
6) There are electric kettles in the rooms, but I ask you not to boil tap water in them! Pour and boil their bottled water, it is everywhere - in restaurants and minibars in the room! For little children who react to water changes (mothers should know this, at least in summer cottages), bring your water from Russia! I was carrying a canister of Agushi water)))), but I tried them - it went fine and diluted the mixture on it later!
7) Most poisonings and colds do not happen in the hotel itself, but on the way to it or back and on local excursions! Therefore, be careful about food on airplanes (hot, salted fish and cold cuts), better be patient yourself and don’t let your children drink coffee or juice with a bun or chocolate! And don't point the air conditioners at you on the plane - because of them, most colds and sinusitis - you won't have time to notice it already! It’s usually cold on airplanes, dress the children warmer so that later you can take off your jacket, for example, otherwise they fly in shorts and a T-shirt alone and the kids sit in goosebumps, and then they go out into the heat abruptly and hello! A long tracksuit and a T-shirt is the most ideal and comfortable option! (This is if you fly in the summer).
8) If you take food from a restaurant with you to the beach or to the pool (it is allowed there and many Russians carry plates of food, although there are a lot of places around where you can eat during the day), then at least make sure that your children do not eat from this plate when it will stand in the sun for several hours, and I do not advise you to eat it yourself! THROW OUT EVERYTHING, or better not take anything from restaurants with you! Watermelons and melons quickly deteriorate in the sun, not to mention eggs, sausage, cheese, cakes!
9) Always wear hats for children during the day and during bathing too !! ! They sit in the pools for hours, and the water bakes even more! Many children (and adults, too, by the way, especially drunk and sleeping in the sun) get sunstroke there! The first signs of sunstroke are fever, chills, vomiting and diarrhea! From here - most people can take it (and take it) for poisoning - and begin to be treated for the wrong thing and find fault with the hotel kitchen!

And about the attitude towards the Russians - as you behave the way you are treated! Our couple was very loved and knew everyone by name and maids and managers and waiters! And Muscovites and Ukrainians, with their pathos and attitude towards the Turks as an inferior race, are to blame! We have seen enough of these - ashamed of you COMRADES! )))) They will save up for 5-ku and come to bend their fingers - what do you want in return - they also have pride - even though he is a waiter or someone else! You have to be better! And show off less! But Moscow is a separate issue - it’s the other way around - there is money and everyone owes and owes it to them - damn kings! ))) I'm sorry for the criticism - this does not apply to everyone, but there are such personnel....they are reaping the rewards and spoiling the reputation of all other Russians!
The staff at the sight of the Germans-Dutch breaks into a smile, they are friendly and always ready to help. They serve them out of order. Most of the staff speaks German, few understand English. There are Russian-speaking girls on the territory of the hotel, but they offer excursions, spa holidays and shopping (gold and furs), but they are not included in the hotel staff. They can and will help translate etc if you show interest in their offers: especially if you go with them and buy something from their recommended store. With Russian tourists, the staff behaves rudely, they don’t smile very much: in restaurants, bars they can pretend that they don’t notice you: as a result, self-service will cost faster, without nerves. Only at the sight of a checking manager can they come up and serve, afraid to lose their job. The only way to get the waiters to serve you is to contact the manager and place an order with him, and he always passes it on to the waiter, and he, in turn, earning pluses in front of the manager, will do everything ordered. Some, when they see the manager, brazenly ask us to praise their work in front of the manager.
Children's animation - in German. The main animator sometimes speaks Russian, but it is very difficult to understand her, the whole team mostly courts German children. The children felt this and immediately refused to go to the mini disco and other animation programs. They met children from Russia and organized themselves.
It is unpleasant that non-Russian tourists go to the toilet barefoot, and then jump into the pool - they immediately got sick of swimming in the pool. They preferred the cold sea, it is better to harden than to catch an incomprehensible infection.
Be especially careful with the kitchen: judging by the dishes, it is clear that they have waste-free production: for example, chicken sauté ed for lunch, pies or minced chicken cutlets will be served in the evening or tomorrow : ).
We are a family with three children. We waited for a very long time when we get to rest. They took a vacation, asked for leave from kindergartens and schools. We arrived and were fascinated by the beauty and luxury of the hotel grounds. True, the rooms are not for everyone - small rooms and bulky furniture.
The horrors began on the 4th night. All three of my children began to wake up in turn and began to vomit at the same time. The husband ran to the pharmacy: in the pharmacy there is a line of residents of our hotel: everyone is buying: zirtek, rehydron, smecta. The pains were hellish, they came in attacks every 8-10 minutes. And so on until morning.
The manager at the hotel called the hotel doctor, said that we were not the first to apply that day. We decided to call the hotel doctor, they explained to us that it was paid. We were ready to do anything to ease the pain of exhausted and exhausted children. Having learned that there were three patients, the doctor refused to look and did not even appear, and by phone the manager recommended that we be sent to the hospital. We complained to the Director of the hotel, he ruled out the possibility of food poisoning (even the fact that three children who ate together and the same thing are in the room with the same symptoms did not convince him). He said that he would consider the application if the doctor confirmed the poisoning. In the morning, the children spilled everything else: a rash appeared on the face in the form of red freckles. While waiting for the car to the hospital, the children vomited endlessly in the lobby. We went to the hospital for insurance. It took a long time to coordinate insurance, permission to carry out certain procedures. The doctor examined the children and confirmed the fact of food poisoning, the children vomited incessantly in the doctor's office. Immediately put under a dropper and kept for a day. Then we changed tickets, fearing complications, deciding that we needed to be treated at home, since the constant coordination of certain procedures, and these are phone calls, roaming is very expensive, and most importantly time. Turkish doctors do nothing until they receive a guaranteed payment letter from the insurance company, and so every movement: analysis, examination, appointment, food, etc. For a day, all three children lay on a drip, put one after the other. Tired, exhausted, not having rested to the end (we were supposed to return on May 08) returned home two days earlier - I would not wish anyone to be abroad with three sick children.
The hotel met the General Manager, showed him the diagnoses. He apologized, offered us free entertainment that the hotel offered for additional payment: such as massage with aquarium fish, bowling, a few chips from slot machines, dinner at an a la carte restaurant, which was already offered free of charge to vacationers. It was very funny: since we, adults and children who were tortured and did not sleep for 2 days, who are always ill and cannot go far from the toilet, had absolutely no time for entertainment. I asked to return the unrested days to me: the night when we did not sleep all night, but ran with basins, the second night that we spent in the hospital and the remaining 2 days - for unproven services, since we paid, but did not rest.
The manager asked me to write a statement, we attached the diagnoses of all three children. They promised that they would look into it and agreed that we rightly deserve our money back to spend this money on the treatment of children.
The horror was further: our flight was delayed, the children screamed at the airport, on the plane in pain. We spent all the time on our hands. It was simply the worst day of our lives.

My children asked that we never take them to Turkey.
We flew there with Turtez, what can I say, there are no complaints, the departure is on the minute, the meeting is also as it should be, only my wife and I and two more women were on the bus to Diva.
When we arrived, we did not wait a minute, the manager, I don’t remember his name, not only recognized us, but also remembered that I don’t drink champagne, and replaced it with my favorite beer.
We were given a room on the first floor, right away, at first we didn’t like it and we asked ourselves on the last one, like last time, - the answer is no problem, in the morning you can choose from three, but when we got up there we refused, because we only spent the night in the room , but all the time we were sitting on the sea, and the view was somehow on our side, but we didn’t have to wait for the elevator.
The service at the hotel is excellent, there are no complaints at all, it seems that the staff is specially taught to remember the guests, we were recognized by the waiters, bartenders, security guards, not to mention Christina from the hospitality, who, when she saw my wife, ran to hug her, in short, the impression is exactly the same as at home, which is their motto.
A la carte restaurants are free and you can sign up for them as many times as you like, but since we have already tried everything last year, we went once to French and three times to Turkish.
The beach is excellent, there are plenty of sunbeds, I don’t know how the previous people didn’t find a place. Sunbeds are clogged only under the bar on the pier, but since it is very drafty there, we did not lie there, we did not dare to repeat the cold of the last time, and at the bar we were already given everything in glass.
We really liked the bar to the right of the pool, we sat there almost every evening, it's nice, cozy and most importantly they pour imports, after all, red label with cola will be better than local whiskey.
Separately, I want to write about the girls from the hospitality, namely about Christina, she managed to resolve the issue with my friend's scam, it was like this - in 2010, when we were there for the first time, my friend was urgently called to Kyiv, if you don't want to, you have to fly, one lady came to help with the tickets, who was prompted by a worker from water attractions, like a friend, she will decide everything, she decided, the ticket is ok there, but back, they blew it, they blew it, 200 tanks into the toilet, and before we left, that lady did not return the money, though promises fed almost to takeoff. So, my wife told the story to Kristina, and she made sure that these 200 dollars were returned to us, the owner of the boats returned, and she kicked that lady out.
