We had a room in the new Rivier Suite 4 * building. I will write about this hotel right away. For us personally, it was a complete delight. Spacious 2-room suite, panoramic windows, everything worked fine. Cleaning was of high quality, mini bar replenished daily. Great view from the window.
And most importantly, complete relaxation. You sit in the evening in a bar with a glass of wine, calm music plays, beautiful lighting, no noise and fuss. Simply class!!!
And now I will write about the main hotel.
What can I say, great!
The restaurant is excellent. Huge thanks to the cooks for this work. Personally, the waiters treated us well, they knew what to bring from drinks (we always tried to eat in the same room). We were in many hotels in Turkey, in the top five, but here the abundance of food is beyond praise.
The sea is great. The entrance is smooth, the sand, the water is clean, there are a lot of sunbeds, we sunbathed on the pier, there are excellent sofas. There is always a lifeguard on the beach.
Near the beach there is a bar, there are soft drinks and beer.
There are bars and a restaurant on the territory of the park, we didn’t go, I can’t say anything. A shuttle runs constantly to the park, it takes 2-3 minutes to drive from the main hotel (on foot to the park from the hotel 5 * 6 minutes). The park is excellent, a lot of entertainment for children and adults.
We liked the hotel. I would recommend it to friends.

This is not our first trip to Antalya and Turkey. Arrived in Antalya at 9:30 am. There were problems with baggage claim. The ODEON guide did not wait for us and left without us, although we had paid for the full tour package. The guide ODEON did not invite us anywhere, did not invite us to any excursions and did not inform us about it. We were at the hotel at 12:30, the room was given out only at 16:30. we were accommodated late.
I'll start with the minuses of the Aska Lara Spa 5 * hotel. The hotel is on line 3. The area of the room itself is 14 m2. This is a 2-bed room. There is no place at all for a third adult. And we were 3 adults. They put a baby couch for the third person, broken and short, which constantly creaked. Travel agents exaggerate the hotel rooms and write an area of a large 23 m2. Both professionals and non-professionals work at the reception, they are rude and do not correspond to their position. One of them is Deniz (from Ukraine), who does not want and cannot talk to tourists from Russia. And also her boss Hysni, who puts pressure on tourists from Russia. He is also a non-professional, illiterate, uneducated person, angry, engaged in provocations and discrimination against tourists. These 2 people are very dangerous people for tourists. I ask the CEO to remove these people from work. Because these are inexperienced and unprofessional people who cannot simply communicate with tourists.
In the main building, in the general restaurant, tourists from the CIS, Moldova grab food with their hands. This is a very ugly picture. Even disgusting.
A lot of flies were flying and sitting over the products.
In the main building, in the general restaurant, a woman from Kyrgyzstan, who bakes pancakes on the grill, just sneezed and coughed on food. To our remarks, she replied that if she holds her mouth with her hands when sneezing, then her hands will be in germs, then it turns out that let the germs fall on food and infect tourists?
The restaurant also employs unprofessional and rude people, these are the director of the restaurant in the main building, Bulent and Gurkan, who cannot behave normally with tourists, rudeness in communication and impudence when talking with tourists. From the plates that the tourists have not eaten, especially sweets, baklava, they, these directors, force the restaurant staff to put these sweets, food, and drinks back into the common tray. They are the directors of the general restaurant themselves admitted this to us without fear of anything, and do not hide it. This is very dangerous, because it is not known what the person who did not eat this sweetness or food was ill with. This is a direct violation of the sanitary regime. On our last day, 07/04/2017, the employee who opens the restaurant, he is 30 years old, unfortunately we don’t know his name, tall and dense, began to call our son bad names in his own way. I reprimanded him and he left. My son is not to blame for anything, he is a quiet and calm guy, he was sitting quietly and suddenly he was called names. Very embarrassing and disgusting. This was done by an illiterate and uneducated, ill-mannered, uncultured person. These all indicated bad and unprofessional people should be fired from the hotel, because. cannot communicate and work with tourists, they spoil the face of your hotel.
Cleaning the room. When the cleaning lady went to her home for 4 days for the holidays, no one cleaned our room for 4 days. Bath sets, towels and shampoos were put instead of 3 people, for one person. For two days they forgot to put towels and shampoos. Therefore, this hotel is not worth such a lot of money, which tour operators sell so dearly. A lot of good reviews are written about themselves and the hotel, the staff of the hotel itself. So don't trust the reviews. The ODEON tour operator in Turkey conducts its work unprofessionally, especially the employee Olya, who rudely puts psychological pressure on tourists if something does not suit them.
Try not to fly with Royal Flight and Ural Airlines. Luggage of tourists often disappears from Royal Flight, and from Ural Airlines they take (tear) extra money from tourists for seats and luggage, if you do not agree, they start to scare that they will be removed from the flight and blackmailed in order to squeeze the last money from tourists. They feed on spoiled food. Read reviews about them and you will understand.
Now the positives. The territory of the hotel itself is clean and large, all in greenery and swimming pools.
I would like to single out true professionals in their field. Osman, a friendly, competent employee, works at the reception of this hotel. From the claims service, this is charming, gentle and sweet Raisa Alexandrovna, she is a professional, competent and educated employee who solves any of your problems and questions. From the main general restaurant, I wanted to single out professionals and just good people. and a friendly girl, many thanks to her for her smile, as well as the masters of their craft are Mehmat Khalil, Fatih Uaniq, Burak, Shahin, Sezai. In the A-la carte restaurant in the fish restaurant, I would like to note the professionals Levent, Yunus, Onur. They cook shrimp and salmon perfectly, and in general everything is delicious with them, and the service is top notch. These guys always came up and asked what you needed and what you needed like it. Very conscientious guys. Thank them very much. In the Turkish A la carte restaurant, I would like to note the excellent masters of their craft, professionals, this is the chef of the restaurant, unfortunately we don’t know the name, as well as the cook who prepared delicious lamb skewers, lula kebab and other delicious salads and pita bread. At breakfast at 7:00 we were served by a young friendly guy, 20 years old, unfortunately we do not know the name, a very nice and friendly guy, to whom we are also very grateful for the service and kindness.
In the main general restaurant there were 10 types of fruits, cherries, watermelons, melons, etc. Every morning squeezed orange juice, salmon fish, blue cheese and other types of cheeses, about 10 types, honey with honeycombs. Three days of the Muslim holiday were very beautifully and tasty cooked (salmon, lula kebab, cabbage rolls from eggplant, pepper, and tomato. These days there was everything you needed on the tables for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Excellent room cleaning. I would like to note the excellent and professional, energetic employee Fatma, who always greeted us with a smile and jokes. We always had beautiful flowers in our room, clean towels and a complete set of bath accessories, toothbrushes and pastes, shaving kit, shampoos, lotions, gels, soaps, toilet paper. Special thanks and praise to her. We also note the cleaning employee Aysel, she is also grateful and praised for her professional work.
I would like to note the excellent work of Said, who works in a sheepskin coat and leather store at the hotel, a professional in his field. Excellent store and product: leather and fur.
