Everyone knows everything: about unsanitary conditions, about gross violations of the conditions of rest, but they just watch from the side until you accept and leave them all alone... Scandals, trials, calls home and requests for help here every day 2-3 times a day This is just what we have seen and experienced ourselves. And now in essence:
1. Settlement from 1 to 6 hours (we waited from 23.10 to 05.00)
2. The rooms are not cleaned (we washed ourselves). Hot water may not be available. The light turned off too. The toilet broke, the repair was only 2 days later. Unsanitary conditions are absolute and complete, there are cases of illness in children and adults (stomatitis, lichen, food poisoning), there are documents from the clinic. WI-FI is WEAK and catches not everywhere and not always.

3. The queue for the same food for 7 days (lunch and dinner are almost the same, there are almost no fruits, or you may not get it). There are not enough places for all tourists. They ate somewhere: by the pool in chaise longues, at the bar, in the lobby))).
4. The bar worked as it wanted, we did not use it)), but the guys said that there was only vodka. And whiskey, gin, rum quality is very similar to burnt vodka.
5. Animation was 1 time with us, after our scandal with the Tez tour.
Children's slides are turned off, playgrounds, etc. no.
