The hotel itself is small, so in the season when there are many tourists, the owners lodge guests in neighboring houses and hotels. In the main building you need to come only to the restaurant and the bar.
We were accommodated in the second building, located about 500 meters from the main one. It's uncomfortable, but you can survive. Further worse.
The rooms are not cleaned. At all. Not to mention the change of washing accessories, bed linen and towels. Guys, I understand that we were evicted to a neighboring house, but if you take it to your own hotel, then be kind enough to provide appropriate service!
Dirty not only in the rooms, but also in the lobby. Do not wash glass doors, windows, nothing.
The faucet is leaking. We talked about this several times to the administrator, and guides, and other employees of the hotel, there is no result.
At night, the lights are turned off everywhere, which also turns off the air conditioner. Waking up in the middle of the night from the heat is par for the course here.
Might be unlucky with the view from the balcony. We've seen the city and the gym. No greenery, water and other signs of a resort. But this is different for each room. The worst thing happens in the dining room (restaurant or whatever).
From the buffet one name. All food is given out (a special person puts a small portion of food on each plate).
There are very few places at the tables, so we often had to eat standing up or sitting to the side on a sunbed by the pool.
The dishes are not washed.
Constantly ends one thing, then another. For example, there may simply not be enough boiling water (only instant coffee from bags) or forks. Carrying missing items or products can take a very long time or not be brought at all.
Products are not fresh. Every day someone poisoned himself with rotten cheese, then with three-day-old cottage cheese.
The bar operates randomly, without a schedule. It also always ends up with something.
The icing on the cake is that you have to stand in a long line to get your breakfast, lunch or dinner. Officially breakfast at the hotel starts at 8 o'clock, but by this time the staff is just starting to prepare food. You will have to stand in line for an average of 30 minutes. The time of arrival at the dining room does not affect the number of minutes of waiting.
While standing in the next queue, we found out that we were very lucky. So, in the main building of the hotel there is no hot water and no TVs. Air conditioning does not work for everyone. Saying anything to the staff and trying to fix it is useless.
I advise you to avoid this hotel. It is better to pay extra, but live in normal conditions, and not endure bestial treatment of yourself.

Scandals, trials, calls home and requests for help here every day 2-3 times a day This is just what we have seen and experienced ourselves. And now in essence:
1. Settlement from 1 to 6 hours (we waited from 23.10 to 05.00)
2. The rooms are not cleaned (we washed ourselves). Hot water may not be available. The light turned off too. The toilet broke, the repair was only 2 days later. Unsanitary conditions are absolute and complete, there are cases of illness in children and adults (stomatitis, lichen, food poisoning), there are documents from the clinic. WI-FI is WEAK and catches not everywhere and not always.
3. The queue for the same food for 7 days (lunch and dinner are almost the same, there are almost no fruits, or you may not get it). There are not enough places for all tourists. They ate somewhere: by the pool in chaise longues, at the bar, in the lobby))).
4. The bar worked as it wanted, we did not use it)), but the guys said that there was only vodka. And whiskey, gin, rum quality is very similar to burnt vodka.
5. Animation was 1 time with us, after our scandal with the Tez tour.
Children's slides are turned off, playgrounds, etc. no.
6. Photos of the hotel do not correspond to reality, we can send photos and videos of the real person of the hotel with trash cans))
There are only a couple of pluses: the center of Alanya, a magical beautiful beach, sun loungers have become free from 1.07)), there are many entertainments, restaurants, clubs nearby! ))

Место где вы будете кушать, столы пляжные, пластиковые, сметаются щеточкой, эти ковры на них не моются точно.а теперь сравните с фото туроператора. Это наш номер,блок А, единственный адекватный блок отеля,получили после скандала, но оплатили именно его. Не обольщайтесь, грязнющий пол на фото просто не сиден) Где же плазма????))))????????телевизор не работал, воды питьевой не было, благо работал кондиционер.

That's all the cleaning. This is how they wash the floor in Turkey. He came 8 days later after a complaint in support of tourists in Turkey (before that, the staff at the reception asked a young man Aslan, a hotel guide, his name is Musa-reactions 0). Meat in the form of chicken legs was given 2 times after people began to complain en masse to their travel agencies and local staff. Of fruits, only watermelon is given, 2-3 pieces per hand. Bread is often scarce. And all this despite the fact that none of the vacationers piles up mountains of food for themselves and does not come up for a supplement, because everyone understands that there is a shortage of food and, moreover, one does not want such a quality supplement. In the morning there was not enough milk, the child ate cereal with water.
5. Buy something in the evening (yogurt, for example, for a child) and put it in the refrigerator so that it is not possible to feed the child in the morning, due to the fact that there is no refrigerator (mini-bar) in the room. Although it was stated in the offer from the tour operator. Accordingly, there is nowhere to cool the water. Also missing is the advertised TV.
6. The floor around the pool (on which everyone walks from the street to their rooms) is regularly cleaned with a hose, and all this dirty water flows straight into the pool. The water periodically turns green and the bottom is covered with mud and pebbles. Then chemistry is poured at night, by morning the water becomes clear.
7. Towels are not changed in the room. We got tired of begging for toilet paper, we bought it ourselves.
8. The elevator in our building does not work. There are 5 floors in the building. Not all are young and frisky, there are pensioners with grandchildren. On our third floor, they can't catch their breath.
9. Wi-fi catches in the room only at night.
10. Mold in the shower.
And now for the good:
1. We have a large three-room suite, the furniture is good, the beds are comfortable, the bed is clean, the balcony is large. That's all.
The sea is close, the sea is cool, clean, refreshing, the beach is clean, there are toilets and fresh water. But this does not apply to the hotel.
Why did I write in the title "shame on the hotel and tour operator"? Yes, because the hotel is really shameful. A tour operator should be simply ashamed to send HERE their tourists.
For comparison, we rested last year in Thailand for about the same money in the 3 * Baumancasa department in Phuket. It was great there!
I demand to take away all the stars from Kleopatra moon suit and stop selling tours here.

Service and food cannot be compared with Marmaris. It feels like two different countries. Wouldn't recommend this barn hotel as a budget getaway

Now about the most tragic part for me, this is about nutrition ((We are not picky again, I repeat) Also, after reading the reviews that there is not enough food and variety, I thought they were exaggerating))) BUT again everything turned out to be true, to my regret (((It is located this undining place on the street, in the heat, where a lot of cats run around the tables, lick the plates that they don’t have time to clean, there are no cooks, as such, they are served, some guys, “boys from the yard” without hats, gloves, smoke! and at the same time Forks and plates were constantly missing! ! Food for lunch and dinner was: rice, instant mashed potatoes like Rolton and chicken, which was either over-salted, or spoiled, or it was not enough at all! Cucumbers, tomatoes, we rarely saw , because
they quickly ended, there were apples from fruits, which also quickly ended, one of the days there was a watermelon, which also ended quickly, in the bar, apart from beer and local fanta, there was always nothing either. I have every day after eating them, or because of the terrible unsanitary conditions, my stomach hurt, I felt sick. The service staff, if you can call them that, simply laughed at questions about clean dishes, lack of forks, or lack of food. Drinking water! ! was also missing!

Of course, we paid not that much money for the ticket, but at least elementary things, such as: a clean room, light in the room and fresh food should be! The result was a ruined vacation! If it were not for Cleopatra Beach, which was in a convenient location, not far from the hotel and there are many places to walk near the hotel, it would be generally sad.

Summing up: Read the reviews of the hotel you are going to, everything is true! ! don't make our mistakes

The balcony door didn't close. For 9 days my room was never cleaned! There was no hot water in the evening. I received the bath towel only on the 4th day. Argument: finished clean! It is useless to leave a request at the reception, they simply ignore it!! ! The attitude towards tourists is boorish! As for food: there was practically nothing! 1-1.5 hours before the end of lunch and dinner, the chicken could end. Cucumbers and tomatoes are in short supply! Their argument: we bought for 200 tourists, but 300 people settled. This is fine? ! Fruit is also a problem! For 3 days we were given only sour plums. Then there were small, not tasty apples. On day 5, a watermelon appeared. But if you do not have time to take from the first batch, then they might not have brought the second. In general, in the hotel every day, one of the tourists quarreled with the staff on certain issues. Wi-Fi in the hotel does not catch. Even at the reception. Every day a joint on a joint! The only plus of this hotel is its convenient location to the sea and a good beach.

Also, every day from the hotel they take you to a disco, to a very cool Robin hood club, for free. They take you there by bus at 23.00, and at 02.00 they take you back, while you are always accompanied by the hotel staff in the club, responsible for your safety. A big plus is the private beach of this hotel. Cleopatra beach. It is located near the hotel. On the beach, free umbrellas and sun loungers, very clean sea. The center is also not far from the hotel, we went there on foot, it is very beautiful there and there is something to see. In general, I think that for such money, it's very good.
