Check-in at 6.00 was a little shocking - we were immediately told the amount of the supplement for a room with a sea view, which could be received in the near future - $ 5 per day. We did not count on such an amount and waited until 12.00. After a long meeting in Turkish, we were offered a room - very small, if you deliver a bed for your daughter, you get one solid 4-bed bed for the whole room, without a passage at all.
The answer to my indignation is that you want, you have a standard room. There was a desire to contact the tour operator and change the hotel - with 50% occupancy, there were no rooms without additional payment, although the ticket was for 3 adults and a child. A family of 5 at the same time was also taken to different numbers until they agreed to pay extra. For interest, we looked at the room, for which the surcharge was $ 10 per day, but for those who are indignant, they agree to $ 5. We really liked it, after a night flight we didn’t have the strength to be indignant, we paid extra $ 40 so as not to spoil our vacation. But there were some small surprises - the toilet was leaking in the room, it was never fixed in a week, only after 3 days they changed the broken handle to the bathroom. We never found fault with everyday moments, but we met with such a settlement for the first time, it even inspired me to write a review.
The cleaning of the room is terrible, basically only a change of towels. I had to call the reception and ask.

The animation is standard, there was no sports entertainment. A group of guys offered to buy a volleyball net, but there was not even a playground on the beach.
WiFi in the lobby is very weak
All the disadvantages were compensated by the most luxurious sea - clean, warm. The hotel is compact, green, clean. The food is good, but there are long queues and the air conditioning in the restaurant does not work. Alacard for a fee - 5 € per person.
Without these nuances, rested very well!
