I have been staying at this hotel since 08.09. 22 to 15.09. 22. We arrived together with a child at approximately 13-00, very tired, hard moving. We are not hello, without saying anything silently put on bracelets and poked a finger at the door of the restaurant. We silently went to eat, although I was very surprised by such a greeting. We ate, came to the reception, stood next to a Russian-speaking Turkish woman, reminding ourselves of ourselves and began to wait in silence. She did everything, just did not draw up a number. Half an hour later, I could not stand it and politely asked us to finally give us a number, since both the child and I were very tired. To which she yelled at me with a claim that I did not see that she was busy ....In general, after a while, she decided to give us a number after all. I immediately drew her attention that I had booked a room with a sea view. She tried to see for a long time and assured me that I had a regular number. But in the end, she agreed. She gave me a room on the 6th floor, I asked for a lower one, since I am with a child. To which I was told that there are no numbers.
Then a girl also came with a paid-for room on the sea with a claim that instead of the sea she was given a view of the kitchen hood. Why did this lady silently give her my 6th floor, I didn’t even have time to come to my senses, but I had her on the first floor with a view of the hood .....The fact that I had a shock is to say nothing. I explain to her or return the money for a surcharge for a sea view or settle as expected. In general, she screamed and quarreled with me for an hour, she refused to settle as paid for by me _. I phoned the tour operator, she was with the hotel, after that they offered me a room on the third floor on the same hood, but a little higher, a piece of the sea is visible. I just didn't have the strength to fight anymore. The child and I already silently went to this room. In the elevator, I just burst into tears. I have never seen such a nightmare and lawlessness in any hotel. Her roofing felts name was Rakhlia (sorry if I didn't write quite correctly).
The next day there was a meeting with the guide, again raised the topic of the issue, the guide also figured it out with them for a long time, they promised to move the next day in the morning. And they moved me! 2 nights out of seven I lived in a room with a view of the hood, instead of the sea view I paid for! And yes, there is a significant difference in the room: those that are on the side can be said without updated repairs: wallpaper in the style of the USSR, there are no exhaust hoods in the toilet, air conditioning from the same time (it stinks terribly of zvil). And the rooms in the center overlooking the sea: brand new with good air conditioning, with a retractor in the toilet, everything is as it should be. Only it’s not clear how to get into a normal room, even if you paid for it. What I heard from other guests while standing at the reception - they do this with many, apparently they have such a practice. Whoever sits quietly is not indignant and lives in worse rooms, even if the sea view is paid for.

In general, if you want to spoil your nerves and not spoil them enough at work, then this hotel is for you : ). Another guest warned us not to swim in the pool, his child caught an intestinal infection. We did not swim in the pool, but on the fifth day of our stay in this wonderful hotel, my child also had an intestinal infection with a temperature of 39, very severe, since we have already returned, and we are still treating it. And apparently we grabbed it already in the restaurant: The food was varied, there were very few fish, I don’t even talk about other sea products, they weren’t there. Queues at the restaurant, lack of sun loungers, everything is as written in previous reviews. In general, I will say this: if it weren’t for this wonderful woman at the reception, who spoiled the whole impression of the hotel and not an intestinal infection, then the hotel could have given four, but thanks to this “hospitable woman” - only one star.
