Everything should be compared in the price-quality format, since it is not correct to demand from the Zhiguli for his money, the characteristics of Audi. We landed at 11.50, and the tour operator's bus was at 12.35, left at 13.10, as they were waiting for tourists who just left on their own (and we were waiting). In general, we drove for a long time, we arrived at the hotel somewhere at 16.00, although the ride was a maximum of two hours, there was an incomprehensible stop to the toilet for 20 minutes, and there were a lot of traffic jams, since there were holidays in Turkey, but this is not for the hotel.
About hotels. It is important to the whole review, we were at a time when the hotel, almost the maximum occupancy was. Immediately offered $ 10 for a view of the sea, we refused. After 20 minutes we were seated. In general, the staff at the reception is not very friendly. Then we got the first negative experience at the hotel, we really wanted to eat, because we were on the road, and we ate the last time at 6.30 in the morning, but we didn’t succeed, because lunch in the main restaurant until 15.00, and in the snack bar until 16.00. We approached Aida (an employee works at the hotel with vacationers), she offered only sweets in the lobby. The first minus of the hotel is the interval from 16.00-19.00 you can’t have a bite anywhere, in my opinion the snack bar can be done not from 12.00-16.00 but from 13.00-18.00.
I liked the territory, it is compact and comfortable, although not small, it is clear that it is constantly looked after. It can be divided into two parts in front of the main building, where all the movement takes place (main pool, snack bar, etc. ) and behind the hotel, where there are bungalows and a relax pool and a lot of greenery, and even a children's pool with slides, but the movement there is veryweak. Sunbeds near the main pool begin to take from 7.30, and by 9.30 the chances of a sunbed are not great. Although there are a sufficient number of sunbeds, it’s just that vacationers are occupied by sunbeds, but they are not there, about the same at the sea, but the situation is a little simpler, you can always find a place.

Entertainment. The animators work well, although the first two days, I watched them poorly, but after that everything was fine. Conducted constantly water polo, volleyball, water aerobics. Also, there were other entertainment programs. At 21.00, children's dances began, after which the evening program is always varied. What was missing was an activity with children in the daytime, as I wrote, there was a children's corner on the territory with a pool, slides, a children's room, but there was no one there, this is not a big minus. There are slides in the main pool, which are not bad for me, children and adults like them, they work from 10-12 and 14-16, I think this is enough. There is a relax pool behind the hotel if you want to relax, without music and a lot of people. Rooms, I won’t write for a long time, normal clean rooms (at least for us) were cleaned every day between 9.30 and 11.00. In other rooms, probably at a different time, I’ll say right away, we understood when they cleaned us, and at that time they were not in the room, for which they received daily cleaning.
Nutrition. As for me, do not wake up hungry, there is always something to choose from. The only thing is that at dinner at 19.00 there is a rush from 19.05 to 19.40 for meat products in a line in which you have to stand minus 10-15 (but this is almost everywhere where I have been). For fruit, constantly: watermelon, melon, plum, apple and grapes, in principle, that's all. There are a lot of vegetable dishes and sweets, there are cheeses, from meat dishes, there are two or four. There are also good soups, and two or three side dishes. Delicious fish almost every day. Not a big lifehack, as some don't know, they open the second floor for dinner, there is a grill, and the view is better, and there are fewer people.
Staff. In the time intervals in which I was at the hotel, there were 50-60% of Russian-speaking vacationers. In the hotel, in principle, there are Ukrainians, Russians, Poles, Turks and Germans. Here is the second minus, this is the service in the lobby bar, the Russian-speaking one is constantly poured into plastic, the foreigner into glass and even with the design. This is my subjective minus, because I like to drink drinks from glass, my friends, on the contrary, want only plastic, but as for me, there are not big notes of discrimination, and most likely this is the hotel's strategy. My son had a birthday, we ordered a $12 cake and $6 fireworks for dinner, gave Aida a candle with the number 5, put it in the cake, and as a result, the cake was without a candle. We came to the Spa area for towels, $10 deposit per towel. I asked for 4 palates, and gave $50 (with one bill), there was no change, I immediately began to cram my services (I don’t remember the name of this man), I didn’t like it.
Sea. The sea is excellent, clean, transparent, very warm. The entrance is sandy-pebble, i. e. the entrance is not the most comfortable, but as for me two or three times and got used to it, nothing critical. The sea is 100 m from the snack bar, 150 m from the main pool, 250 m from the hotel, i. e. Very close. The landscape is colorful. P. S.
