Rested with children in this hotel from 7 to 18 July 2018. I will write a lot. I'll start by saying that I read the reviews and was ready for anything. The price for a ticket from Chelyabinsk for 1 day + 1 child 16 years old + 1 child 4 years old was 105 thousand. For this money, the hotel is normal. We arrived at the hotel at 8 am. . . we were covered in 40 minutes without any of my request. Room 1105 overlooks the pool and the sea. All staff speak Russian. All the staff are great!!!! ! The room is not large-standard (1 large bed and one single bed... table....TV....refrigerator....two bedside tables) about 3.5 by 3.5 meters. The bathroom has a shower.... sink.... toilet. I immediately warn you what you will encounter here: the handles on the balcony doors are badly screwed. . . The outlet didn't hang out much. . . water was brought to the room only once in 12 days.... cleaning was also done only once. . . in the bathroom there is only shampoo, liquid soap, hair dryer, towels, toilet paper. The room has a balcony, dark curtains. Why don't they clean the rooms?? ? There is no staff (cleaners) (((there are only 3 people for the whole hotel. They physically do not have time. Many visitors swear precisely because of the rooms (sometimes there is not enough space for them, sometimes the size of the bed is not the same, sometimes there is no cleaning, sometimes there are no dark curtains somewhere). Further territory and animation. The area is not as big as it looks in the photo, but not small either. Because they have a staffing problem.... in some places there is garbage (people, but you yourself, like pigs, throw it all away).... there are a lot of children near the pool and there are some disadvantages - it is the presence of a toilet room very close (where the doors do not close-dirt-stink and there is often no paper) naturally the smell reached us ((((also many people did not understand that there were children and smoked (the smell was strong... for me as a non-smoker it was very difficult). There were a lot of thighs - there was enough space for everyone. The pool is clean, the slide works on time. Then we go along the path and on the right is a bar, and on the left is a mini dining room where you can spend lunch there. From 17:00 to 17:30 they give ice cream)))) turn space. They give not only children, but also adults and this is the biggest mistake. . . because sometimes kids don't get it. . . adults eat everything and more for free. Then the path goes to the beach))) there people occupy their thighs from 7-8 in the morning))) there are not as many of them as everyone would like) the entrance to the sea is of course terrible (nut). . . there is also a small amount of garbage (but I repeat - this is the fault of the vacationers themselves). Now about the animation: there is darts, table tennis, yoga, zumba, aqua gymnastics and after it a game in the water, water polo, children's animation and competitions and entertainment for adults. Now about the kids club and animation: the kids club is very small 3 by 3 meters. There can be a maximum of 10 children (((where they draw, sculpt, assemble puzzles, aqua make-up and for $ 5, if desired, make a fake out of sand (which is handed to the child on stage in the evening). Now food!! ! Excellent!!! ! Fruits there were always: watermelon, melon, apples, pears, oranges and sometimes plums, peaches and apricots. There are a lot of sweets. There are also a lot of pastries in the morning. Garnish: rice, pasta, potatoes. Three types of fish (one of them is sole). Lots of greens and vegetables. Liver is given every day. Meat is given every day: turkey, chicken, beef. They make stuffed eggplants. Mushrooms with cheese. Two types of soup!! ! At my request on Feb, the chef cooked borscht for dinner (it was fantastic). . . it was eaten very quickly by the Russians!! ! In the morning pancakes, egg, omelet. I read reviews on nutrition that are not satisfied and shocked to be honest. The food is great!!!!! ! I can say one thing: with what attitude you come, so your vacation will pass. I fly twice a year to rest and have something to compare this hotel. This hotel is definitely not 5 star. This is a good 4. If they add staff, then there were no such problems. There are a lot of dissatisfied, 50%, but according to my survey, these people do not read reviews, but went on the recommendation of their tour operator. Well what can I say? !
