Bad hotel. Minimum 3 stars. It’s very dirty everywhere: in the rooms, the bathroom is in a terrible state, it’s just disgusting to wash, there is mold, rust all around, the rooms are practically not cleaned, in the restaurant, tables, chairs are all wiped with one dirty rag, the dishes are also dirty, forks, spoons you need to wipe yourself , washed plates are wiped with one towel, cups for tea and coffee are practically not cleaned, traces of tea and coffee are even disgusting to take, I used disposable paper cups, the beach is also dirty, but the sea is clean, which pleased and there are enough sunbeds for everyone. There is a lot of food, but all monotonous (but this is for my personal taste) of fruits were oranges, green plums, spoiled apricots, apples, watermelons. At 17.00 they gave ice cream. The animators at the hotel were positive, well done, tried. The hotel has a SPA salon, which is located in the basement is just awful!!! ! The employees of this spa are very obsessive on the heels of vacationers with persuasion to visit the salon. I would also like to mention Muratbek the narcissistic, arrogant guide "Anex tour" only those tourists who buy excursions from him are interested. Everyone is afraid that he will be fined for everything)))) All excursions that he offers are twice as expensive as those sold near the hotel. And they all go anyway in the same bus then on an excursion. The first two days I was very upset, but there was nowhere to go, I had no desire to prove something to someone, I had to be happy with what I had, but I do not recommend this hotel to anyone !!! !
