Despite the fact that some moments that were missing before (playing the piano in the lounge area, animation, discos, a fish restaurant and one of the bars were not working), it was still very good.
They serve food from 7 am to 10 pm, at midnight you can also take snacks and soup. The food is extremely varied! You can always find at least 4-5 different meat dishes for dinner (chicken, turkey, beef, veal). Fresh vegetables, greens, always fruits (in August we had watermelon, plum, grapes, apple, peach, apricot). Alcohol is served from 10 am to 2 am. Always available beer, wine, whiskey, gin, tequila, rum, vodka, various classic cocktails. We fell into a period when 80% of the guests of the hotel were Turks and the hotel itself was half full. From this, the rest was very comfortable, no queues for food, in bars, always free sun loungers.
After August 10, the Russians arrived and it became less comfortable, there were queues for food, but still not critical, because the corridor for breakfast, lunch and dinner is huge. The staff is pleasant, they pour you with pleasure and a smile, and not with a disgruntled face. Food is served in dishes not made of disposable plastic, the appliances are metal, the plates look like they are made of ceramics, they are made of high-quality hard plastic, there is no feeling that you are in a catering eatery.

The room was cleaned regularly, even when not asked, clean water is everywhere and always in abundance, the staff serving food is always wearing masks and gloves, no unsanitary conditions. There was a malfunction in the flushing of water in the toilet in the room, they called the reception and within half an hour a technician came and fixed it. The sea is very warm, clean, comfortable. For several days there were strong waves, wind, there are two swimming pools on the territory, quite comfortable and clean. All minor drawbacks and absences due to the pandemic of some entertainment are greatly offset by the low price of a ticket, unlike in previous years. The hotel is a full 5 stars.
