The hotel is in a very good location. 15-20 minutes to the medina. There are plenty of cafes and souvenir shops nearby. The sea across the road to go through the labyrinths of the hotel 100-150 meters. On the beach, the sand is fine white, cleaning cannot be said to be the best. A sunbed with a mattress is 1 dinar and then you can bargain, for three they gave 2dinars.

Sheets, towels are yellow, torn,
The hotel itself is something nostalgic between the past and never restored. The room is large, the TV did not work, even when contacting the reception, the toilet and bath are separate. In the bathroom, the light is on only above the washbasin. When bathing, water is supplied for some periods, then it burns, then it drops sharply to room temperature. There is no refrigerator in the room.
The most negative left the canteen. The choice of food is minimal. a couple of salads, if the oil is over, they won’t bring it, they will say that it’s over today and it’s necessary for tomorrow. Cockroaches crawl on tables and on sugar. Hot dishes are incredible: fried peppers, tomatoes, chicken bring 10-12 pieces, and then only from the backbone, then wait 10-15 minutes for the next portion. If you take a dish twice, then they look like enemies. Glasses, plates, tureens are 90% chipped and chipped.
Comparing with a 3 * hotel located in the Sahara, it has a solid negative in relation to El Khana.
Tunisia is a wonderful country, but not in this hotel

I am writing my review, I rested with my husband from 07.10. 11-15.10. 11, standard room: spacious No. 701, TV (you need to look for channels after each cleaning, as the antenna leaves), there is rust in the bathroom and there is other people's hair. The air conditioner works quite quietly . Balcony sea view.

The air conditioner works quite quietly . Balcony sea view. Clean (make the bed and change towels) every day (no tip). The food we had was breakfast-dinner, buffet but always monotonous (sometimes cockroaches run through). Pools 2.1-covered warmer, 2 -open very cold (we never swam). The sea across the road is very warm (during storms it is very dirty - bags, bottles and other garbage) Sunbeds for 1 DNR apiece. In general, the hotel is only for people who are very positively disposed to rest. (Which they won’t pay much attention to such trifles). My husband and I only ate and slept at the hotel, the rest of the time we were in the city * (in the medina) or in the water park at the nearby Marabu hotel. Having arrived home, we found out that we gained 4 kg in weight. All pleasant rest and good mood.

We rested in this hotel in 2010 on the ALL system. The hotel has been assigned a 4* category. I think this is completely unreasonable! Food: HORRIBLE!! ! Everything is not tasty and monotonous, there is very, very little meat and fish. All with lots of spices and all sorts of sauces! Alcohol is disgusting! The animation from day to day was the same, in two weeks we were ready to kill these animators : )) We were saved only by the fact that our friends lived in Tour Khalef, we spent almost all the time there!!! If possible, do not go to this hotel under any circumstances! There are treshki much better than this four!! !.

We rested in this hotel from June 26 to July 9.2009 according to the ALL. 1 system. The food was terrible. . . constant cabbage, cucumbers and tomatoes. Of the fruits, only watermelon and plums. Somehow they came for dinner a second time, so they were indignant for a very long time and told us that you can come for breakfast, lunch and dinner only once (this is according to the ALL system).

We got into this tour out of desperation. For the first time, we decided to look for happiness on the side and refused the services of a long-established travel agency. We contacted the travel agency "Riviera" 10 days before the planned vacation. I would like to say simply - NO FAITH "Riviera"!!! ! They immediately took an advance payment from us for a 10-day trip and made a contract for a good hotel.

We got into this tour out of desperation. For the first time, we decided to look for happiness on the side and refused the services of a long-established travel agency. We contacted the travel agency "Riviera" 10 days before the planned vacation. I would like to say simply - NO FAITH "Riviera"!!! ! They immediately took an advance payment from us for a 10-day trip and made a contract for a good hotel... But, it wasn’t there. Neither the first time nor the second, the hotels we booked were not confirmed, despite the fact that each time the amount of the contract increased by 10 thousand rubles. We were already ready to cancel the tour through this operator, but we were assured that in this case our tickets would be lost and we would not fly anywhere at all... As a result of this pressure, we were calculated and offered an amount of almost 88 thousand rubles for two adults and one child. Out of desperation, we agreed. Imagine our surprise when it turned out that at the time of settlement of the contract in the company "Riviera" the computer simply simply hung up (as the operator Zhanna from Prosveshcheniya 80 told me), but since the amount was indicated in rubles, we had to pay it in full . The funny thing is that at the time of the final payment under the contract, the computer finally showed the real cost of the tour - 71 thousand rubles !!! , with a penny. With the availability of seats in the Boeing, Tas was also deceived. Despite the season, there were plenty of seats on the plane flying Monastir. According to my calculations, 15 places were not occupied. By the way, I also saw about 7 empty seats on the plane flying back!!!!
We did not like the hotel, although we did not see anything catastrophic. Tunisia is not a very rich country, from here all possible social ulcers are visible on the surface: poverty, theft on the beach, annoying hucksters. We got a decent number. For a dinar a day left on the table, we had our room cleaned quite well. The room had not only a shower, but also a bath. The food was monotonous, but quite satisfactory, if you do not eat their soup and some salads from canned vegetables. I tried the soup only once, a spoon, I almost vomited... Wine, for Tunisia, where winemaking is developed, they gave the cheapest, but three types. White, Red, Pink. This is strange, since we bought quite decent wines in the Generale store for 5 dinars (100 rubles for our money). Unpleasantly surprised by the deception with the FB system (all inclusive). For example, if you wanted to get french fries in a street restaurant, then you were required to pay 2 dinars!! ! Although pizza was given for free. And thanks for that. The beach is inconvenient, across the road from the El Hana Beach hotel... But the fact of the matter is that it lengthens your route to the citywide beach by 250 - 300 meters !!! , because you need to go through the territory of your hotel first, then cross the territory of the neighboring and only then you will get to the gate leading to the beach. In principle, the road can be crossed. Sometimes, passing cars pass you at the crossing (if civilized people are driving). The beach is dirty. Cigarette butts are long and abundantly mixed with white and fluffy sand. Everyone is invited to purchase 2 sun loungers and a parasol for 4 dinars. There are no changing rooms or showers. There are no toilets on the beach either. But every minute merchants of various junk come up to you. There are especially a lot of them near those who still glow with white skin, because. arrived recently. They are trying to sell them a penny tov, to tie a rag for 10 dinars on the head of a KhB (the red price of which is 1 dinar). When they find out about this after the purchase, it’s not so much a pity for the money (ugh, they cost 200 rubles), but the mood and sense of hospitality of the locals deteriorate. Apparently, all this shikla - a watering can is run by respectable men from a booth that gives out sunbeds and trestle beds... All this is disgusting. It's a pity for them, poor people. Sometimes, when the arrogance of young merchants and importunity go off scale, a barefoot appears from the booth and defiantly drives the merchant away from the victim he has already robbed. The East is a delicate matter... It's a pity, but despite the fact that quite normal and adequate people work in the hotel itself, I have a disgusting overall impression of the organization of affairs. I hope that someday I will go to the Mediterranean again. but not through the "Riviera" and not to such a hotel.

Didn't like the hotel. The food is monotonous. A week later, you no longer understand whether you came for dinner or for lunch, because. everything is the same. Of the fruits, only watermelon and melon. Ice cream is often not tasty, tea is vile. The service is also so-so. Towels were changed every day (but at the wrong time, because they were taken away in the morning, and brought only at lunchtime), bed linen - for someone like it, for someone in a day or two, but we were not changed even once in 10 days! ! ! Although they gave a tip, and asked to change.

Animation - also not impressed.
The elevator often broke down. People got stuck. On the balcony, one of the tourists found a live rat. Air conditioning tech. The room is not bad, but if it were not for the colored curtains and bedspread, it would be terribly gloomy. Rooms overlooking the city are noisy from the road. There is no minibar or hair dryer.
The beach is quite close. But it is quite dirty and our girls without gentlemen will not be allowed to pass there, as well as everywhere outside the hotel. In general, the city is quite dirty. Massage at the hotel is not recommended. I heard that the Arabs make it and allow themselves too much. The only thing I liked was Thursday - National Cuisine Day. They gave couscous, cool envelopes, and sweets. And also close to the medina and discos.
