I haven’t been to Tunisia in winter, I’ve only been in autumn, but if you want to swim and sunbathe, then I think it’s better to go to Egypt. In most Tunisian hotels there is no Russian animation, because I'm afraid that you can go crazy with boredom there. But of course it's up to you :)
