In principle, an excursion to Carthage costs 65 dinars per person, the two of us took a taxi and drove independently along the route of the Bordeaux Museum, Carthage, Sidi Bou Said, Medina in the capital. In June 2007, we (2 adults and a child) traveled almost all of Tunisia by public transport (we lived in Sousse), except for the Sahara. Trips cost us 2-3 times cheaper than excursions. And we looked more. We weren't offered any discounts...
